This is certainly a way to get better diagnostics, healthcare, and healthcare outcomes at a much better cost. I have noticed ultrasound and infrared light creeping into many more areas of healthcare. Infrared light is now used for cardiovascular support, congestive heart failure, arterial disease, chronic pain, etc. I have also noticed that the ultrasound used to be the province of looking at babies in the mother's womb but now even that simple technology is used for examining major organs and a host of musculoskeletal and vascular diagnostics.

I suspect that big pharma, hospitals and even doctors have been reluctant to adopt some of these technologies that have been around for a while. People are reluctant to change particularly when it means making less money per patient. Dr. Jesper and Openwaters should be applauded for their medical breakthroughs and we can only hope that this technology quickly becomes much more mainstream. The is no denying the results of her work.

It’ll be a year next month that I added red and near infrared therapy. It’s a preventive tool that I use for 12 minutes, twice a day.

I’m also in the early stages of experimenting with the red light for 15-30 minutes before bed as part of the block blue light information.

    PRO300 - Red Light Therapy
    50,000+ hr | 3 year warranty

    Benefits (listed on the site)
    Skin Health and Anti-Aging
Red light therapy (RLT) is well-documented for improving skin health by stimulating collagen production, reducing wrinkles, and enhancing skin elasticity. It promotes cell regeneration and repair, which leads to a more youthful appearance.
    Wound Healing and Tissue Repair
RLT accelerates the healing process of wounds and injuries by promoting increased blood flow and cellular activity at the site of injury. It enhances the formation of new blood vessels and tissues, facilitating faster recovery.
    Pain and Inflammation Reduction
RLT has been shown to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain, particularly in conditions like arthritis, tendonitis, and muscle injuries. It works by reducing oxidative stress and promoting cellular repair.
Hair Growth and Hair Loss Prevention
RLT can stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth, making it a popular treatment for androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern baldness). It increases blood flow to the scalp and enhances cellular metabolism in hair follicles.
    Muscle Recovery and Performance
Athletes use RLT to enhance muscle recovery and improve performance. It reduces muscle soreness, accelerates recovery after intense exercise, and increases endurance by boosting cellular energy production.
    Joint Health and Arthritis Relief
RLT can reduce symptoms of arthritis, including joint pain and stiffness. It promotes cartilage repair and reduces inflammation in the joints, improving mobility and comfort.
    Mood and Depression Improvement
RLT may have positive effects on mood disorders and depression by influencing the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin. It can also help with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
    Sleep Improvement
RLT can help regulate the sleep-wake cycle by influencing melatonin production. It has been shown to improve sleep quality and duration, helping individuals achieve better rest.
    Cognitive Function and Neuroprotection
There is emerging evidence that RLT may support cognitive function and provide neuroprotective effects, potentially benefiting conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
    Acne Reduction
RLT can help reduce acne by decreasing inflammation and bacteria levels on the skin. It promotes skin healing and reduces the appearance of acne scars.
    Dental Health
RLT can promote oral health by reducing inflammation, pain, and healing times in dental procedures. It may also support the treatment of periodontal disease.
    Weight Loss and Metabolism
There is some evidence that RLT can aid in weight loss by increasing cellular metabolism and reducing adipose tissue. It may enhance fat cell reduction and improve body composition.
    Hormonal Balance
RLT might influence hormonal balance by affecting the endocrine system. It could help with issues like thyroid function and hormone regulation.
    Immune System Support
RLT may boost the immune system by enhancing cellular function and promoting the activity of immune cells. It could help in faster recovery from illnesses and infections.
    Eye Health
RLT may benefit eye health by reducing inflammation and promoting cellular repair in the retina. It has potential in treating conditions like age-related macular degeneration.

