At school, we were taught (and our children are still taught this) that dinosaurs became extinct 70 million years ago, when there were no humans yet. This is, so to speak, the official, academic point of view. But science in this matter (as, indeed, in many others), to put it mildly, is not completely scientific. After all, official science is a kind of mafia.

On the orders of the "world rulers" (servants of the "prince of this world"), the ruling elite of this mafia defends the God-fighting evolutionary theory and does not give way to facts that contradict it and speak of the fidelity of the creationist theory, i.e. the theory of the creation of everything by a personal God (and not by impersonal evolution). Creationists are not given funding, they are fired and persecuted in every possible way in the world of science, the results of their research are hushed up.

There are many passages in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion () that show how much importance the "sons of the devil" (cf. John 8:44), striving for world power and the reign of the Antichrist, attach to the "stupefying of the Goyim" through "obviously false", but "constantly inculcated" - primarily through the education system and education - theories and principles (see, for example, Protocol No. 9); one of such theories is Darwinism-evolutionism. And in Protocol No. 2, the members of the secret Masonic Sanhedrin (aka the "world government") say directly:

"Let what we have inspired them to recognize as the dictates of science (theory) play the most important role for them [the "Goyim"]. For this purpose, we constantly, through our press, arouse blind trust in them. The intellectuals of the Goyim will boast of knowledge and, without logical verification, will put into action all the information gleaned from science, combined by our agents in order to educate minds in the right direction for us. Do not think that our statements are unfounded: pay attention to the successes of Darwinism, Marxism, and Nietzscheanism that we have engineered. The corrupting significance of these trends for the Goyim minds should at least be obvious to us."


That's how it was. The servants of the "red dragon", that is, Satan (see chapter 12 of the Apocalypse), who gives them "his strength and great power" (Apoc., ch. 13), did everything (and still do) in order to introduce into the "public consciousness" the theory according to which man originated from a monkey, and dragons (dinosaurs) lived many millions of years before its appearance. The servants of evil are well aware that through the exposure of these myths, the truth of Christian teaching is shown, and therefore they try to hide the scientific truth from us.

However, despite all the efforts of Freemasons and other Satanists, many today are beginning to understand that the "official" position on the question of the time of the existence of dinosaurs and the circumstances of their death does not stand up to criticism, that it is nothing more than a myth and deception, standing on a par with such global swindles as the evolutionary series from apes to Homo sapiens, or, say, the creation of the US Federal Reserve System (the privatization of the dollar printing press by Jewish bankers) and the transformation of the dollar into the world currency, Pearl Harbor in 1941, the flight of Americans to the Moon, the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001, the American bombing of sovereign states in order to impose democracy, the global financial crisis, swine flu, the threat of overpopulation of the planet, etc.

Proponents of the theory of creation claim: dinosaurs were created by God (like all plants, animals and humans); they did not live millions and billions of years ago, but always coexisted with humans; most of them died during the Flood; after the flood, dinosaurs were not very rare animals, but over the years they became more and more less and less; dinosaurs still live in some places on our planet to this day.

There have been no billions and millions of years at all. More precisely, they exist only in the mind of adherents of pseudoscientific evolutionism, befuddled by atheism. Millions of years are needed for their consciousness in order to try to imagine how, in the course of evolution, a pterodactyl turned into a chicken, a bear into a whale (from Darwin's book), a monkey into a human, etc. Scientists who believe in God the Creator, relying on the latest scientific research, claim and prove that the age of the Earth is no more than 10 thousand years.

According to the biblical chronology, it is now 7519 years since the Creation of the world. And none of the cosmologies of ancient civilizations - Abyssinian, Arabic, Babylonian, Egyptian, Indian - determines the time from the creation of the world more than seven thousand years BC. However, the question of the age of the Earth and the entire Universe is a separate big topic, which is devoted to many thorough works of creationist scientists. We will return to our big lizards (dinosaurs).

Many scientific discoveries and finds indicate that dinosaurs lived at the same time as humans. One of the most striking discoveries was made in 1982 in the valley of the Paluxy River in Texas (USA). Here, the water that rose after heavy rains washed away part of the sedimentary rocks, exposing a limestone layer that was supposed to be 108 million (!) years old. On the surface of the layer, there were many prints of dinosaur paws and ... human feet.

