Default Scientists trigger Lucid Dream - with 77% success rate

In a 2014 study, Dr Ulrike Voss and her team from Frankfurt University triggered Lucid Dreams - with a 77% success rate!

They tried 8 different frequencies and found one big winner (in the Gamma-brainwave spectrum).

    BUT…

To get ongoing and strong results, it seems that you need a cocktail of the right brainwave frequencies, not only 1 frequency .

    AND…

The frequencies need to be in a specific relationship to each other (hint: golden ratio, Dan Winter)

This brainwave pattern is known as the "awakened mind," discovered in the 70s by observing the brainwaves of many many healers.

    Full details in the video.

Hi wegge. I watched the first third, and it started out interesting and reasonable. Then it got esoteric, and for me, it fell apart.

Am interested in what you think of the vid, separate from your thoughts on the source material.

Your further thoughts on the source material are what interests me the most tho. 👻 😎

    Hey Johnny,

can you name the exact stuff that feels esoteric?

I've been studying the whole Dan Winter stuff the last 1,5 years and the idea is to measure what's going on in different states of mind, to go from subjective to objective.

He and the Institute for the Awakened Mind both observed this awakened mind pattern independently (which I think is a big clue) - but only he makes the connection to it (the brainwaves in relation to each other) being in a golden ratio (which isn't mentioned so much in the video).

I've been trying to measure brainwaves when doing imagination sessions with people, we had problems with the software, so I don't have my own measurements yet.

    Hallo Christoph

    I enjoyed your concise video!

Couldn't one put together a binaural beats, kind of relaxation tune, which contains in it the right proportions all waves, including the Gamma brainwaves, with the result of lucid dreaming?

    Nichi,

I had been seeking out the proper binaural beats in 2014 to open the third eye, and found one that blew my mind... I didn't save it however, but plan to look for it again by trying them again for another reason... When I find the one that worked for me, I will send it to you....

    Hallo Michi,

Dan Winter made an App, "Flame in Sound" (it runs only on Apple and costs about 20€) that runs this "cascade of frequencies."

I don't have any testimonials on it.

I'm sometimes wondering if frequencies could have the same issue as food - we eat it (listen to them) but how big is the bioavailability, how much can we absorb?

So I really like the approach of the Awakened Mind Institute, trying to familiarize yourself with the state of being of each individual frequency (not sure about Gamma, although they've worked with the Monroe Institute on sounds [not sure about any CIA influences with that institute though] and then putting them together in a meditation.

This was the basic meditation program that Anna Wise designed and it's quite powerful, it's a playlist with 12 videos:

Thanks for going for it Jad, very curious what you will report!

This was a very in-depth exploration on brain waves and the regions in which they originate in the brain.

I had a very strange dream within the last week. Explosions in the city, witches on broomsticks, a police officer riding a horse with maglev boots crashing. All very, very vivid. The freaky part is when I woke up, I was looking at the pattern on my blanket and there was this dancing static pattern, but it reminded me of AI patterning. Scared the **** out of me.

For the record, I did get the jab, and am fairly convinced that it has nanotech in it. My phone and computer and "the algorithm" literally read my mind. Nothing new, the same snake we've dealt with for thousands of years. The prince of the power of the air. Big mistake on my part, but I am not fatalistic about it!

I had a perforated ulcer shortly after getting the Moderna "booster" (but the JNJ didn't mess me up nearly as bad). Yes, I was fooled twice. But something saved me from bleeding out on top of a mountain, to learn from it. Here we are!

Awareness cleanses the subconscious. So does getting the **** off of the phone and computer, swimming in some water, fresh mountain air, grounding, not eating poisoned food, etc.

Anyways... I got off track but mostly wanted to say that dreams could very well be suggested to people in their sleep, let alone the voice to skull technology they've had for decades. Keep your mind and may your God keep you. Less demon-tech, more nature!

This was a very in-depth exploration on brain waves and the regions in which they originate in the brain.

This new video further explores the idea of brain-networks (multiple parts of the brain working together) and how they show up during dreaming and waking life, and how creativity is a key to turn on networks that are mutually exclusive at the same time.

Then it looks into Synchronicities and how they are one way to tap into lucid-dreaming like magic - while we are awake.

While making the video I also realized how algorithms are an artificial version of synchronicities - so I included my thoughts on that in the video as well.