I haven't watched the video yet, but I did have much success with a device after a knee injury I had back in 2020.
A trip to the ER and then subsequent referral to the orthopedic doctor group offered me only two alternatives, after their diagnosis of severe arthritis:
    1. Cortisone shots
    2. Knee replacement

I was pretty mad, as the doctor would simply not hear me that I had a sudden injury, with a loud POP. He acted like arthritis had been there a long time and reached the point of no return.

Anyway, figuring I was on my own, as I had no intention of going along with his program of either steroid shots or replacement, I researched and purchased this infrared knee device:

I used this religiously, along with a couple of added supplements, some specific exercises, and a knee sleeve, and am delighted to say that my knee feels totally normal and I can walk and hike etc. without their stupid knee replacement. (it did take a good 8 months until full recovery, though) I don't notice any supposed arthritis at all.

The video in the O.P. raised my eybrows,
How is this company who are clearly well embedded in the establishment suddenly coming forward, so relaxed and confident with their technology?
Oh, we can do away with all these expensive drugs etc. and you light and sound instead.
Normally that kind of thing would end up burried with the invetors going quiet.

Have we shifted timeline again? Is this just going to hit the market and big pharma disappears??
    Puzzled..

    Good questions.

Perhaps it is as with the Internet/Web, and as with Cryptocurrency.

Once more traditional technologies (such as newspapers and the mass media of radio and TV, or such as "debt-money", lent into existence by the Banksters) have encountered resistance, and incited sufficient alternatives using new technologies, then the next step is co-existence.

For years, even a few decades, both the old and the new co-exist. Those more adaptive, and more aware of the potential benefits of the new "stuff" to themselves, their friends and families, and their communities migrate to that new "stuff", while those more set in their ways remain with the traditional "stuff" while ridiculing the limitations (whether real or just alleged) of the new "stuff".

Then a crisis arises, as the new "stuff" starts to envelope the dominant order and mechanisms of our society, threatening various "big power" players who have molded the existing order, using the old "stuff", to their considerable advantage, and obsoleting many businesses and professions who had developed much expertise and infrastructure focused on the old "stuff".

Thus it might now be unfolding with our healing and medicine.

For now, as previously with the printing press, electricity, internal combustion engines, computers, the internet, and cryptocurrency ... it's a fun and likely (though by no means guaranteed) good time to engage with new "stuff", if one is so inclined and able. or, as with our health, the deficiencies of the old means have already become intolerable.

    https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/t...-putting-light

Natural light is an essential nutrient many of us do not have enough of within our bodies. Because of this, when ultraviolet light is added to the bloodstream, phenomenal health benefits emerge.

•Once ultraviolet blood irradiation (UVBI) was discovered in the 1930s, it produced miraculous results for patients on the verge of death and was quickly adopted by hospitals throughout America. There, it demonstrated remarkable efficacy for a wide range of diseases, and the doctors who pioneered its use compiled a large body of research.

•To neutralize this competition, the American Medical Association published a small doctored study that “debunked” UVBI, and before long it became a forgotten side of medicine. The Russians and Germans however recognized the value of it, and for decades have produced research showing UBVI’s remarkable utility for a variety of challenging medical conditions both within and outside the hospital. However, in America, UVBI is primarily used by integrative practitioners who need effective tools to treat complex illnesses (e.g., Lyme disease, Chronic fatigue syndrome, spike protein injuries, or migraine disorders).

In this article we will review the hundreds of studies showing UVBI's utility for a wide range of medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular diseases, infertility, preventing miscarriages, many autoimmune disorders, preventing complications from surgery, and treating a myriad of challenging bacterial and viral infections), explain how UVBI works, and provide the resources for those wishing to best utilize this therapy.

I realize it is uv light not ir. But if it works then make it available.

Both uv (ultaviolet) and ir (infrared) are beneficial. At the very least, the uv is used by the body to produce Vitamin D3, and ir can used by mitochondria in its production of our cell's "energy molecule", ATP.

However given the usual multiple uses that the body makes of its processes and from the resources available to it, both uv and ir have additional uses, such as discussed on this thread.
