I'm not sure to understand all what was said in this video but as a remote viewer , I'va had all sort of questions about reversibility of events. I've tried to illustrate taht in my book Futurs in mutation. It’s a novel I wrote in 2020. It takes place in 2032. I’d like to share an excerpt with you here (there’s the English translation below). A remote viewing teacher, Dany, tries an experiment with a future event.
What led me to this conclusion is the quantum experiment that leads the observer to influence the state of the particles. If the future is only a probability (with different possible states) then what could lead him to choose one result over another?...

L’un dans l’autre, elle eut donc raison de penser que rien n’était tout à fait fixé à l’avance. Le fait qu’une personne puisse observer l’avenir ne suffisait toutefois pas à mener à son accomplissement. Il fallait aussi tenir compte du fait que voir un événement qui ne vous concernait pas personnellement, et ne vous impliquait pas émotionnellement avait peut-être son rôle à jouer. La charge émotionnelle semblait une des clés de la rétrocognition, alors c’était un facteur à ne pas négliger.
Elle testa pour s'en convaincre une cible qui lui répugnait mais qui allait sans doute générer une charge suffisante, pour les français au moins. Il s’agissait de l’exécution d’une femme qui s’était largement battue pour le retour de la démocratie et du droit de vote ̶ qui ne se tenait plus depuis quelques années que pour les élections locales. Elle avait été considérée par le gouvernement comme terroriste et après une opération musclée des services de police, on l’avait mise en prison et condamnée à mort dans un procès express. Malgré toute la propagande d’État, elle était considérée par la majorité comme une héroïne, et une pléthore d’avocats et de manifestants avaient plaidé sa cause, au moins pour tenter de commuer sa peine, en attendant des jours meilleurs.
Si la majorité du groupe de viewing abonda dans le sens d’une fin tragique et des troubles civils qui suivirent, Dany ressentit curieusement une grande joie et du soulagement.
̶ Est-ce que ce ne serait pas la joie éprouvée après la mort ? La fin du calvaire pour Charlotte Matena ? Après tout, les récits de NDE1 parlent tous de ce sentiment… et vu la propension de Dany à se connecter avec l’au-delà…
̶ Ma chérie, tu auras ta réponse d’ici quelques jours. Ils ne parlent que de ça aux infos. C’est pour dimanche.
Samedi soir, le gouvernement sous pression faisait marche arrière après réunion d’urgence en haut lieu, et ce qui servait de président ordonnait dans sa grande clémence et pour le maintien de la paix que Charlotte Matena soit graciée et détenue à perpétuité.
̶ Donc le nombre d’observateurs n’est pas si important que ça pour faire pencher la balance… Tu sais, j’en ai parlé longuement avec Dany cet après-midi. Elle a de bonnes intuitions et m’aide souvent à mieux développer mon propre cheminement intellectuel, tout comme toi.
̶ Donc tu en a parlé longuement avec elle, avant d'avoir la conclusion de cette affaire.
̶ C’est ce que je viens de dire.
̶ Et connaissant Dany, elle a dû te convaincre de la finalité positive de cette histoire et tu as toi-même mis tous tes espoirs dedans !
̶ Effectivement... réfléchit Sibylle, les yeux froncés.
̶ Tu as donc introduit une variable supplémentaire dans ton protocole, puisque tu as parlé de ça LONGUEMENT avec un seul de tes viewers. Tu n’as pas fait de debriefing de groupe ! Allons Sibylle !
̶ Bon sang ! Le feedback ! Comment j’ai pu oublier ça! s’exclama Sibylle en levant les bras au ciel. Mais bien sûr ! Une charge émotionnelle forte couplée avec un renvoi nourri d’informations du futur peut faire pencher la balance ! Mes élèves m’ont toujours dit qu’ils faisaient de meilleures sessions quand je prenais le temps d’en discuter avec eux ensuite, pas juste leur renvoyer tout bêtement la cible…
̶ C’est bien ce qu’il semblerait…
̶ Mais tout de même je ne vois pas comment on peut en jouer pour faire advenir davantage un futur plutôt qu’un autre. Cela ne peut pas avoir suffit pour changer le sort de Matena.
̶ Probablement qu’il faut faire un effort conscient, avoir l’intention dès le départ de voir ce qu’il y a de meilleur. Et n'oublie pas que des milliers de gens nourrissait aussi cette finalité. La nature de Dany est fondamentalement optimiste, malgré sa propension à aller voir ce qui se passe du côté des ombres. Elle est sûrement naturellement câblée pour apporter de la lumière là où tout paraît si ténébreux…
