Today is three years to the day that the Canadian government under Justin Trudeau and deputy PM Chrystia Freeland invoked the Emergencies Act which claimed unprecedented powers and authority (which a federal court later found to be unconstitutional) including the seizure of citizens’ bank accounts – not only of those who were present at the demonstrations in Ottawa, but even anybody who contributed funds to the protestors.

It sent shockwaves throughout the world – this was sort of heavy-handed action one expected to see in communist, totalitarian ****holes.

But such actions in Canada, a purported bastion of civil society and a liberal democracy within the “rules-based” global order was unthinkable. It nearly crashed the Canadian banking system, and behind the scenes it looked like the Senate wasn’t going to play ball.



Trudeau hastily rescinded the order, after brutally suppressing the demonstrations on the ground in Ottawa. “Declare victory and withdraw”, as Kissinger would have framed it. A few weeks later the RCMP began unfreezing the bank accounts, and a couple of the banks apologized for seizing their customers funds.

But that bell could not be unrung.

It was a seminal moment that would have many far reaching consequences, including the election of Donald J Trump as the 47th president of the United States of America.

Here’s how Trudeau helped re-elect Trump:

Step 1: It orange-pilled RFK Jr.

First, invoking the Emergencies Act and seizing bank accounts of lawful citizens appalled countless international observers, among them, a certain Robert F Kennedy Jr, in fact in RFK Jr’s case, it flat-out orange-pilled him.

A year later RFK Jr gave the keynote address at Bitcoin2023 in Miami, and the very first words out of his mouth were:

“I became a Bitcoiner when I saw what the Canadian government did to the truckers.”

I was there and it was a powerful moment. I was messaging Steve Bannon some of the bullet points as they were being delivered and he was hanging on every text. Bannon, I had noticed, had seemed transfixed by RFK Jr for nearly a year.

A few months later Bannon floats the idea of a Trump / RFK ticket, saying it would bring about a “massive landslide”.

Step 2: RFK Jr. Orange-Pills The Bad Orange Man

When Donald Trump embraced Bitcoin isn’t exactly certain. Someone changed his opinion on it, as he wasn’t a fan as late as 2019…

The Bitcoin Magazine crew who brought RFK Jr to Miami certainly had talks with Trump ahead of Nashville, but it was clear that RFK Jr and Trump were talking to each other and seemed practically fated to wind up on the same side in the coming electoral showdown.

At the following year’s Bitcoin conference, this time in Nashville, Trump also gave a keynote (as did RFK, again). Trump had adopted RFK’s pro-Bitcoin positions point-for-point, and going one further with the idea of a National Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.

Like RFK Jr. in 2023, Trump came out against Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) saying he would ban their development – Bitcoin was freedom money, CBDCs were serfcoin.

Step 3: RFK Jr throws in with Trump

They don’t end up as running mates, as Bannon floated – but after the first assassination attempt (where I think we for real flipped into an alternate reality) – RFK Jr joins Team Trump. The game theory of RFK Jr splitting off votes from Trump (as some of the pundits hoped would be the case), goes away.

Now the two deep state wrecking balls are playing for the same team, and at least one of them was orange-pilled by Justin Trudeau.

Step 4: The Crypto Lobby Gets Behind Trump

At this point the crypto folks pile on with the Bitcoin crew, they all learn the political playbook fast, and start getting behind team Trump, which now includes RFK Jr and this starts to look like a crypto bros vs nocoiners election.



Hey, if that’s the way the political game is played, then let’s play.

The Bitcoiners may not like that team crypto caught the tailwind, but it doesn’t matter now. At the time they were all pushing for the Republican ticket because the Dems, personified by Elizabeth Warren and her “Anti-Crypto Army” had been outright hostile to the entire industry for years, running Operation Chokepoint 2.0 against them, and serving up non-stop Wells notices…

The Dems actually read the room for a change and try to effect a panic pivot to tone down the Bitcoin Derangement Syndrome, but the best they could do was some weird woke crypto pronouncement called “Opportunity Agenda for Black Men” (since deleted from the Kamala Harris website) that promised $20K forgivable loans to black men, and – because they’re black, I guess – access to weed.



