I received my clip-on yellow lenses a week ago. I wanted to wait awhile, to get some experience with them before reporting. Regardless of what they may or may not block I am thoroughly impressed. Although I almost never use my cell phone, my laptop screen time is intense due to the work I do on my platform <--> website, articles, forum board, youtube, patreon, I create, myself, each and every graphic. Two years ago, due to the screen time I began getting dry eye. It has worked into one heck of a difficulty. I am also, it would seem, now prone to getting migraines. This is why I have been following this thread, the concept of blue blocking in general and making myself available for a recommendation for something that might help.

In this one short week, and in truth the first days of wearing the yellow lenses when on the laptop my eyes calmed down, stopped throbbing, always feeling like there was dirt in them and began to release their fluid, remoisturizing my eyes. To my utter surprise, one day while at work, I believe it was just the 3rd or 4th day I had begun to wear the lenses I felt one of my migraines coming on. I immediately thought to put them on and by the time I got home not quite two hours later I had no head pain at all. The blue blockers had literally overcome the migraine. I really want to put an exclamation mark here. Stopping one of the migraines I get in its tracks is no small thing. I have nothing but positive things to say about what these are helping me with, and in just a short time. I have to be able to keep working to bring in what I can through all available avenues, even if that is not much. These lenses have saved me. At least for now. I have a life line.

I really want to thank you, RunningDeer, for your contributions to this thread, the information and links to the block-blue-light site. I will be getting at least one more pair of the clip-ons, likely the amber ones. BEFORE the currently running 25% off black Friday sale ends.

Another interview with Dr Jack Kruse, published on 22 November. I've NOT watched this yet, but it came highly recommended by a regular Avalon guest who follows Dr Kruse's work closely.

Running Deer I have to thank your for the time stamp breakdown of Dr Kruse. This is so valuable regarding a 4 hour interview. i have sent to family and friends knowing they can scan the topics , get their feet wet etc.
    THANKS VERY MUCH!

BTW, can anyone recommend a product source for the red glasses and blue screen protection? I am suppose to have lasic surgery for my right eye in march - april. Id love to spend this time till then in front of the red light source mentioned

    thanks

Demo video (note: the sound quality improves)

    Time table:
    • @ 01 second - sun light spectrum
    • @ 40 seconds - blue light intensity
    • @ 4:04 - flicker, audible sound & frequency in the air
    • @ 8:46 dirty electricity - measuring:
      1) the current & electromagnetic field in the air
      2) amount of frequency & current that flows through the body

Marco is doing some basic light testing on standard household light bulbs and low-blue light bulbs. The purpose is to show you why were are concerned with Electrical lighting as part of our EMF testing.

For more information about Marco and Spectral design.

    Block Blue Lights:

We recommend them because we use them, but it's important to note that they still create dirty electricity. We find the Block Blue lights test very well for all 3 categories and can be a better option depending on your requirements and sensitivity.

There are also ways to set up lighting systems with no hazards, but this may be more extensive work and expensive, but it's possible.

***We have condensed our testing methods to shorten the video and show our results' visuals. We have done more extensive testing, for example, testing with appropriate ground references.

Am I right thinking that DC lights would not have the AC flicker thing going on?
If so, that would also include DC LEDs irrespective of their issues with bad spectrum.
In fact thinking aloud here, aren't LEDs generally DC?

In fact thinking aloud here, aren't LEDs generally DC?
I ran a quick search. I’ll leave it to you to see if any of the information fills in the blanks for you, or until someone more knowledgeable can assist.
    Question: Do DC lights flicker?

No, ideally, DC lights should not flicker because direct current (DC) provides a constant flow of electricity, unlike alternating current (AC) which switches direction, causing flicker; however, even with DC lights, poor quality power supplies or faulty wiring can still lead to some degree of flickering.

Key points about DC lights and flicker:
    • Theory: Since DC is a steady current, it shouldn't cause noticeable flicker when used properly.

    • LEDs and DC: Most modern LED lights use DC power and are designed to minimize flicker.

    • Potential flicker sources: Issues with the power supply (driver) for the LED lights, loose connections, or a poorly designed circuit can still cause flickering even with DC power.

Flicker-Free LED Lighting: Everything You Need to Know

Perhaps you’ve encountered visible light flicker due to faulty wiring connections, worn-out bulbs, and electricity issues. However, a lesser-known flicker type is often overlooked for obvious reasons – it might not be visible to the naked eye.

That’s right; LED lights have invisible flickers that are only seen after taking a shot with your smartphone camera or when they produce a stroboscopic effect on objects in motion.

Because LED flicker isn’t always visible to the eye, we don’t have an apparent reason to switch to a flicker-free LED light. However, a closer look at the topic reveals why a flicker-free light matters.

What Is Flicker In LED Lights?

The flicker in LED light refers to quick fluctuations in brightness occurring several times per second. The swift speed of the flicker often makes it invisible to the eye.

However, it may have neurological and physiological effects on our bodies. For instance, you may experience a headache, eye strain, or fatigue due to excessive light flicker. Even worse, students may have trouble concentrating.

