PersonallyI also think Miami should prepare for flooding just in case.

    Text:
    Quick 11 pm update.
Confidence in the landfall point will rise Wednesday as #Milton approaches our state. Due to a delay in the hurricane turning to the northeast today, Milton ended east of the predicted forecast points. This resulted in the NHC correcting for this delayed turn by shifting the forecast track to the east and south. The center line shows a landfall south of Tampa Bay, but this is NOT a lock. Track wobbles will make a difference. We will have to closely watch satellite and radar trends Wednesday to pinpoint exactly where Milton will come onshore. Storm surge will be 10 to 15 feet to the SOUTH of the landfall, and much lower north of the landfall point. The core of the hurricane (diameter of about 60 miles) will move across the state bringing with it the strongest winds. Rainfall along and north of the path of Milton will likely exceed a foot in spots resulting in flash and river flooding. We will keep you posted every step of the way.

Be safe, Mike. Are you directly in its path?

As fate would have it, yes. I'm just north of Orlando.

I've stocked up on food, water, batteries, and various misc survival items I might need. So we'll see how it goes.

Thanks for all the well wishes, and good luck to everyone else in it's path (especially those in coastal areas). Hopefully we'll see ya on the other end of this bloody thing.

Hi Tintin. Regardless of the “Readers added context” of the tweet (Xeet?), I am reminded that elephants show an ability to detect far events, earthquakes at least.

Watching that, audio up, had me wondering if birds sus infra-sound through the subtle cyclic movement of their feathers. The same way that I think bugs hear me talking to them. Brain wired ‘just so’, to the parts of them that get vibrated by sound. Like if the part of our brain connected to our ears, in them is branched out all over their body.

Or maybe they are sensing a magnetic component/precursor of a magnification of a storm, fun from our Sun that spins up storms (please see vid). I say this because iirc birds and other critters use our Earth’s magnetic field to navigate long distances.

In this Weather Channel simulation, it shows the storm surge rising to 15 ft/4.6 m in some areas. At 3 ft/.91 m it's too late to evacuate.

    dailymail
Quote Host Stephanie Abrams stood on a CGI street for her report, and showed viewers how Tampa will look if hit by the widely-anticipated 15 foot storm surge.

Abrams began by showing viewers what a harmless-sounding three feet of water would look like. It sat above her waist, with the meteorologist warning that anyone still at home when the water hits this level will have left it too late to evacuate.

Moments later, the computerized water level rose to six feet - above Abrams' head, with cars and debris beginning to float around her.

Abrams then let the simulation rise above nine feet - well above her head. The raging torrent had hit the second floor of nearby homes.

She said: 'There are few places that are safe when the water rises this high.'

Current forecasts suggest Hurricane Milton could actually trigger storm surges of 15 feet, far higher than the frightening nine feet shown by the Weather Channel.
If there is a 9-15 foot surge, this will absolutely devastate the city of Tampa and all the coastal regions across central Florida. I'm hopeful this report is just some brand of fear porn, but if they are telling us what is about to happen, the ensuing disaster will be no less than if a nuclear bomb dropped on the city. This storm will cripple the Tampa area for weeks and could even be grounds to pause/delay the upcoming Presidential election.

For now I reserve judgement, but one can not help but notice the blatant script unfolding, with Helene being its opening act. This is starting to look like something much more sinister than nature's wrath.

Latest I've heard, it's going hit Tampa as a Cat 4, with winds of 150mph and a storm surge of 9-13ft. If that wasn't all, tornado warnings have been issued for multiple counties.

Holy hell, a 5ft surge would be catastrophic. 13ft is Katrina-level devastation and more. Coastal towns like Naples, Cape Coral, and Port Charlotte are particularly vulnerable.

Personally, I can no long contain or reserve my judgment. I am completely convinced that the globalist and their demonic loyal political soldiers have declared war on the American people. In the bigger picture a global war has been declared of humanity, especially western civilization.

Covid and the vax were a way to soften/weaken and or kill large populations, illegal immigration a way to disrupt, stress, and destroy communities and resources, inflation is draining and harming whole populations in one way or another, and now "natural" disasters are becoming the knock out punch to many already weakened and broke communities.