It was a stunning condescension that basically framed blacks as mentally ill, deadbeat potheads. As I wrote in The Bitcoin Capitalist Letter just before the election:

These smug libs still don’t get how paternalistically racist they are being every time they promote a policy that says, in effect, “Blacks are hopeless, deadbeat, stoners: here’s a policy that will help them get their **** together”.

Also, $20K isn’t entrepreneurial seed funding, it’s asswipe money.

We all know what happened next.

Step 5: Landslide

The election was a total blowout – my Polymarket bets hit across the board. I cleaned up.

Now I have an RSS feed setup in my mail reader and I just marvel at the tempo and wildness of the EO’s coming out of the Trump admin: renaming the Gulf of Mexico America, mass firings, budget freezes, DOGE, Kash Patel, Tulsi Gabbard, et al – and irony of ironies, a tariff war against Canada that’s thrown this country’s political class into chaos.

Trudeau has since announced his resignation – arguably precipitated by the crisis that erupted with he tried to oust his Deputy PM and Finance Minister, Chrystia Freeland over differences on how to handle the Trump tariffs.

What goes around, comes around…

This is VERY interesting. Brian Berletic points out how the new Trump team isn't practising what they preach. They're not really ending the war in Ukraine, nor are they allowing free speech at home. Instead they're deliberately creating tension along the usual 'fault lines' (religion, terrorist allegations, etc.) that they know will pitch people against each other. They're even preparing for new wars in the middle east.

There's been a euphoric atmosphere following Trump's win which has encouraged people to let go of their critical thinking skills, and these folks don't even want to hear about it.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but attempting to crush BRICS is nonsense surely? And not so easy as the threats sound. How will it be done? Just looking at China and India (that manufacture pretty much most things in the world from plastic toys, clothes to meat rendering - not to mention customer service and tech support call centres) and Russia, is enough to see they alone are an economic and military powerhouse and now with many other countries joining force.

Is it just me? But I've never understood how countries who outsourced all their manufacturing industries - their self-sufficiency, autonomy and jobs etc are at the same time throwing back threats? I would have thought China could survive without the U.S but what if the other way around?

Forgive my ignorance here - I should make the effort to look things up, but what kind of debt does China have? I'm assuming they are in better financial shape than the U.S and the U.K etc deficits.

I don't know ... when you add it all up - the annexing of countries, the proposed 'Gaza Riviera', aggressive economic threats, the slow move to actually end Ukraine, the A.I super project with its MRNA technology, the guest list of wealthy elite at the Inauguration (who apparently hated Trump for 8 years but then cozied up and bought their way into the Whitehouse, or at least as influential hangers-on), the about-turn on free speech (there's just a different kind of censorship now - don't show concern for Palestinians or use the world 'genocide').

I don't want to be rude here, but I'll admit that I find the whole (often politicized) LGBTQ movement disconcerting and teaching this in schools is inappropriate and should rightfully be removed from the curriculum, but seriously, I'm not remotely woke or liberal but as sovereign human beings I do not think its acceptable for governments to be banning how people talk and who and in what way they want to be or express themselves. So many people look towards the government to deal with the madness. I guess this is what happens when society and culture sinks to a new low.

I also find it weird the amount of access, influence and voice Elon Musk has been given in the Whitehouse. I guess he made the right donation? I don't know what to make of this man.

All this seems off to me. I live in hope that this insane show is exactly that, a show, and as some people suggest, its all a show to get everyone's attention on our enslavement, to shake us out of our slumber, or this is one of the biggest psyops in modern history and the MAGA supporters of which there are many worldwide have been lured into a trap and betrayed.

I don't know what to think right now. Are they the good guys putting on a show or is it for real?

The Marxist rot and demonic corruption is so deep and so far gone I have my doubts that even team Trump can fix it.