Double prints were also found when dinosaurs stepped on top of a human footprint, and vice versa - a person stepped into a footprint already left by a dinosaur. Scientists had to admit that these traces are the same as those of modern humans. Year after year, massive expeditions are sent to the Paluxi Valley. The list of finds is constantly being updated, and the most sensational of them are fossilized human teeth and a finger from the same geological layer.

Recently, paleontologists have been increasingly surprising themselves by discovering "fresh", that is, not yet fossilized, dinosaur bones. And on July 7, 1993, a group of researchers at Newcastle University managed to isolate a protein that had not yet decomposed from such bones. But protein decomposes very quickly - it could hardly have been preserved for more than five thousand years.

LITERARY FANTASIES OR HISTORICAL FACTS?

There is no nation that does not preserve the memories of giant dragons and monsters.

Let us recall the miracle of the Holy Great Martyr George the Victorious about the snake, depicted in iconography. The prophet Daniel, the Great Martyrs Theodore Tyrone (+c. 306), Theodore Stratilates (+ 319) also fought with dragons[ii] and other saints of God; this is narrated in their lives. But, unfortunately, even some Orthodox Christians (not excluding the clergy) tend to consider the stories about dragons contained in the lives of saints to be fictions, beautiful fairy-tale inserts. As a rule, these are the thoughts of those Orthodox Christians who, like most people of "this world", are infected with "christianity" (in the words of F. M. Dostoevsky) and think in cliches embedded in the "masses" by godless "rulers of minds."

Images of lizards were found on Russian spinning wheels and in the carved window frames. The dragon is depicted on the seal of Grand Duke Ivan III Vasilyevich. The Austrian ambassador Sigismund Herberstein, who visited our region in 1517 and 1526, wrote about the existence of giant reptiles in Russia in his memoirs. In the annals dating back to 1582, scientists have found the following curious entry: "In the summer, the korkodils of lyutia came out of the river and closed the way, there were many people, and people were afraid and prayed to God all over the earth. And the packs hid, and beat up others."

There are many references to all kinds of dragons in the chronicles of Western European peoples. So, in the Celtic chronicles, King Moridd was swallowed in 336 BC by the giant monster BELUA, "as a large fish swallows a small one." The British chronicles tell of many places in the territory of present-day Wales, once inhabited by the monsters AFANK and KARROG and named after the names of these creatures.

One of the last Afanks was killed in 1693 by Edward Lloyd on the Conway River. Dragons also occupy a significant place in the Scandinavian epic. The Volsung saga glorifies the feat of a warrior named Sigurd, who defeated the monster FAFNIR. Fafnir moved on all fours, dragging his heavy body along the ground. Knowing that the skin on Fafnir's back was invulnerable to a sword or spear, Sigurd dug a hole in the path that the monster used to go to water, and, sitting in it, struck the monster crawling over him in the belly.

The hero of the Anglo-Saxon poem Beowulf (495-583), the grandson of King Grethel Beowulf, defeated the monster GRENDEL in 515. Grendel's life span exceeded 300 years, and at the end of it, the monster was several times taller than the man he had no difficulty swallowing. The hide on his torso could not be pierced with a sword or spear. The giant monster moved quickly and silently on its hind legs, while the front ones were small and frail and hung helplessly in the air.

What is not a reliable description of a tyrannosaurus rex? Beowulf, who knew the most vulnerable sides of the enemy, cut off Grendel's weak foreleg in close combat, after which the beast died, bleeding. And no wonder - the blood pressure of a tyrannosaurus rex must be considerable to supply oxygen to a high-raised head. In the dragons of the poem, you can recognize almost all kinds of fossil reptiles.

Many sources from Indochina and Japan, North and South America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East indicate that the not so distant ancestors of our contemporaries were "personally" familiar with dinosaurs. American researchers have managed to recognize almost all types of fossil giants in Native American rock paintings. Dinosaurs are also depicted on ancient engraved stones of the Peruvian city of Ica, containing many episodes from the life of an antediluvian civilization[iv].

