Following the news in Florida, I had the idea for this article to understand the situation, as one might say with a Sun in Pisces, a water sign, the answer was not long in coming!

Florida became a state of the United States on March 3, 1845 , the Sun is in Pisces and the master Neptune god of the oceans is positioned in phase 12 of the solar cycle in conjunction with Venus and Mercury in Aquarius. Jupiter who is the master of the sky makes a semi-square to Neptune
In its progressed cycle, Florida is in its phase 12 in analogy with Neptune which has turned retrograde and in conjunction with Mars. The progressed New Moon is expected in 2027 at 9° Virgo. We find a square between Saturn Retro / Aquarius and Jupiter Retro in Taurus which echoes the square of Saturn Retro in conjunction the Sun of Florida to the square of Jupiter Retro in Gemini. This progressed New Moon in Virgo will be in the axis of opposition to the Sun 13° Pisces!

Saint Augustine in Florida located on the Atlantic coast, landing place of the first explorers, it is one of the oldest cities in the USA, dating from September 8, 1565. The Sun is in Virgo in conjunction Jupiter has been in opposition Neptune since 2021

In the progressed cycle, we find a conjunction of Mars and Neptune in Gemini which will have been awakened by the transit of Jupiter and energizing a large square in a mutable sign announcing instability. This large progressed square is made with NeptuneR/Gemini, Saturn/Virgo, Uranus/Pisces and Pluto/Pisces. Progressed new moon was made at 29° Sagittarius in conjunction Mercury square Neptune in transit in Pisces

Miami, Florida is the financial and cultural center of the country located on the Atlantic Ocean coast, dating from July 28, 1896 , a Sun in Leo (semi-square Neptune) conjunction Jupiter, Mercury and Venus, the Moon is in Pisces which found itself in the net of Neptune. Jupiter in Leo in double square Mars in Taurus and the conjunction Saturn and Uranus retro in Scorpio

This sign Scorpio received the South Node between January 2022 and July 2023 causing a psychological tsunami within this state. In its progressed cycle at 13° Gemini will have been in its phase 12 with a projection close to the progressed New Moon located in the axis of opposition of the progressed retro conjunction of Mars and Neptune near retro Pluto in exact opposition to the progressed Sun. So we can think that panic is also on board the boat!, Jupiter progressed in Virgo supervises this axis of opposition between Sagittarius and Gemini!

Orlando, Florida, located in the central part of the state, dating from February 4, 1885 , Sun in Aquarius in conjunction with Mars square Neptune in Taurus which will have received the transit Uranus, then it will be the turn of Pluto retro at 0° Gemini. The Moon is nearby Uranus retro in conjunction with the north node in Libra. Located inland, Orlando is much more populated than the other two cities (Miami and St Augustine, located by the sea)!

With the Sun/Mars and Moon/Uranus duo, we find many leisure complexes like Walt Disney, Hollywood studios for the best known, Neptune bringing its share of dream to the double trine of Mercury and Venus in Capricorn, it helps to keep your feet on the ground!

In its progressed cycle the Moon is in the opposition axis Neptune can currently favor the flow of those who have lost everything following the floods and decide to go further inland! The transit of Neptune makes a double square with the progressed conjunction of Mercury/Saturn 28/29 /Gemini, the progressed Sun is not far away at 2° Cancer and should be hit by 2025/2026 by the transit in conjunction Neptune and Saturn. So, it is obvious that this city is impacted by the successive floods. The progressed Moon is both in opposition to natal then progressed Neptune and in trine to the transiting conjunction of Saturn/Neptune. So a city that will have a role to play in this period of uncertainty for those who will have lost everything!

This retrograde conjunction of Neptune and Saturn in Pisces in a water sign, is a way of bringing out a dose of humanity in each of us and forces us through external events to become more human!
