Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele is meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House on Monday, part of a growing alliance between the two right-wing leaders. In recent months, El Salvador has imprisoned hundreds of people for the Trump administration who were expelled from the United States with little or no due process, ending up in the brutal mega-prison known as CECOT.

One of those men is Maryland resident Kilmar Abrego Garcia, whom the Trump administration deported despite a protective order meant to prevent his removal from the country. The Trump administration has so far refused to bring Abrego Garcia back, despite a unanimous Supreme Court ruling ordering the government to "facilitate" his return.

Bukele, who has described himself as "the world's coolest dictator," has ruled for years under a state of emergency in El Salvador, imprisoning tens of thousands of people without trial as part of a supposed war on gangs. "Never did I imagine that we would be in a situation where the Trump administration, the United States, is looking to El Salvador, to the Bukele administration, saying, 'Huh, we kind of like what you are doing,'" says Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Maria Hinojosa, who just returned from a reporting trip to El Salvador.

Whilst the statistics regarding Trump having "too much" or "too little" power are slightly ridiculous (he is the President) it was indeed momentous to see CNN acknowledge President DJT delivering upon campaign objectives. There was mention that this was historic, but I thought it was historic for CNN to deliver such objective reporting...

I typically don't waste my time considering meaningless propaganda -- but something nudged me to check out your video, bojacan. Sadly, my main takeaway is Professor Tim Wilson reflects the atrophy, decay, and indoctrination of present-day academia more than anything. This video really belongs in the (non-existent, as far as I know) JD Vance is NOT the Answer thread, which is fine... except there is no argument whatsoever supporting the premise. Why is JD Vance NOT the answer? (Name-calling doesn't count).

For all intents and purposes, we can render the "esteemed" professor's entire argument down to a couple sentences, more reflective of nursery-school-level cartoon awareness than higher education, Orange Man Bad, JD Vance Bad.

I get the premise. Orange Man bad, but Non-Orange Man terrifying! Now I want to know why he's terrifying, other than, he NOT orange make him more scary!

I beg to differ, to the casual observer of your constant posts of hate and negativity towards Trump, it gives you the appearance of being absolutely obsessed and extremely hateful towards this man, (which you probably don't even personally know him).

No one else on this forum excessively posts as much about any one subject matter as you do. You exhibit odd and abnormal behavior in my opinion. I doubt I'm the only one that notices this "odd behavior".

Considering most of your posts are repetitive with propaganda type of rhetoric and out of context subject matter, it appears you have made Trump a personal matter in your life. You're free to do that but it does appear strange for someone to take this man so personal as you do. He's just another imperfect human being like the rest of us. As a President he may be better or may be worse than other Presidents. I've posted several times about things Trump has done or is doing that I do not agree with. I've also posted about good things he's doing or has done, I am not one sided like you are.

I also absolutely do care what and who he is. I hope he does positive things that make life better for many, and at the same time, I hope he isn't the Anti-Christ.

It's called discernment. Or balance. Or equilibrium. Or open-mindedness. Or maybe just common sense.

The world is rarely black and white, it never was. It is for the most cases shades of grey (exceptions exist of course: Nazism, pedophilia, murder, 'real' racism, etc. - but none of this is Trump).

So in the case of Trump you can find lots of negatives, but also positives or 'in-betweens / don't knows or don't cares' depending on the topic or context.

You do not display this balance at all. You just present one EXTREME side. 100% bad and 0% good. Likewise, those who see Trump 100% good and thus form a kind of (MAGA) cult are also extreme in the same way, just the other way round.

Maybe an interesting 'exercise' or 'experiment' for you would be the following (meant as a teaser): Just give it a try and attempt to find ONE (or even two) positive things about Trump, what he has done, said, stood for, one of his policies, decisions, etc.. I know you might refuse at first but it is always possible to find sth. Always. Give it a shot, just for a change.

So... what is it?