Although flicker is mostly unnoticeable, you may observe it in a few cases.

For example, it gets noticeable when it creates a stroboscopic effect (an optical phenomenon that occurs due to unhindered illumination of an object in motion and causes it to appear stationary or moving slower than the actual rate) on moving objects.

Likewise, you may observe it in the form of vertical streaking lines after clicking photos with your smartphone.

    Conclusion

The severity of the flicker effect varies depending on the light source because different light sources exhibit different flicker frequencies.

The best way to mitigate the flicker effect is to opt for flicker-free LED lighting.

Not only do they minimize distortion in video recording, but they also reduce eyestrain, headaches, and other problems associated with light flicker.

Wow! those filters are impressive. Thanks for those resource(s), Casey.

    Now I'm one of Bill's 167K subscribers:.....

UPDATE: Dr. Jack Kruse references many of the same studies found in “The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life,” by: Arthur Firstenbery, 2020. And in an episode or two he gives a shout out for the book. (added below)

I purchased an Digital Electromagnetic Field Radiation Detector last spring. I’ll add a condensed version here:
Like rain on a campfire, electromagnetic fields douse the flames of metabolism. They reduce the activity of the cytochromes and there is evidence that they do so in the simplest of all possible ways: by exerting a force that alters the speed of the electrons being transported along the chain of cytochromes to oxygen.” ~ Arthur Firstenbery, "The Invisible Rainbow", March 9, 2020

The Invisible Rainbow has opened my eye to stay the course with my expanding health choices. I purchased a Digital Electromagnetic Field Radiation Detector. It’s far from a super-duper model. I was relieved to discover things like the air conditioner, humidifier, air filter and water distiller measure in the safe range. I tossed my TV over 20 years ago, so I plan to test my brother’s humongous TV screen in the media room. (Fingers crossed the radiation detector will rouse family members curiosity.) The worst pollution are the computer and iPads when they’re plugged in. The electric fields register from severe to extreme, so I run them on the batteries and charge at night.

The EMF radiation blanket I purchased about a month ago was a bust. (see post) I covered over my iPads station to block out the electric field. The detector hardly lowered. I recently came across an article that explains how EMS clothing and blankets aren’t efficient as we’re lead to believe. For instance, as I understand it, when you cover your body with an EMF blanket, the electric pollution is sent elsewhere and it may cause them to localize on another part of the body like the head rather than dispersing into the larger field. See Sometimes shielded clothing can make EMF exposure worse.

Fortunately, I’ve only in the last two years used a cell phone on a regular basis. I reconfigured my wifi to turn off with a flip of a switch, rather than disconnecting wires. I also keep the wifi off for large chunks of time during the day. I download vids/podcasts and listen to them off-line. I also switched back to books rather than Kindle/iPad tech even though they register in the good range when I'm not connected to wifi and bluetooth.

Lastly, on page 380 of The Invisible Rainbow, the topic of Mobile Communication and Children’s Health was so compelling that I sent a copy of the book to my nephew and his wife. They recently gave birth to a healthy baby girl after years of trying. Baby monitors, cell phones, microwave oven and a large screen TV are part of their lifestyle. Fingers crossed they’ll take time to read some of the other chapters and it’ll spill over to other family members as well.

To summarize, the EMF detector help me change a few things and also gave me peace of mind that it’s not as bad in my place as I thought, but I keep in mind that electromagnetic pollution is cumulative. What I mean by that is after years of overstimulation, the body becomes exhausted and cellular metabolism is reduced at all levels.

The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life
by: Arthur Firstenbery, March 9, 2020

    Summary: 4.8 review, 2382 ratings, 4.8 out of 5
5g is being rolled out across the country, despite growing evidence that it is disruptive to our health, our safety, and the environment. The Invisible Rainbow is the groundbreaking story of electricity as it’s never been told before―exposing its very real impact on the biosphere and human health.

    Over 100,000 copies sold!

Over the last 220 years, society has evolved a universal belief that electricity is ‘safe’ for humanity and the planet. Scientist and journalist Arthur Firstenberg disrupts this conviction by telling the story of electricity in a way it has never been told before―from an environmental point of view―by detailing the effects that this fundamental societal building block has had on our health and our planet.

In The Invisible Rainbow, Firstenberg traces the history of electricity from the early eighteenth century to the present, making a compelling case that many environmental problems, as well as the major diseases of industrialized civilization―heart disease, diabetes, and cancer―are related to electrical pollution.
    • "Few individuals today are able to grasp the entirety of a scientific subject and present it in a highly engaging manner . . . Firstenberg has done just that with one of the most pressing but neglected problems of our technological age."―BRADLEY JOHNSON,MD, Amen Clinic, San Francisco
    • "[A] masterpiece."―Celia Farber, investigative journalist
    • "This seminal book...will transform your understanding ...of the environmental and health effects of electricity and radio frequencies"―Paradigm Explorer

I subscribed to this guy's channel recently and one of the first few videos he put through afterward was on this subject.

