Lightbulb Multiverse Therapy or Lucid Dreaming Live

Here‘s an excerpt from a book I‘m currently working on:

Imagination Journeys (it ended up being called Multiverse Therapy)

“It's very interesting. It's almost like Lucid Dreaming. You can't force it. Things come up. There is an energy that comes. I'm trying to figure it out. There's energy that's very natural. There is a flow to it. I can be explorative and you have my back. You provide safety and encouragement so the energy can come up.”

    Background Story

I have known about this technique for several years, reading about it in Jon Rappoport's “The Matrix Revealed” collection. There it was hinted at in a number of interviews between Jon and a guy named Jack True. Jack was a mysterious figure and former hypnotherapist. Mysterious because he never published anything under his name, he merely shows up as a key person in Rappoport's work. Some people go so far as to speculate that Rappoport invented him.

Jack died, according to Jon, in the mid 90s under mysterious circumstances. He was an ex-hypnotherapist, because at one point in his career he realized that people are already hypnotized 99% of the time and what they need is more of a wake up call and not being led into a deeper trance , bombarded with even more suggestions.

Suggestions are you surrendering your will and hoping someone else has all the answers for you, instead of you looking within. As in suggestive questioning, where the interviewer phrases his questions in such a way as to elicit a specific answer from you, instead of allowing you to come up with your own answer.

How did he go about waking people up?

Instead of telling them a story, hypnotizing and suggesting to them, he drew out their own story and had them fill it with many many details. His stories and outcomes were wild. So wild that I felt reluctant about including them in my book, Imagination: The Secret Nobody Talks About, before reproducing them on my own terms.

From lighters sliding across tables, tapping into past lives or correctly viewing remote locations. Whenever I tried to find people during the years to test this technique, I never went all in with it, being relentless on my quest to find particpants ready to go all the way with this and not drop out after a few sessions.

This changed and aligned when I told my neighbor about this technique, and she said:
“This sounds like lucid dreaming. Just that you are awake and do it with another person.” Seeing it as a form of “live lucid dreaming,” totally clicked with me and reignited my passion for this technique.

When Jack did his sessions, he found that his clients were harboring “whole worlds” in their minds. Untapped worlds, far different from this one. Worlds in which space and time were different. Logic was different.

“This is the gold I’ve been looking for. It turns out that the effect of living in one world and believing it’s the only possibility puts people in chains. They tailor their consciousness and trim it down and inflict emotional problems on themselves. It’s like keeping a genie in a bottle. But when you take off the cork on the bottle, the magic begins.”

I‘ve also been blessed to have had the chance to talk to Josiah, one of the best YouTube channels on Neville Goddard (Manifestation/Law of Attraction) about this technique.

This is a fascinating topic. I am only beginning to realize the absolute power in imagination and possibilities of it. I believe many western cultures are designed to eliminate and minimize the use of imagination by providing endless forms of distraction. This reality construct is created to accommodate and respond to our imagination. The thing about it is that imagination is like so many other things, use it or lose it.

I wrote this before watching the video, thanks for leading me to this interesting channel. Great thread, wegge. I look forward to your book!

Great that you‘re getting aware of the power of the imagination! Basically we’re fed with other’s imagination via movies, songs, culture etc. and we never tap into our own to a deeper degree. We constantly use it, to maybe imagine worrisome future scenarios, but never in its full richness and depth.

The quote I mentioned in the beginning of the interview which basically says „imagination is more powerful than will“ was actually something I came across in a thread here on Avalon. As with so many good things in my life, it started here on this Forum 🙏

Thanks for bringing the thread to my attention. I‘ve been devouring these Rappoport/True interviews for many years and that’s what the book is based upon. I’m also excited any time I see someone else is studying this material because it feels like one of the most profound things out there.

Having just looked .... I see that the pdf's are no longer available!
    Which is a shame.

I have them but on an old drive .... I will look.

For me .... Well it is true, but I knew it before I read the Jack True interviews .... and it is why I do not interact too much!

    Hey everyone,

I'm looking for people who have an at least mildly activated imagination and who wouldn't mind starring in a Youtube video. If that is you, please reach out

I want to do a 1on1 session with the technique detailed in this thread, which helps you to tap more deeply into your imagination and make it feel more real.

