Happy new year everyone!

I've been mostly absent from here for years, been dealing with life mostly - things are starting to look up, slowly but surely ... I've been wanting to add recently how important fear work is ... life is an adventure, we all want it to be an adventure, but so few are willing to face fear with embrace enough to allow that.

Things are going to change so rapidly in the next few years, processing fear will become a requirement. Replacing a sense of fear with a sense of adventure is a good tool to have in the tool belt.

Happy new year! I hope to be a bit more active here in 2025.

So here’s an interesting adjunct to commonly held ideas of history, conveniently centered on a New Years’ Day, 1781 in what would become the US of A.

Lance the history guy points out a serious logistical failure of the revolutionary army command, lack of food for soldiers, that he thinks almost led to British victory.

I, for one, am happy that it got solved (tho def a stain on the budding nation).
