In 1989, something happened in the Soviet city of Voronezh that sounds nuts..and unlike most UFO stories, this one was officially confirmed by the Soviet state news agency, TASS. Dozens of children playing in a public park saw a glowing red sphere come down from the sky and land. From it emerged a 9-foot-tall being with three glowing eyes, accompanied by a metallic robotic figure. This was a close-range encounter, witnessed by kids, teachers, and local residents, all describing the same scene.

The being held what looked like a tubular instrument and, according to multiple witnesses, caused one of the boys to vanish momentarily...only to reappear minutes later, dazed but unharmed. There was no sound. No engine. The craft lifted off and disappeared into the sky without a trace. Soviet investigators arrived quickly, examined the site, and found physical impressions in the ground and elevated radiation levels. The government didn’t deny it...TASS publicly confirmed the event and released the story. In the middle of the Cold War, this wasn’t something they’d fabricate for distraction...I don't think any way.

What I find significant is its immediate official recognition and the psychological consistency across witnesses. Children drew identical images of the being...down to the third eye, the robot, and a symbol on the chest..without having spoken to each other. Adults confirmed seeing the same red sphere. And this happened in the middle of a city park, not a remote countryside. In the West, we debate the existence of UFOs. In this case, a major government confirmed it happened...and then quietly stepped away.

It’s one of the clearest, most nutty cases of high strangeness with mainstream legitimacy, and yet it’s barely discussed today. Maybe because the story doesn’t fit the comfortable mold of “nuts and bolts” spacecraft. This was something else...beings that didn’t walk so much as phase in and out, capable of altering time, memory, and perception. And that red sphere? Well..what do we talk about the most today in the UAP field...yeah ...sphere's.

General Igor Maltsev was commander-in-chief of the Soviet Air Defense for seven years. During his career in Russia, UFOs were such a problem - he gave an order to stand down when encountering a UFO over Russian airspace. Why was there a NO SHOOT-DOWN order given to Russian fighter pilots? Because of the UFOs displayed an “Incredible capacity for retaliation”. Turns out shooting at UFOs was a bad idea. Pilots were lost while going on the offensive and kinetically engaging UFOs. In one instance, there were more than 100 confirmed UFO contacts flying over Moscow at one time. The UFOs had the ability to cloak (only thermal imaging could see them at times), they performed extreme movements and were determined NOT to be American assets… or being from any known technologically advanced nation.

Another angle to the CIA-sourced Soviet story where soldiers were turned into stone by a group of ET humanoids that as a whole became a bright sphere and "attacked them"...

- Nearly two dozen recruits were training in a remote area of Siberia in 1993, where they were approached by a slow-moving, low-flying saucer.

- Defying Army protocol for such encounters, one of the young soldiers panicked and fired a Strela surface-to-air missile at the UFO.

- Immediately after it crashed a short distance away, five short humanoids, having large heads and huge, black eyes, emerged, according to the March 27, 1993 edition of Ternopil vechirniy, a Ukrainian publication translated by the U.S. CIA in a paper that remained classified for the next twenty-four years.

- The aliens then combined themselves into a white sphere of bright light that buzzed, hissed, and finally exploded, transforming twenty-three of the enlisted men into stone.

- Two survived in a shaded area to later make their report. Ternopil vechirniy explained how the remains of the petrified soldiers were transported to a secret research institution near Moscow.

- They were unlike statues, appearing more like roughly hewn, dark-gray pillars with no resemblance to human forms.

In the late 1960s, a mysterious pyramid-shaped UFO was captured on video in Latvia (previously known as a federated republic within the Soviet Union). The story of this leaked video has captivated people from all over the world. It all started when the American investigative journalist George Knapp was on a quest to uncover the truth about Russia’s hidden UFO files. He was able to get in touch with the Russian government with the help of a physicist who had connections.

The Russians had been conducting a massive study of UFOs for a decade and had accumulated thousands of reports and videos. One of these videos was the pyramid-shaped UFO video shot in Latvia in 1968. The video shows a huge pyramid-shaped object floating in the skies over Latvia in 1968. Knapp’s USSR visit

In the 1990s, Knapp took a journey to Soviet Russia to uncover the truth about the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP). At that time, the Russian military tried to downplay and dismiss any claims about the existence of flying saucers. The general public was discouraged from openly discussing such topics. Still, behind closed doors, the Russian Ministry of Defense carried out what is believed to be the large-scale study on UFOs by the government in history. (Source)

An order was given by the Ministry of Defense to fully investigate every single UFO incident that was reported. Over the next ten years, thousands of cases were reported, including videos and photographs. Knapp was one of the few people who were able to gain access to hundreds of pages of previously classified UFO materials.

In 1993 and 1996, George Knapp traveled to Russia and met with former defense officials. He gained insight into the Ministry of Defense’s study of UFOs, which was led by Colonel Boris Sokolov for a decade. According to Colonel Sokolov, there were 40 incidents where Russian warplanes chased after UFOs, which resulted in three planes crashing and two pilots losing their lives.