Candidate of Historical Sciences A. Zhukov writes in the article "Black stones of Iki": "Almost a third of the stones in Cabrera's collection have drawings depicting dinosaurs and mammals, which, according to modern science, became extinct before the appearance of man in America. Moreover, the number and variety of images of extinct animals was so huge that Dr. Cabrera was able to identify only those animals that he could identify based on his very superficial knowledge of paleontology.

The most frequent images are triceratops, stegosaurs, various species of sauropod dinosaurs (diplodocus, brachiosaurus), pterosaurs, iguanodons and various species of predatory lizards. The most important thing is that in most cases dinosaurs are depicted in close interaction with humans. There are numerous scenes of people hunting brachiosaurs, stegosaurs, and tyrannosaurs on the stones. Moreover, the main human tool is a metal axe. Typical motives of human struggle with predatory dinosaurs...

As a fact that speaks in favor of the authenticity of the Ici collection, it is worth mentioning images of diplodocus with dorsal plates similar to those of stegosaurs. It was only in the early 90s that the first remains of sauropods (which include diplodocus) with dorsal plates were found (Geology, 12/1992, v.20,N12). Some of the stones depict a series of figures demonstrating the biological cycle of development of these giant lizards"[v].

DINOSAURS IN THE BIBLE

We can find many references to dinosaurs in the Bible. For example, in the Book of Job. "Here is a hippopotamus," says the Lord God to the righteous Job, "whom I created like you; he eats grass like an ox; behold, his strength is in his loins and his strength is in the muscles of his belly; he turns his tail like a cedar; the veins on his hips are intertwined; his legs, like copper pipes; his bones are like iron rods; this is the top of the ways of God; only He who created him can bring his sword closer to him; the mountains bring him food, and there all the beasts of the field play... Here, he drinks from the river and takes his time; he remains calm, even if Jordan rushes to his mouth..." (Job, ch. 40).

The huge beast described here is called a HIPPOPOTAMUS in Hebrew. Experts are inclined to believe that in this place of Scripture we are talking about a giant reptile of the diplodocus type (according to scientists, diplodocus are the largest dinosaurs and in general the largest of all animals that have ever lived on earth; these giant herbivorous lizards reached 30-40 meters in length, and their weight was up to 70 tons and more). In 1993, the staff of the British Museum, based on biblical evidence, even made some corrections to the model of the diplodocus skeleton; In particular, the monster's tail, which had previously dragged along the ground, is now depicted swinging in the air.

In the Book of Job (Chapters 40-41) There is also a description of the largest of the marine creations - the sea monster LEVIATHAN, whose identification with a crocodile or with a whale (the largest of the known modern marine animals) would, of course, be very naive.

"Can you," the Lord God asks Job, "pull Leviathan out with a rod and grab his tongue with a rope? Will you put a ring in his nostrils? Will you pierce his jaw with a needle? Will he beg you a lot and will he speak to you meekly? Will he make a contract with you, and will you take him forever as your slave? will you play with him like a bird?.. Can you pierce his skin with a spear and his head with a sharp fish? ... Won't you fall at the sight of him?

There is no one so brave who would dare to disturb him... I will not keep silent about his members, about their strength and beautiful proportionality. Who can open the top of his clothes, who will approach his double jaws? Who can open the doors of his face? the circle of his teeth is a horror; his strong shields are splendor; they are fastened as if with a solid seal; one touches the other closely, so that no air passes between them; one lies tightly with the other, locked together and do not move apart.

Light appears from his sneezing; his eyes are like the eyelashes of dawn; flaming flames come out of his mouth, fiery sparks jump out; smoke comes out of his nostrils, as from a boiling pot or cauldron. His breath heats the coals, and flames come out of his mouth. There is power around his neck, and terror runs before him. The fleshy parts of his body are firmly united with each other, they will not tremble. His heart is as hard as a stone and as hard as a lower millstone.

