I found this video on Project Avalon as it was posted recently but it had a loud annoying buzz. I posted it on my Matrix Revealed thread but it really needs to be on this thread, too.



This is one of underground base engineer Phil Schneider's best talks that I have found. It is also the least blurry video that I have watched and I have taken out the annoying buzzing sound. I posted it on Rumble channel where it is less likely to be censored.

I attended this talk and met with Phil before and after this video.

Phil shows his big scar from the weapon of a tall Gray at 1:19:05 in the video.

I talked with Phil after his talk and showed him some drawings from one of the abductees that I worked with. She had been abducted into an underground military/alien base. However, Phil was not familiar with that particular base.

At this point in his life Phil had had twelve assassination attempts which Al Bielek had confirmed since they both were traveling together and putting on lectures.

The last time I met with Phil and Al Bielek was in a small room in Coeur d'Alene. It was a private meeting with only a few people invited. Phil allowed me to handle the "artifacts" from his locked metal case, the one that went missing when he was suicided.

His metal case contained various exotic metals including a cylindrical bar about seven inches long that was covered with scales shaped somewhat like the scales on the back of a stegosaurus. Phil said the metal was "grown". It was very heavy and very hard.

At this third meeting Phil shared with me that he was also an abductee. He showed me a small glass container with an implant he had dug out above his ankle area.

He had a large photograph of a Bikini atom bomb blast with a silver alien craft close to the mushroom cloud.

Phil also talked about a thirteenth assassination attempt at this meeting when an FBI agent ran him off the road and began shooting at him. Phil took a bullet in his left shoulder.

Phil always packed a pistol so he shot back and killed the FBI guy. Then he went to the FBI office in Portland, reported the shooting and asked why they were trying to kill him. Phil was just told to leave. I don't recall the exact words Phil used to describe what the FBI guy said, but it was something like "Get the **** out of here!"

Then Phil pulled up his shirt revealing the scar from the Gray's weapon and there was a new scar--a round scar from the bullet that hit his left shoulder. As you can see from this video above there is no bullet scar at this time. This third meeting was the one where I really started to take Phil seriously and it is one reason why I say he's the real deal.

Unfortunately, I was unable to video record this meeting as my scientist friend with a video tape recorder called at the last minute to say he couldn't come to the meeting. I didn't have a video recorder, otherwise I would have been able to show the contents of Phil's metal case and the new bullet scar on his shoulder.

The last time I saw Phil was on a Portland cable TV station where he was exposing the suiciding of microbiologists. He was suicided after that, the 14th and final suicide attempt at his home.

Because of what they did to Phil I have been flying low under the radar ever since and don't do video interviews, especially since I've been targeted. Apparently, they don't have a sense of humor when firsthand experiencers talk about their experiences in DUMBs with ETs. Anyway, my research and experiences are way too far down the rabbit hole for most people. As Phil always said, "Put your skepticals on."
