Interview with Annalie Cummings (me) // Artemesia of Project Avalon Forum, my heartfelt effort for full disclosure on the eugenics projects and their connection to the mind control black projects from the perspective of a survivor. In this interview I really felt to share the realities of what goes on, where this is heading for all of humanity if we do not intervene in these agendas, and some hopeful messages for ‘finding a way through’ via heart-based connection, nature and interconnectivity with the Earth herself and all her species of life, as well as the role of art in sourcing our own relationship with the creative powers of love that are indelible within all who choose freedom and the triumph of the human spirit above all else.

Project Avalon family, thank you all for being woven into the fabric of this pathcutting interview for me. I hope it will be received… with grace. It has taken a lot to come this far.

I have another interview up now, this one with my longtime friend Randy Maugans on Off Planet Media.

Initially we wanted to catch up in a conversation that had left off years ago and had carried on via emails over the years, but since I had finally found the traction to ‘go public’ again, made possible by many years of dedicated self healing work to cope with the dissociative identity disorder I live with, actively work on deprogramming from the highly technical structures personality system controls installed in medical settings in the mind control projects, our discussion ended up making a profound deep dive into specific tangible healing techniques, and what it takes to come up for air again after heavy suppression and re-torture/re-accessing. I had the occasion to write a note to a fellow mind control projects survivor recently, to share some tips that I have figured out that work well for me as I face the daunting task of the ‘memory work’ that comes as an important component of healing from mind control projects and beginning to de-program and reintegrate fractured self aspects of dissociative identity disorder.

I felt to share some of that info here in case there are others who might benefit from this HARD WON wisdom.

Getting memories back... yeah, its a trip, right? I too saw a hypnotherapist at one point, and after that experience I would suggest against it. Couple of reasons. One, if you were mind controlled in a government based project, which had access to a lot of highly specialized medical equipment and involved many hours of ‘programming’, then you are liKely HIGHLY SUGGESTIBLE, and hypnosis, often at first done with drug enhancements, then later you would be 'good at it' without those, is a key tool used after the more 'heavy duty' trauma fracturing is done -- its how all the 'commands' are introduced and stored. That is done in a variety of ways, some just recordings and loop backs, some with videos, others will get more detailed with sort of diorama scenes set up, playing with figurines etcetera, and the much more dramatic ones are done as very 'staged' events, sometimes with a larger group of subjects, other kids, etc. That is where the 'ritual' aspect comes in, but remember it is all STAGED. All of it. That is how powerful our perception is, and the energetic force of our human-ness which is what they were seeking to appropriate for themselves, no matter what the specific project or target of the tortures they were doing to you.

So what I found with hypnosis is that I could get 'in' very easily in the hypnotherapist's office -- and could barely get out. Could barely get myself home. And would spend days in a sort of in-between state of hypnotic suggestion that made ordinary functioning precarious, at best. I had two little kids to care for at that time and was a stay at home mother and it was just so hard. I was also blogging/writing my 'book' and doing shows also. But had NO real idea of what I was sitting on. It was a difficult time. Also, because the 'suggestions/commands' were installed using hypnosis, the parts that are your recorders or trackers, basically your observer self aspects that are usually not touched by the programming in the same way because they operate outside of that space, will be highly suspicious of any material recovered in hypnosis by choice attempts, and internal persecutors/protectors may PURPOSELY derail the hypnosis memory recall into 'false' memories so that you doubt yourself. I have heard of other survivors reporting on how common this is, especially in the case of people one thinks are dead or is certain one saw killed, went to funerals for, etcetera, and then it turns out they are alive and well. For some reason that in particular was used across the board in many projects survivors including a lot of ritual abuse survivors because they saw a lot of killings. Nothing like a 'oh wow so they are not dead after all' scenario to make one suddenly doubt ALL KINDS of memories that you're worked painfully hard to recall through flashbacks. And self-doubt is the lynchpin to being able to gain traction in believing oneself that these things did actually happen, and getting coherence to be able to make better choices on how to get safe, get away from perpetrators, and begin to heal. All healing has to be done from a platform of that kind of safety and stability and not being 'accessed' again, and so if they can keep one little shred of doubt in there, usually programmed to appear if needed, then that will cause the domino cascade that is entirely internal at that point that keeps you their controlled asset. It sucks. And they were that deliberate about making sure you would never leave. Its insane. And.... it can totally be disassembled and deactivated. You just have to know how it works, and I share this as confirmation that MANY other survivors have been able to describe this scenario. So use that as you will, but I think there are more effective ways to retrieve memory than hypnosis, which comes with specific pitfalls for mind control projects survivors.

And its important to NOT GO PART HUNTING. Not go 'looking' for the memory. Understanding that a specific piece of memory has been 'lost' or remains hidden because there is a part of you that endured something so horrible that it could not go on living with you as front self knowing. So it is hiding it so you can stay alive. Honoring that, and knowing that allowing it to be seen is going to take an intricate dance of self-acceptance, tolerance for ambiguity, and capacity to remain neutral in the face of a terrible truth is what will allow the memory to come forward. It cannot be forced, that was what put it into hiding. Infinite love and compassion will be the elixir, the antidote the the poison that hid it away in the first place. So that is to say, you were treated unbelievably harshly and with intense cruelty, so gentleness and trustworthiness in that level of self compassion and care will go a long way internally as you rebuild system wide coherence and integrity. Allow the memories to surface organically, as they come up; maybe in dreams, maybe because they accidentally got triggered by something in present day, maybe you just went for a walk down memory lane while in a neutral headspace like washing the dishes or something and its ready to have a chat with you about that time in your life and what you lived. Just allowing in neutral space is so essential. Its much more effective than hypnosis or 'looking' for memories with a forced urgency, and will ensure you are not overloaded with more than you can cope with at any one time, which can be extremely debilitating and frankly, dangerous.

