Very important point about complex personality types. Both conditions are worthy.

No one is mono emotional and to suppress your emotions for any reason is a bad thing. It goes inward and creates a little pond of dark energy.

When I was working ion IT, the job was high pressure. **** happened all the time. Our boss established a Scream Room in one of the server rooms which was sound proofed.

You could really let it out in there. Get rid of the energy.

I use my neighbours sauna to let go of that extra pressure, of course not when its hot.

It has for many years prevented me from going bananas. LMAO

Yeah, nothing like a good sauna.
When you feel like crap, you go in and come out feeling better.

...I wish I had a sauna ...

You could always have a shower in your clothes, then stand REAL close to a heater!
Make sure you don't have any carrots on you first.
Don't wanna see em wasted.

Because it seems not much more than noise to me but that is just my opinion .... I think it has served its purpose and it no longer relflects anything close to the original intent. again my opinion, thats all. I just want it considered, if the masses disagree I'm ok with that ;-)

I didn't ask. I am in fact stating that I think it would be an awesome outcome, and were it to happen, I think it would be a good thing.

I like closure of episodes like this. I like the definitive markers that enable us to move on and let the dust settle, without it keep being re-stirred.