If we do not contend with our responsibility for the creation of what we experience, we become consumers of anothers' creation. I use the word contention as it reminds me of what Clif High said... that we must contend with what is presented to us in the collective story. To me, contention is taking whatever comes in and using MY ground of value (what I have determined is important to me) to wrestle with the material.

For instance, we are IMO always imagining but most of the time, I was only imagining an already fully fleshed out story line. I did not even QUESTION (a way of contending) what was being suggested. IMO as a collective, People ARE beginning to contend with what we have been receiving as suggestions on how reality "should" look. IMO that is one reason it is TRUE that my coworkers now obviously DO NOT share the same story line in total. Same for all my relations. There are cracks. IMO if we do not take on the respsonsibility of our role as creators of OUR LIVES, we will feel we are in an insane and even dangerous chaos.

Now that I KNOW, it is still a process of learning. Jon Rappaport was a wayshower of the process. He has had terrible tragedy in his life despite his knowledge and IMO we will have a RANGE of experience inclusing loss of many kinds. However, IMO one WILL remain sane in the shattering shards of a collective mind display.

IMO my purpose for being alive is to remain sane while experiencing the shatter. That enables me to have a very samll life (so far) that is calm, that is "enough", that has freedom to learn MORE about how Imagination works.

I see your book is free to read on Kindle. I will be unable to download it to my device now because I used a USB cable and that stopped being an option FROM the place that wants me to be DISTURBED. What I see more and more is that reaonable ways of "doing things" are being dismantled in my experience.

SO, instead of responding by being aggravated, one must contend with these (IMO deliberate attempts to make me MAD) with... Oh I do not NEED this that the other. Then if possible IMAGINE what it is like to already HAVE all the information in it. Imagine living prefectly well with none of the profured NEEDS being suggested. That IMO is where freedom arises.

Just an example. What if no food is available? Well, I imagine I can fast and receive all energy needed. Others already DO.

Don't let the clowns flip us out. You and all of PA are so important in MY imagined reality. Thanks for your presence in this clown show.

thank you. Yes, the permanent state of conscious imagining is definitely the goal. Neville Goddard is also important in this regard (and he went quite viral on Youtube actually)

Do you know more about Jon's personal tragedies? Not sure if I'm aware of them.

He shared an interesting exercise with me back when I was working as a physiotherapist:

"Imagine everything you do is healing."

I can send you a PDF version of the book if that helps, you could just send me your email address in a private message.

Here is the latest session, where we find a lot of back and forth between being in the imagination and exploring sensations in the actual body (similar to the trauma approach Somatic Experiencing)

Feedback from someone after their session (not the one in the video):

"I have been thinking a lot about the session

I think the session really amps up the imagination capacities. Which makes me think...
That it would be good to have a session every month or so to keep the fire from going out.

It is helpful to have you as a guide - as when doing something like this by yourself it is all too easy to give up after
10 minutes saying that’s enough. Committing to stay there for an hour gives a really good long burst of allowing
The imagination to free flow and I think that is very healing. Also you provide direction when things get stuck.

I had a strong dream the following night after the session."

thank you for throwing Neville Goddard into the mix! It's really amazing how powerfully his message (which is pure imagination) is still resonating today.

In the opening post of this thread I've linked my interview with Josiah Brandt. He has one of the biggest Youtube channels fully dedicated to Neville and we talk about how the multiverse approach (which wasn't called multiverse at that time) can add to someone's imagination beyond what they learn from Neville.

The 4th Multiverse Session. This one connected less with visual and more with "feeling" imagination. Which was true to the setup, she is an artist and was looking for emotional inspiration for her next painting.

For the next one I plan a remote viewing experiment, taking a regular place on earth as a starting point and see where the person's imagination leads us from there.

As I've stated in this post in a thread about translating an ancient script, I'm very open to collaborate with anyone working on anything, because this imaginative point of view can bring you quicker understandings/insights that you wouldn't get any other way.

Snippet from the upcoming session. Telepathy seems to be one of the side effects that can happen during a Multiverse Therapy.

Other psychic side effects I personally have come across in these sessions so far (Jon Rappoport and Jack True have observed others as well):

    -precognition (seeing the future)
    -past lives
-creating other places until suddenly they feel super real (as if you're really there)
    -feeling of implosion
    -creative flow state