It does appear that they are actually attempting to make some massive and serious corrections though.

I think over the next 12 months the foundation will be laid out to where we may possibly see more clearly what direction everything is going.

Anything can happen though as we live in very strange times. Fragile and unpredictable days indeed!

All I know for sure is that nobody knows anything for sure, myself included.

We exist in a fractured reality full of demonic trickery and illusion, many things are inverted.

The most important thing for any of us right now is for us to master discernment, logic, reason, and common sense.

Trump is not a savior, although after the assassination attempt he might be forgiven for thinking he is.

BRICS can only work if the greenback is not secured - by streamlining the appropriations morass of inefficiency. If the US protects its currency, it is unassailable.

There is a secret hand in all human affairs - and it might not be human itself. Trump is just the leader of the 'other side', and it is their turn in power.


As an aside:
Perhaps this is the road to a true global community lead by this secret hand - the realization that it is our differences that make us each unique, and only respect of those differences leads to true community - not by vilification and shunning but by acceptance and love. Not by forced relocation but by fortifying local communities to be able to fend for themselves where they live now. Not by labelling and dismissing but by diving deep and with an open heart.

Lies only work on perception because to perceive is to lie to yourself. We are trained to perceive a certain world, a certain lifestyle, a certain collective thought. Beyond a certain amount of leeway, our gestalt is fixed and is unalterable. This is the work of the hidden hand as it guides us along a path we can have no understanding of at all.

Does it work for our good or towards our demise and destruction? Since the evil in this world is out in the open, and gaining traction in the weak minds of the citizenry, an opposing force must be working behind the scenes on our behalf. I like to think it is this hidden hand.


Yet there is an overarching nemesis that drives the headlong race to civilization. That looming threat is: The Cyclical Catastrophic Event.
Each iteration of the human family has just so many years before their efforts and themselves are wiped off the face of the earth forever.
The hidden hand might be the agency that provides the best possible chance of advancing the human family far enough to survive the inevitable world-wide calamity.

You’ve got to wonder who at CBS-News thinks it’s a good idea to quadruple down on mendacious grandstanding when the network faces a $20-billion lawsuit from Donald Trump — for assisting Kamala Harris’s campaign (aka election interference) — while the FCC under new Commissioner Brendan Carr questions the network’s license to operate on the grounds of “news distortion” and violation of the broadcast news fairness doctrine.

So, on Sunday night February 16, CBS’s flagship news show, 60-Minutes, pitched a doubleheader of knowingly faked-up feature pieces intended to scramble American minds to benefit the Party of Chaos and its manager, the US Intel Blob. The first piece was a sob-story on how sad and unjust DOGE’s deconstruction of the USAID money-laundering operation is. Yeah, boo-hoo. They interviewed several part-timers and consultants pretending to be long-term employees of the outfit. Complete horse-****, and they knew it. What really matters is that a whole lot of bureaucrat grifters (and politicians) won’t get paid anymore. . . and the Blob won’t be able to soften-up faraway nations for plunder with its color revolutions and other hijinks.

The second piece was a ringing endorsement of Germany’s current censorship campaign, arresting ordinary citizens for mean tweets. Their camera crew followed the German Gedankenpolizei entering apartments and seizing cell phones. The viewing audience was asked to shed tears for German Green Party politician, Renate Künast, who got dissed on “X” (“misogynist comments” and insults) — the same week that an Islamic immigrant maniac drove a car into a Munich crowd on-purpose, injuring 39 people, including two dead (one, a child). No mention of that incident on 60-Minutes, or, more generally, that illegal immigration is the big taboo subject behind all the censorship.

BIG SHIFT! U.S. & Russian Navy Warships Drill Together; China, QUAD Nations Also Join Komodo 2025

In a turn of events that defies recent tensions and rivalries, Russian, Chinese, American, Indian, Australian, and other allied naval forces have converged in the strategic waters of the Indonesian archipelago for the Komodo 2025 exercise.

