Apple cider vinegar: amazing stuff!!!

Yay, just got my Braggs through the post!
downed 2 capfulls, Whoa!, fizzyish, tangy, sharp but not unpleasant.

I will be trying out various mixes.
I got 2 bottles, 1 can go in my home first aid kit along with the tub of bicarbonate stuff and the good quality cayenne pepper.
Trying to buy any of this stuff from so called health shops here in England is an exercise in patience at the very least.
Thank goodness for Amazon, don't think much of the reams of brown paper and 3 huge cardboard boxes though, still, maybe i'll make a fort or something.

Anyone got a good salad dressing recipe with ACV they can part with please?

Here is a delicious one:

FLAKE YEAST DRESSING:
2 CLOVES GARLIC (crushed)
2 TABLESPOONS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
¼ CUP SOYA SAUCE or Tamari
½ CUP FLAKE YEAST (sometimes called Good Tasting yeast)
WHIZZ ABOVE TOGETHER IN FOOD PROCESSOR
SLOWLY ADD 1 ½ CUPS OLIVE OIL
¼ CUP COLD WATER – blend again
Makes about 2 cups
Can keep in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks – may want to add more fresh garlic

Not sure what to call this but it's something of a Thai salad...

2 tablespoons of ACV
Fish sauce
Half freshly squeezed Lime

Add-
Fresh Garlic
Black Pepper
Tumeric
Fresh Chilli Powder

Then chop-
Tomatoes
Half a red Onion
Half a Sweet Red Pepper
Chopped Spinach
Fresh Corriander Leaf

Toss into a bowl and add Fish & Prawns if necessary..

This was knocked up from previous lists of 'healthiest' foods! It's damn tasty..

This was posted on YT a year ago but I only became aware of this today and felt it worth posting because something bad seems to happen to the quality of all products which are sold on. It can only be down to cutting costs.

Similarly, although Coca Cola has never been a healthy drink, absolutely nothing put me off until hearing it had been sold to Bill Gates.

After reading from old grandmothers 15 plus years ago about inconceivable benefits from this stuff...(by a Bio company,murky,5% Acid)

I take it everyday as my special "soda", 2 small spoons ,water and honey et voila!