He is explaining, showing, and recommending these devices for the situation.

Just thought I would share. I hope someone finds it helpful.
[INDENT][INDENT][INDENT]Wow! those filters are impressive. Thanks for those resource(s), Casey.

    Now I'm one of Bill's 167K subscribers:.....

You are welcome, RunningDeer, and, yes!, I thought so, too. I will likely be purchasing a 3pk of the filters for a studio space. I've not found anything comparable and I do trust the source here. Thank you for linking Perma Pastures Farm youtube and webpage. He seems like a really good guy.

Jack also loves to talk about Bitcoin. I made a clip from one of his recent interviews, where he reveals the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto plus outlines the history of Bitcoin, going all the way back to famous mobster Mayer Lansky:

That thought crossed my mind, too. I downloaded the video. Danny Jones explained how he bleeped out parts to get around the Youtube merry-go-round censorship. He informed us that the podcast is an 'electric conversation'.

    That’s an awfully kindly stretch.

Every single thing that uses EMF raises blood glucose and insulin.

I’m an hour and 16 minute in where Dr. Jack discusses Calley Means and his sister, Casey Means advice in their book to use a continuous glucose monitor (CGMs), “Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health”.

I stopped to make a post where Calley stumbles and tries to skirt the issue. In fairness, I read their “Good Energy” book. It was informative enough. Though, I only skimmed the wearable chapter. As I understood it, you had to go through a healthcare provider and the monitors had to be FDA-approved because most wearable are not accurate. Then I researched the over-the-counter products. In each case, a wearable sensor is attached to the back of the arm and connects to a smartphone app. It continuously measures and records glucose levels. Each sensor can be worn for up to 15 days.

Smartphone app …that’s the EMS issue Dr. Jack points out which I also questioned at the time because of the book, “The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life”. (here)

My conclusion was rather than the tech route, I have an honest think talk with myself about sugar/carbs intake, stress areas, and sleep patterns, then change the behavior(s).
    Good Energy,”pg. 21:
“And therein lies the root of the blood sugar problems, such as pre diabetes and type 2 diabetes, conditions that affect over 50% of adults and nearly 30% of children in the United States. It’s a domino effect of mitochondrial dysfunction - caused by several environmental factors - which leads to a back up of glucose and fatty acids that convert to toxic fats that fill the cell, thereby blocking insulin signaling, leading to a cell that struggles to take in glucose from the bloodstream. Insulin resistance ultimately leads to a rise in our day-to-day levels of blood sugar.”

I listened to the podcast yesterday. It made me think about so many things.

IMO from all the times I have listened to Jack Kruse, I saw that he communicates his passion for what he wants to reveal as a kind of anger which is hard to deal with at times. He in this interview could have been more clear and I think it did reveal some important information. I see Calley means as a young man who IS part of the elite minion class. He IS influenced more than he knows by belief in the system...versus the SYSTEM is the evil.

I do hear new age "heart" messages from him. He seems like he really is young. However, I can't tell if he is compromising (for instance prevarication about the shots)or IGNORANT. He probably is afraid to go against the "authority" and this wishy washyness is what I see happening all over. I see it in Del Bigtree. People are still apologists in some way for the "complexification and crapification" system that is the agent of what I see as our dire adversary.

Using MORE technology and LESS human skills of observation and understanding of the unique beings we are is evidenced by "fitbits" and glucose monitors and using blood work with "standard" values. This is WRONG and we MUST turn away from this route. The issue is seeking the "root causes" THEN being CLEAR that "what HARMS" will NOT BE TOLERATED. I agree that we must stop the shots PERIOD. It is also important to add all the issues to be observed, light issues, EMFs, additives to food , poisons in the environment, The CHEMTRAILS ETC... so many issues.... The people who are apologists are appearing to be controlled by their BELIEFS they NEED the System to continue.

    Worth sitting through.....

I'm also no fan of wearables. What's interesting though, there seems to be a new technology, low emission (or low energy) bluetooth, which supposedly has only 1/1.000.000 of the radiation coming off regular bluetooth.

I’ll not be surprise when science catch on that EMF plays a role in physical and spiritual alterations. I’ve posted elsewhere of how years back I lacked the knowledge of the latest technology. So when I ”saw” how part of a man’s skull had AI metal tech, I did a double take. It was confirmed when he got out of the car and he put a wireless contraption around his ear. I watched for others with similar AI scull implants. Some had cell phones and some didn’t but I’d wager they were frequent users.

It was around the same time that I’d ”see” energetic entities hitchin-a-ride. They were different shapes and sizes. For example, tentacles wrapped around a heart. Or an entity taking up real estate space in the lower back. Or rooting itself in an organ or muscle.

Some felt like an energy while others over time manifested into an energetic entity. It was easy enough to pull them off/out much like an octopus with suction cups. I also saw metal plates and other chisel-like tech. I'd pluck and send them back to Source. It wasn’t long before I realized that an energetic continued to manifest if the person didn’t keep up with the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual cleaning.
