On Thursday, the Russian State Corporation for Space Activities (Roscosmos) and the China National Space Administration (CNSA) signed a memorandum for the construction of a power plant on the Moon.

“The Russian power plant will become an important contribution to the International Scientific Station on the Moon project, which is planned to be established by 2036,” the Russian space agency stated.

This memorandum is part of the package of documents signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping, following a meeting held during the Chinese leader’s visit to Moscow, where he will participate in the celebrations for the 80th anniversary of the Red Army’s victory over Nazi Germany.

At the future lunar station, scientists from Russia, China, and other countries will conduct research and test innovative space technologies. In April, Roscosmos Director Dmitry Bakanov informed that 13 countries have confirmed their interest in participating in this international space project. Among them are Bolivia, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Egypt, Ethiopia and South Africa.

“The moon experiences two-week-long nights – meaning there’s two weeks of continuous sunlight followed by two weeks of continuous darkness. The nuclear power plant will be essential for providing reliable energy during the Moon’s two-week-long nights,” explained Matt McCall in an article published in Centurion.

“The collaboration between China and Russia signifies a strategic move to establish a foothold in lunar exploration and utilization. By combining their expertise, the two nations plan to construct the ILRS at the Moon’s south pole, a region that’s rich in water-based ice and other valuable resources,” he added.

China will land men on the moon. I think (but feel I do not know for sure) that they will do this before the US. My personal guess about this is that serious problems with cost for the US will lead them to delay or cancel their own current moon program.

As a follow-up comment, this does appear more and more likely. The timescale for a Chinese manned moon landing seems to be sometime round about 2028-29. Here's an interesting 2-minute animated video:

"Lunar soil bricks" are the future material that could be used to build houses on the moon. They are made by Chinese researchers simulating the composition of lunar soil.

The "lunar soil bricks" will be sent to China's space station aboard the Tianzhou-8 cargo spacecraft to test their mechanical and thermal properties, as well as their resistance to cosmic radiation. The first "lunar soil brick" is expected to return to Earth by the end of 2025.

I am sure that I remember reading on this forum that the people who live on the moon don’t like humans from earth encroaching on their territory and that is one of the reasons that there hasn’t been a manned moon landing for many decades. It will be interesting to see What the Chinese encounter in establishing a Moonbase.

That made me laugh. ("The people who live on the moon.") They may not be human 'people' exactly as we know them!

But the point is 100% valid. There are widespread reports that the US was 'warned off ' returning to the moon by one or more ET factions who have their own bases and activities there.

I tend to believe that's exactly what occurred. So yes, for sure, it'll be interesting to see how the Chinese mission fares, and whether it'll be 'permitted' to be successful.

The chan is mysterious to me. All the vids are about Chinese space flight, and all the thumbnails are cheap artificial graphics. From your vid, I expect that all their vids are similarly artificial, and have not looked further.

For decades, numerous unofficial sources—including whistleblowers, insiders connected to secret programs, and independent ufologists—have claimed that the Moon is not merely a barren natural satellite, but rather a strategic outpost used by various extraterrestrial races, and even by human factions operating beyond public knowledge. Key informants include figures like Corey Goode, William Tompkins, Randy Cramer, and British hacker Gary McKinnon, who have disclosed the existence of installations such as the Lunar Operations Command (LOC). This base is allegedly managed by a coalition between secret Earth-based military groups and extraterrestrial beings. I was just watching a Shawn Ryan interview with Steve Kwast - the CEO and founder of SpaceBilt. (Basically building crafts in space.) He is claiming that China is already on the far side of the moon. But the U.S. does not know what China is doing there. Steve Kwast believes that China is wanting to mine Helium-3 on the moon.

If the U.S. has some "space force" and has been flying around for years then wouldn't they know about this? If Steve Kwast is the CEO of a company that is trying to build satellites and crafts in space, then wouldn't he be privy to some intel about the status of U.S. in space? Wouldn't they have contacted him themselves therefore he wouldn't be on the Shawn Ryan show talking about this?

Ok, now people will say - "Well, he is there to get the public on board with the U.S. spending more on space exploration." If that is the case - what's the point? Why not just show people that the U.S. has this under control?

Ok, now people will say - "Well, he is there to get the public on board with the U.S. spending more on space exploration." If that is the case - what's the point? Why not just show people that the U.S. has this under control?

I am being led to question so many things lately (I have a large list) - mind blown!

Just one sentence regarding the Jews and Nazi comment: Divide and Conquer.

There is more than one offspring civilisation right now. There are many different splinter groups, and some of these groups try to get the human slaves that have been left alone in Disneyland on planet Earth back into the loop, so to speak. Maybe they reached a point where they found out that they need us to progress further, whatever this would imply.

Of course, it is nonsense to build a "nuclear" power plant on the moon, but it seems to be important for them to get into the people's heads that we have a base there.

There seems to be a force that is driving a soft disclosure agenda for quite some years and this fits perfectly into the picture.