I'm about 100% convinced that these fires and hurricanes are to a large degree being manipulated and or "steered/somewhat controlled".

Almost everything I mentioned above really for the most part or to a large degree could be prevented. Policy and actions (or inaction) are to blame for what we are witnessing and going through.

Even if these fires and hurricanes are 100% natural (which I doubt) the lack of response and help at the highest levels of our so called gov officials and our tax dollars is self explanatory, they do NOT care and want us to suffer and die.

It's not incompetence, it's intentional, I am convinced of that.

What we are also witnessing is not just symptoms of greed and lack of empathy and concern, it is evil and extremely demonic, I am also convinced of that.

Sadly, as these many problems escalate and are so far gone and out of control that it most certainly will only get worse.

My uncle is a master-chief at MacDill AFB just outside of Tampa. Likely they will divert their craft to to other fields if they have not done so already - mainly because they have nuclear capability there - it is a SAC field after all. It and Key West are the two main areas for deterring attacks from the south - and especially the Cuban arena as Russia and others (Chinese) have put resources there, along with subs in that zone as well.

I would posit that the hurricane, combined with a moron for Pres. and a bunch of Dmeocratic Communists who would love to see a revolution, that now might be a time for us also to keep our eyes peeled for some type of strike.

I grew up in the Tampa Bay area, and have relatives in Sarasota as well. I've been through five hurricanes, including living in a Mobile Home when a Cat 5 hit directly on our land there in Ft. Myers, so yes, it's bad, but survivable. I'm more scared of tornadoes personally. I was also in a 7.6 earthquake in Japan, when the street itself opened up and cars fell into the chasm, only to be closed later - and that's scarier than any hurricane. But we must pray for those people and their loved ones and pets as well.

Where are the benevolent public figures that show up with so much concern for mankind's well being? Bill Gates ? Al Gore?

They are certainly on the scene after the destruction as with (Oprah and The Rock in Hawaii) yet seem not to be be present prior.
    Maybe Im just missing it

In the meantime, I will be checking in with my sister who is in Dunedin Tampa in the aftermath. She is staying

So why isnt the benevolent Science and hi tech of mankind not being used to weaken the storm ?
Where are the benevolent public figures that show up with so much concern for mankind's well being? Bill Gates ? Al Gore?

They are certainly on the scene after the destruction as with (Oprah and The Rock in Hawaii) yet seem not to be be present prior.
    Maybe Im just missing it

In the meantime, I will be checking in with my sister who is in Dunedin Tampa in the aftermath. She is staying
I used to live in Dunedin. It's just north of Clearwater, and it's directly on the Gulf, not on the bay like Tampa is.

it is evil and extremely demonic, I am also convinced of that.
From the live stream just now, they were talking about the most dangerous phase of the storm - its hurricane-force centre, The diameter? 66.6 miles wide.

    You couldn't make it up.

The storm surge for Hurricane Milton is expected to be 15 feet = 4.57 meters high!
To give you an idea of how deadly this is, here's what 9 feet (2.74 meters) looks like:

That dude in a 20ft sailboat got the balls to chase a hurricane, his boat is only twice the size of a long surf board. Even if he knows exactly what he is doing, he will easily find a swell at least twice of his boat length. On shore everything moored will be wiped out. As a surfer I know how rough it can get, anything above 8ft (2.4m) require lots of experience to deal with.

This video show a clean wave formation about 8ft, perhaps 10ft in some series.

But a hurricane is a complete different beast, the sea gets stormed without clean formation, waves come from all directions due to extreme windy condition, it is a total nightmare to be in the water, even large container ships sink, in my opinion this guy will suicide himself, in open waters we are talking here at least 50ft swell in some cases, cat 5 hurricane 100ft easily, that would make his boat look tiny, I don't even like to imagine what will happen to him.

This whole thing going on, best way is to go under (basement) of course if the area does not flood, if it floods then it would be wise to leave the place behind and return when the hurricane already passed. It is very sad many have to lose all their belongs and the crook government won't do a damn thing about.

Stay out of water in such a situation, that is my advice, I am no expert at all in these issues but I had my own experiences and almost died in water twice, one occasion under heavy storm and the fishing boat almost capsized, it was hours fighting against the storm and very luck we could do out of it alive.

    God bless.