Indonesia is hosting the Komodo 2025 exercise, which began on February 16 and runs until February 22. Over 30 countries are participating.

Admiral Muhammad Ali, Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy, confirmed that 38 countries and 19 foreign warships are participating in the 5th Multilateral Naval Exercise Komodo (MNEK), which is being held in the waters of Tanjung Benoa, Bali.

The exercise also includes seven helicopters and three Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) and is centered around the theme “Maritime Partnership for Peace and Stability.” Warships from several countries, including the US, Russia, India, Australia, China, and Singapore, have been deployed for the joint training.

According to reports, although Indonesia regularly extends invitations to North Korea, the country has never sent ships to participate in the exercise.

From Russia, the Pacific Fleet is represented by a detachment of ships, including the corvettes “Rezky,” “Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov,” and the medium sea tanker “Pechenga.”

The US is represented by the USS Dewey (DDG-105), an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, while India has deployed INS Shardul and the Long Range Maritime Surveillance P-8I Poseidon aircraft for both the International Fleet Review (IFR) 2025 and the MNEK.

Australia has contributed the HMAS Hobart, the lead ship of the Royal Australian Navy’s (RAN) Hobart-class air warfare destroyers.

Chief of Joint Operations, Vice Admiral Justin Jones AO CSC, RAN, noted that this marks Australia’s fifth participation in the Komodo exercise.

In addition to the convergence of NATO and Russian forces, a photo taken last month during the 2025 MNEK Final Planning Conference aboard the KRI I Gusti Ngurah Rai-332, docked at Benoa Port, Bali, showed the Ukrainian flag in the background. This suggests the potential involvement of a Ukrainian delegation alongside the Russian delegation in the planning phase.

However, it remains unclear whether Ukraine has sent a delegation to the ongoing exercise. The EurAsian Times has contacted the Ukrainian foreign ministry for clarification and awaits a response.



US & Russia In Komodo 2025 Exercise

MNEK 2025, hosted by the Indonesian Navy, is an international joint exercise taking place near Bali, Indonesia. This multinational maritime drill has been conducted every two years since 2014, though no exercises were held in 2020 or 2022.

The primary goal of the exercise is to enhance interoperability among navies in disaster relief and humanitarian operations.

In addition to naval drills, the Komodo-2025 program includes forums for officers to exchange experiences and ideas, as well as bilateral meetings with naval representatives from various countries, culminating in the International Symposium on Maritime Security.

Indonesian Navy Chief of Staff Admiral Muhammad Ali explained the rationale behind hosting such exercises: “We survived the tsunami disaster and received help from other countries. Therefore, we must practice to enhance our performance and provide assistance more effectively.”

His statement refers to the devastating December 2004 tsunami, which claimed the lives of over 200,000 people in Indonesia and other affected nations.

The presence of US and Russian warships in Indonesian waters for the Komodo 2025 exercise holds major symbolism. It represents an uncommon instance of cooperation between two naval forces traditionally at odds.

For the United States, it is a step toward deeper involvement in the Indo-Pacific and a commitment to preserving maritime stability and security.

Russia’s participation aims to increase its influence and build stronger relationships with regional countries as tensions with Western powers continue.

Moreover, Russian media is describing the participation of Russian warships alongside NATO vessels as a “big shift.”

Admiral Sergei Avakyants, former commander of Russia’s Pacific Fleet, pointed out that the key aspect is the countries involved and their agreement to collaborate in the exercise. He sees this as a significant change linked to recent shifts in foreign policy and the new direction of the United States.

Avakyants highlighted Russia’s extensive experience collaborating with various navies and recalled that during joint exercises with the US Navy in the mid-1990s, Russia used combat weapons such as mines, bombs, and artillery. However, this time, the focus will likely be on humanitarian operations, anti-piracy measures, and joint maneuvering.

The admiral also stressed the importance of Russia strengthening naval cooperation and deepening ties with countries in the region. He excluded the US allies—Australia and New Zealand—from this approach.
