Yes, impressive! I was amazed how compact, well-packaged and indestructible it all is.

As a kind of comparison, here's a contemporary Russian military 24-hour ration kit. (The 'best by' date is 2018, but the video is 7 years old.) It looks pretty good to me, probably even enough for 2 days, and includes vitamins, a tiny stove, fuel and matches. (But no cigarettes!)
