UK using cloud providors to Censor sites

I'm in the UK and for about a week now am unable to access Abovetopsecret.com - I get a message from Cloudfare telling me that the site cannot be accessed. Initially I thought the site was down but apparently it isn't it's just being censored at the DNS Cloud providor level by my own Internet providor (Three). During the Covid era Project Avalon was also being censored, but now thankfully it isn't. The problem with this is, you cannot even use a VPN either to access such sites. If anyone outside the UK could let me know if ATS is accessible, that would be great. I suspect it's EU wide. I hope I'm wrong and that PA doesn't fall foul of the censors in the future.

Edit: isitdownrightnow.com does say it is down and has been for 2 days 19 hours. Looks bad for ATS'rs

I just tried, and yes, Cloudfare says the site is down — at the ATS end.