Also building out a 'coping skills toolbox' of what works for you is SO important, whether that is flower essences (which I use extensively) or herbal tinctures -- see my post here for that -- or art therapy or visualization, sensory healing therapies like hot water baths, aromatherapy, cooking nutritious and sensory-soothing foods for self care, salt soaks and depolarization, aromatherapy, or all of it. I also use ICE PACKS to stand on when its really bad and I am pulling out of body into astral layers. This was done to me in projects (submerged lower extremities in ice water) to prevent secondary fracturing they did not want, and I figured it out by accident. But even though it was used as a control method, I still find it helpful when I need to stay present and not further dissociate. Staying present allows other more coherent self aspects, known as 'helpers to assist the part that is having the memory return get to a safe space 'off stage' to process the scene. Helpers can be older parts, motherly parts, 'housekeeping parts' etc. What I found amazing is that so many mind control survivors have THE SAME PARTS, with the same functions. Not necessarily the same names, especially if one renamed those later on in one's phases of conscious healing and choosing to work as a team with co-consciousness with those existing parts, but that there will always be similar ones that did the same assigned tasks. It takes SO MUCH life force to keep a very structured system 'running' with the covert aspect fully contained. Its such a waste of internal energy, all this life force assigned tasks to keep the secrets hidden to protect the perpetrators while you are slowly drained of existence, kept on loopbacks of endless containment.

So an example of this would be housekeepers maybe were used to 'cover up the evidence' of when one had been worked or taken someplace or had 'done something' so 'front' parts wouldn't know. But once they consent to healing, they can be incredibly good nurses and very detail oriented caregivers who in my case seem to be able to retain verbal functioning ever so slightly in an otherwise emotional overwhelm state that takes one non-verbal. This allows me to ask other people I live with who are present when I am deep in a flashback that has taken me to non-functional status to go get the things needed to calm me down, even if its just saying 'ice water', ice packs, flower essence, juice box, etc. A note there; juice can also help because if they were dropping your blood sugar (very common) when commands were installed, the juice will 'wake up' the parts that are shutting down. So its a 'positive reinforcement' cue that the episode is almost over, that's often how that was used. Its almost always the same kind of juice, so check that, ask inside. Learning to 'ask' a question, sometimes out loud, which may not initially get a response but will be silently 'heard' by others inside can be a really incredible way to begin to draw out parts that maybe 'want' to speak but are terrified to do so. Go slow, and be willing to experiment. For awhile I had to leave post it notes around. And much to my surprise occasionally 'new' ones would appear with responses, which I had no memory of writing. But it was definitely a me doing it. It was such a relief for us all. She sees me. She hears me. Its like looking at that Rene Magritte painting of the man looking in a mirror in front of a fireplace but he only sees his back, not his reflection. Its called 'reproduction interdit' . Illegal image. So the post its were a method I used to break that fourth wall of internal amnesiac barriers. These kids who were harmed -- they want to be seen. They want out of the nightmare. But you have to get them to trust that 'this time' them taking the risk to reach out will not be punished. Building that will be a very artful and creative process and highly individual. But its the confirmation of memory you will be looking for, and once it happens, that is when you will begin to have some real traction and forward progress can begin.

De-programming oneself is all about realizing that the systems are there, the neural pathways are very entrained, and its unlikely they will 'go away'. But what you can do is get the parts that lived through that 'training' and torture to agree to healing, and then repurpose those internal pathways for GOOD, to live the life they always wanted to have. Same methods, same signals, same cues -- but a new purpose : life affirming healing. Not punishment, and not serving some other person's maniacal experimental ends. I love it because its kind of the ultimate reversal of their torture. That which caused so much harm can be the very thing to bring you healing and relief, when seen for what it is and recalibrated by your own free will agency and choice to heal.

A final tip. Look around your home, at things you have posted, maybe on the fridge, maybe your computer 'wallpaper', maybe quotes you have written down someplace special that you look at frequently because you felt they were important. People who have internals due to traumatic dissociation and also those who were specifically mind controlled by a government/medical project are ALWAYS leaving themselves, the front selves, messages from the internals to try and leave clues as to how to find them. Life finds a way. You are always on a self rescue mission, whether you know it or not. Knowing that that is what you are seeing with these artful designs in your sacred home space will change the way you will be able to internally communicate across the amnesiac barriers between compartmentalized self aspects. Its like what Carrie Fisher called, 'Postcards from the Edge' in her descriptions of her internal healing work. You have probably been sending yourself air mail postcards from the void of your subconscious all this while. When you begin to look, actively 'see' them as that -- messages from within -- you will notice a palpable shift: in dreams, in what memories come up naturally, in how you will be able to understand memories that you have already gotten back but had no context for previously. Interstellar fragments become constellations with names, stories, mythologies and probably most importantly, the 'what dreams may come' of those wounded selves who want to live again, be healed and be free at last, safe and known, accepted and honored for all they have endured to allow you to be alive in this now moment. They died for you, and you can bring them back to life by taking them out of the darkness and showing them the light of love for all that you are. Its literally that powerful to rescue a lost part of oneself. And that beautiful, with all that it took to endure and retrieve it.

It can be done, and its an incredible task. But it will be the joy you seek, the affirmation from within, and the path ahead made visible that you have been seeking and so rightly deserve to be able to walk.