When he rises, the strongmen are in fear, completely lost in horror. The sword that touches him will not stand, neither the spear, nor the javelin, nor the armor. He considers iron to be straw, copper to be rotten wood. The daughter of the bow [arrow] will not put him to flight; slingstones turn to hymen for him. His mace counts as a straw; he laughs at the whistle of the dart. There are sharp stones under him, and he is lying on sharp stones in the mud. He boils the abyss like a cauldron, and transforms the sea into boiling ointment; he leaves a luminous path behind him; the abyss seems gray. There is no one like him on earth; he was created fearless; he looks at everything high boldly; He is king over all the sons of pride."

According to another translation of the Book of Job, Leviathan is "the king of all wild beasts." Let's compare an ancient Chinese saying (taken from ancient Chinese books) with this name: "The king of forest animals is a tiger, the king of sea animals is a dragon, and the king of forest plants is zhen-shen"[vi]. If the tiger and zhen-shen were a reality for the Chinese, then why should the dragon (dinosaur) be considered only a mythical creature?

Experts believe that according to the biblical signs of Leviathan, you can recognize the largest of the fossil marine reptiles - the kronosaurus. But is it possible to breathe flame? Let's remember how many legends there are about fire-breathing dragons. The brachinus beetle, a bombardier beetle living in Wales, can stand up for itself by shooting a jet of red-hot gas at the offender. Living creatures (fish, insects) are known to emit light and electrical discharges. And in the bony cranial crests of some hadrosaurs (in particular, parasaurolopus), systems of hollow passages are found connecting in the nasopharynx, which could well perform such a function as in a small beetle.

Leviathan is mentioned in other places in the Bible; for example, in Psalm 103, which contains a description of the world created by God and therefore is read or sung every day in Orthodox churches at the beginning of evening worship: "This is a great and vast sea: there are reptiles that are innumerable, small animals with large ones; ships sail there, there is this Leviathan that You created to play in it."

Another large reptile, RAHAB, is not inferior to Leviathan in terms of the number of mentions in the Hebrew text of the Bible. Moreover, the Scripture makes it clear that, despite its frightening appearance and size, this animal is very lazy and easily vulnerable. This gives the authors of biblical texts a reason to use his name figuratively, in particular, referring to Egypt (as, for example, in Ps. 86, 4). Even now, we often use the names of some animals allegorically (fox, snake, bear, donkey, lamb...).

However, we can only do this because our interlocutors are well aware of these animals themselves and their habits. Otherwise, we simply would not have been understood. Therefore, Rahab did not need the Red Book at that time. This word means nothing to our contemporaries. And in the synodal Russian text of the Bible, it is translated once as audacity (Job 26, 12[vii]), once as strength (Isaiah 30, 7[viii]), and in other cases it is simply left without translation.

The record holder for the number of mentions in the Bible among the names of ancient reptiles, as well as, perhaps, the main contender for the right to be called the Hebrew equivalent of the modern word "dinosaur", is FANNIN. The word "fannin" has the same root as the word "Leviathan"; leviathan is a type of fannin (this word, apparently, is etymologically related also to FA-f-Nir from the Scandinavian epic and Afank from the British chronicles).

In the synodal Russian translation of the Holy Scriptures, fannin is called in different ways: dragon, snake, sea monster, crocodile, great (big) fish, hyena, jackal. There are bending fannies, there are straight running ones. Some of them live in the water, some in the desert, some like to populate abandoned cities. Many of them can make loud noises - wheezing, howling, roaring; some have a good sense of smell.

There are poisonous varieties of fannins, and their venom is comparable in strength to that of asps. Fannins are powerful and intimidating, and some of them are even capable of swallowing and then spewing a person. Apparently, the word "fannin", as well as the word "dinosaur" (which translates from Greek as "big lizard"), refers to a very diverse group of reptile species, which are not ordinary snakes.

And the "ordinary" snakes in the Bible (nahash and saraf) are not always ordinary. What kind of creature, for example, can flying snakes denote, capable of nesting, laying eggs, breeding offspring and taking care of them? Some researchers tend to see them as the designation of flying reptiles.

In the 14th chapter of the Book of Daniel, we read: "There was a big dragon in that place, and the Babylonians revered him. And the king [Cyrus [ix]] said to Daniel: Will you not also say about this that he is copper? Behold, he is alive, and eats and drinks; you cannot say that this god is inanimate; so worship him. Daniel said: I worship the Lord my God, because He is the living God. But you, king, give me permission, and I will slay the dragon without sword and rod. The king said, I give it to you. Then Daniel took resin, fat and hair, boiled it together and, making a lump out of it, threw it into the dragon's mouth, and the dragon sat down. And Daniel said, "These are your holy things!"

