Many apologies, Flash. I tend to speak in riddles about sensitive subjects anymore.

A common symbol used by the United States is the bald eagle. It can be seen on the Great Seal, which is found on Presidential documents and the dollar bill. The eagle has an olive branch in one claw and a bundle of arrows in the other. The eagle in all official and public seals to my knowledge has always faced the olive branch, representing a desire for peace, but the arrows are present to signify that we will fight if we are forced to.

The seal that Trump used at the WEF is the first time I can recall that the eagle has ever faced the arrows in a public and official use. This implies, quietly, a desire for war. This upsets me greatly. I believe Trump will brashly demand of other nations things he cannot reasonably expect, as seen in his wild policy already. Talking about invading Panama and Greenland is not cool. Talking about Canada as the 51st state and renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America is not cool.

I believe Trump is playing the role of the delusional, nationalistic, and overly zealous Christian Baby Boomer, not because he actually believes in any of that, but in fact because he seeks to serve as the patsy for its destruction. Trump is leading the old image of America to its destruction.

This is speculation, yes, but I think it’s “on the money.”

In any case, the eagle signaling a desire for war is not a good omen.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion but I believe Trump will do everything in his power to facilitate peace in the Middle East and move the Abrahams accord forward. Biden showed no interest whatsoever in promoting peace. He pumped enough money into Israel to keep the war going but not win the war. What is happening now in the ME is a result of Trump's words and potential actions.

I believe Biden used NATO to intimidate Russia into war and then slow-walked enough money and munitions into Ukraine to keep the war going but never enough to give them a fighting chance.

Biden and the progressives loudly screamed for peace and at the same time expedited and promoted war. There is an agenda that goes beyond Russia, Israel and the USA. Biden was a pawn to move that agenda forward.

Biden was a mediocre war-mongering politician who was responsible for thousands of deaths. Trump is taking tremendous personal risks and making a huge effort to right the ship.

Behind Trump there is a picture with the eagle facing the opposite direction towards the arrows. I am not sure if the background is something that is computer generated later as on a green screen used in movie making or if it is an actual wall.

The Great Seal on the podium is the same as it's ever been, the eagle is facing the olive branches. Why the eagle faces the arrows in the background image, I don't know. It was surprising enough. So I guess we can see what we want to see between the two!

I respect your opinion as well, and my heart hopes like you do that Trump can turn the ship around, but my brain is in a much different place. Let me just say that I think all the presidents are actors in a way. They play a role.

Not that it matters, but I was registered Independent, first voted for Hillary, next voted for Trump, and then I figured out I wasn't very good at it nor did I believe it was legitimate (the 2020 and 2000 elections were stolen, and probably several others) so I unregistered myself. We get to "choose" between two candidates that serve the same masters and come from elite bloodlines.

I just sort of sit back and watch.

There is a much grander story taking place, above MAGA and their detractors, above the Republican and Democrat parties, above nations, above race, above religions, and even above species at this point. I try to set my eye as high as it can see.

Trump is playing his part like Biden and his doppelgangers played theirs. They might do some good, some bad, but mostly just serve to make a bunch of noise. The trick, to me, is to stop looking up to these people and start looking around to people in our local community. If we want power, then we have to foster it with other "small people."

Why Truman Changed Seal

President Harry Truman made changes to the Presidential Seal in 1945 with Executive Order 9646. The primary reason for the change was to emphasize the pursuit of peace. Truman ordered that the eagle on the seal face the olive branch, rather than the arrows, to symbolize a focus on peace. This modification was also intended to make the eagle face the staff of the flag when carried, ensuring it would always face forward.