George Knapp also had the opportunity to speak with the long-time commander of Russia’s air defense system. The commander confirmed that he had ordered the Russian air force to stand down and not engage with UFOs over Russian airspace.

As a result of his research, George Knapp produced three reports on the Russian UFO investigations in April 1996, which were broadcasted on KLAS-TV in Las Vegas, Nevada. The reports shed light on the Russian Ministry of Defense’s extensive research on UFOs and the interesting findings they uncovered.

Report on Russian UFO Investigations

According to Knapp’s first report, aired in 1996, in the 1990s, the Russian military conducted a secret study on UFOs, with thousands of reports generated over 10 years. Retired Colonel Boris Sokolov commanded this study.

General Igor Maltsev, the former commander of the Soviet air defense system, recalls a UFO flap over Moscow in 1990, with hundreds of visual and radar observations made by military personnel. He reported 40 incidents of Russian warplanes encountering UFOs, including one collision that damaged a MIG wing and another incident where a UFO disabled a plane with a beam of light. Maltsev confirmed his standing order was not to fire on the UFOs.

In 1993, the Russian Ministry of Defense made a surprising admission – studying- UFOs was not a top priority. This sparked a journey of investigation for a Western journalist, who was granted access to hundreds of documents and photos. The journey began with an interview with the former Soviet Air Minister, the highest-ranking Russian to ever talk about UFOs with a Western journalist.

The journey led to the Russian town of Dalnegorsk, where in 1986, something like the Russian Roswell occurred. That year, a UFO incident took place in Dalnegorsk that many believe was similar to the famous Roswell incident in the United States.

The investigation into the 1986 Dalnegorsk UFO incident was a treacherous but rewarding journey for the Western journalist. Through their journey, they uncovered new information about a possible Russian Roswell and the attitudes of the Russian government toward UFO research.

Late in the evening on January 29, 1986, random eyewitnesses experienced an unbelievable sight. Over 20 people reported seeing a flying, spherical object shoot across the ground at over 120 mph. Suddenly, the object seemed to lose control and plummeted into Limestone Mountain, also referred to as Height 611. The impact was strong and led to the spherical object immediately bursting into flames, as it would remain for hours.

On December 9, 2009, a mysterious dark object in the shape of a quadrangular pyramid, which is said to be up to a mile wide, was seen in the sky above Kremlin in Moscow. Two amateur-filmed clips, one shot at night from a car and one during the day, had been circulating on Russian television news channels and became popular on the Internet. (Source)

The object was reportedly seen hovering for hours over Red Square in Moscow. Still, the identity of the shape was not confirmed, and Russian reports ruled out the possibility of it being a UFO. Police declined to comment on the matter. However, a former Ministry of Defence UFO analyst Nick Pope stated that it is “one of the most extraordinary UFO clips” he had ever seen. A spokesman for aerospace journal Jane’s News said: “We have no idea what it is.”

Many videos have been documenting pyramid-shaped UFOs over the years, including the recent footage from 2019 that showed multiple triangle-shaped objects pulsing in the sky. This has led to speculation and debates among UFO enthusiasts and experts.

Some people believe the 2019 footage could be a more advanced version of the technology seen in a 1968 video. Although there is ample video evidence of these UFO sightings, only recently have people started to take notice and discuss them. This could be due to growing interest in the UFO phenomenon and increased media coverage.

Off-topic on this thread (I think! ), but I've posted elsewhere that I very strongly suspect that the Mandela Effect (which was 100% for sure a real thing) was caused by experiments in tiny, low-key, non-critical ways, to see what the manipulation could accomplish... followed by careful observation to see (a) who would notice, and (b) whether the thousands of claims that these small things had mysteriously changed overnight would be believed by others.

(Note: because human memory isn't stored in this '3D' world, and is in itself a kind of hyper-dimensional property, memory remains unaffected by these kinds of space-time changes.)

I realized that my comment was confusing... it was merely my reply above, about the Mandela Effect as a subtle but classified space-time experiment, that might be off-topic here.

I have recently come across the books by ARDY SIXKILLER CLARKE, and her investigations into the UFO visitors to the Maya of Meso America!

She spoke with hundreds of the indigenous people, both Amerindians and Maya, who were willing to share their previously untold experiences with the Sky People.

I cannot recommend her work highly enough if you wish to know more about those enigmatic men from the stars and their long relationship with humanity.

Of particular interest were the experiences of the Amerindian Vietnam Vets with the 8/9 feet tall beings with blue skin in the jungles of Vietnam!

ARDY is indigenous herself, a professor at the university of Montana, hence her ability to get the experiencers to share their stories.

1:38 when I hear the word "OATH" I immediately think of "the OathKeepers movement" against unconstitutional actions created by (in my view corrupt) government authorities and its handlers. When you do, the OATH has ALL to do with UPHOLDING & DEFENDING The US Constitution being NUMBER 1 ... NOT keeping (unconstitutional) secrets affecting millions, if not billions on our planet!