The above description is striking in its simplicity and everyday reliability of details. A technique similar to that used by the prophet Daniel was used not so long ago by the Eskimos when hunting the polar giant polar bear. The whalebone rolled down with the fat into a lump and was thrown to the beast, which immediately swallowed it. The fat melted in the animal's stomach, and the mustache, straightening, pierced it. Daniel could also use horsehair or something similar for the same purpose. At the same time, it is clear from the text that this method of fighting dragons was perfectly familiar to Daniel - he decided to bet without hesitation, and was confident in advance of his success.

Archaeological evidence also casts doubt on the possible claim of the mythic nature of this plot. Indeed, the cult of dragons was widespread in ancient Babylon. Their images, found on various objects and structures, can easily be identified with various varieties of now extinct reptiles. For example, the dragon's paws adorning the famous Ishtar Gate are very similar to the bird-toed feet of an iguanodon.

CREATIONIST ARGUMENTS

The book “Genesis: The Creation of the World and the First Old Testament People,” compiled from articles and lectures by Hieromonk Seraphim (Rose) [x], talks about the debate about dinosaurs between creationist scientists (who scientifically prove the truth of the biblical teaching on the creation of the world) and evolutionists (adherents of pseudoscientific evolutionism, trying to refute the Bible), and also provides links to scientific works devoted to this issue. (Unfortunately, there have been and are many “Orthodox evolutionists” who try to combine biblical teaching with the theory of evolution. The falsity of this approach was well demonstrated in his works by Hieromonk Seraphim (Rose)).

Here are some creationist arguments (from the book Genesis: The Creation and the First Old Testament People):

"In discussions of the biblical teaching on creation, one of the most frequently asked questions is, 'What about dinosaurs?'

There are many speculations and little-known facts about dinosaurs that have found expression in a number of creationist sources:

1. Like other animal fossils, dinosaur fossils tend to appear suddenly in the fossil record, with no evolutionary predecessors or transitional forms corresponding to their various genera.

2. Dinosaurs are not usually arranged in fossil records as if they died of natural causes, but their most typical arrangement suggests a catastrophic demise, often unusually violent. They certainly must have died out in a short time, their remains are found under sedimentary rock, because not only are they abundantly buried, but in many cases the primary bone material and epithelium have been fossilized with reasonable preservation. There are many massive dinosaur graveyards around the world. As Dr. Henry Morris writes: "The burial of so many huge creatures literally strongly suggests some form of catastrophe." All this is obviously taken as evidence that the dinosaurs died out during Noah's flood.

3. Evolutionists have long disputed the worldwide extinction of dinosaurs, but in this case they have still not provided an adequate theory for discussion. Creation scientists generally agree that the main reason for the demise of the dinosaurs was the radical change in the world from the pre-flood world to the post-flood world.

4. The recent discovery of well-preserved (non-fossilized) dinosaur bones and Tyrannosaurus rex bones that appear to contain blood cells, indicating that dinosaurs could not have died out seventy million years ago as evolutionists claim.

5. Since the fossils are of animals that perished in Noah's Flood, the question of whether any dinosaurs survived is a difficult one that cannot be answered by studying the fossil record. Rather, we must turn to the earliest literature and earliest accounts of human history after the Flood. Evolutionists are unable to explain the dragons that are reported in ancient cultures around the world, many of which contain astonishing details about dinosaur-like creatures. Creationists explain these as referring to the dinosaur species that survived the Flood (the term "dinosaur" was not coined until 1841).

In the Old Testament, dragons/dinosaurs (in Hebrew, tannim) are mentioned twenty-one times. The most important mention is in the Book of Job, where... a majestic lizard-like dinosaur is described in detail, "that moves its tail like a cedar."

Creationists have collected a great deal of evidence from historical literature and art sources indicating that dinosaurs existed alongside man."

DESPITE ALL THE BOREDOM SCIENCES

If, as we found out, quite a few species of dinosaurs inhabited the Earth recently, then why are they not found by people now? Here are some of the explanations put forward by creationist scientists.

First of all, there weren't that many dinosaurs. In addition, not all of the species modeled by scientists actually existed. Brontosaurus, for example, was removed from the Carnegie Institution exposition and is no longer mentioned in Donald Glut's "New Dictionary of Dinosaurs" (1982). There are only a few types of giant lizards that really lived on earth. First of all, these are brachiosaurs, tyrannosaurs, Diplodocus and allosaurus.

At first, the giant lizards simply began to shrink in size. This is explained, in particular, by the fact that their degradation occurred under the influence of cosmic radiation, which was no longer delayed by the water-steam screen destroyed during the Flood. Before the Flood, as we know from the Holy Scriptures, people lived for a very long time, and after the Flood, life expectancy began to decrease rapidly. Noah still lived 950 years, and his forefather Abraham died when he was 175 years old.

Joseph the beautiful, Abraham's great-grandson, lived only 110 years. The life of animals has also become shorter. And now let's remember the amazing ability of reptiles - they continue to grow throughout their lives. So it turns out that the earlier the animal died, the smaller it managed to grow.


There were fewer and fewer large lizards, also because herbivores turned out to be the most unprotected in the new world. The organisms of giant individuals did not cope well with the problem of thermoregulation due to the daily and seasonal variability of ambient temperature (there was no greenhouse effect after the Flood). Plants have become scarce compared to the antediluvian tropics. Large animals had to expend much more effort to feed themselves.

And yet, despite all the boring sciences, as it was sung in one children's song, not all dinosaurs and dinosaurs have disappeared. The "living" crocodiles (reaching seven meters in length) and the dragons of Komodo Island (they will be discussed below) can quite rightly be called dinosaurs ("big lizards") that have survived to our time. And, presumably, a considerable number of exotic reptiles lurk in the depths of the seas and oceans, as well as in other bodies of water, and perhaps in underground spaces-voids.

A large amount of evidence about modern dinosaurs has been collected in African swamps; many expeditions have visited them in recent decades. There are many books written by the participants and leaders of these expeditions who claim that dinosaurs still exist. There are many good reasons for the "legend of the Loch Ness monster" (plesiosaurus)[xi]. There are many other testimonies of encounters with marine "prehistoric" monsters, and these testimonies do not stop; and since the First World War, many of them have been documented [xii].

Perhaps the most significant event of recent years has been the catch of the Japanese fishing vessel Zuro Maru in the waters of New Zealand: on April 10, 1977, nets brought from a depth of three hundred meters a recently deceased (the corpse had barely begun to decompose) plesiosaur. The find was declared the main scientific discovery of the year, and a special postage stamp was even issued in honor of this event. The length of the animal's body was about ten meters, the weight was about two tons.

Four meter-long fins have been perfectly preserved. Naturally, the plesiosaur could not live in the depths of the sea in a single specimen. Surely there is a whole population of these creatures that avoid meeting modern rumbling and stinking ships. And it was only by chance that a dead body caught in a net slightly revealed one of the secrets of the depths of the sea.

And here is the testimony of three Orthodox Orientalists - priest Dionysius Pozdnyaev, priest Vitaly Zubkov and N. Lipova: "On February 28, 1998, at 8.30 a.m., we headed to the holy city of Varanasi [India], the most revered by Hindus, where Hindus burn their dead on the banks of the Ganges. <...> We approached the place of burnt offering. Our boatman got nervous. The atmosphere was oppressive and disturbing. Then we saw in the water the back of a huge animal or fish the size of a large buffalo with a bony fin.

Then a head resembling a gavial crocodile appeared with a high forehead, a long elongated mouth and a thickening at the tip of the nose, similar to an elephant trunk. A minute later we saw a snake-like tail, similar to a very large boa constrictor with a fin on its tail. The creature was steel-gray in color. The boatman was very scared and answered our question with chattering teeth that it was a dolphin that eats unburned and half-burned corpses, and also sometimes grabs and takes away living people who perform ablution in the Ganges.

He also informed us that these "dolphins" have been living here for centuries.
