ANNE FRANK DIARY IS FAKE ADMITS GERMAN MEDIA

TUCKED AWAY ON pages 119 and 122 of the October 6 2024, issues of Der Spiegel, a weekly German news magazine comparable to Time or Newsweek, was a news item of considerable significance.

A scientific analysis of the manuscript said to be the original diary of Anne Frank, a Jewish girl who died in a German concentration camp during the Second World War.

The analysis revealed that the manuscript could not have been written before 1951, six years after the end of the war and the teenager’s death from typhus.


AS LUCRATIVE AS THE OIL INDUSTRY: The Diary of Anne Frank has sold an estimated 30 million copies and been translated into over 70 languages. It’s considered a powerful memoir of the Holocaust and remains a widely read book today.

Inconvenient History: Anne Frank did not write the diary that has been peddled by the triumphant Allies. Like Schindler’s List, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, Carve her Name with Pride and thousands of other propaganda fictitious novels, The Diary of Anne Frank – of which no one has ever seen the purported original – is as fake as a child’s comic book.

The significance of Der Spiegel’s revelation of this fraud is twofold.

First, the printing of the story in a mass-circulation publication constitutes a major break with past treatments of similar news.

Consequently, most genuine news media and social media tend to cast doubt on Jewish stories about gas chambers and the like from the World War II era, which have either been blacked out altogether or downplayed and given very unsympathetic treatment.

The present article, though accompanied by copious apologies and held back for six months after it became news, would not have been printed at all a year or two ago.

The diary of a young girl, in addition to being so heavily edited that Otto Frank had to pay the author of the work of fiction (Anne Frank Hoax Exposed – National Vanguard), also undermines the orthodox narrative surrounding the ‘holocaust’ or ‘Shoah’ or whatever it is called.

I reiterated that the Slovak delegation is bound by the instruction of the Slovak government to request a vote on the Pandemic agreement.

The Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic expresses surprise that there are efforts to avoid a fundamental democratic institution – a vote. If a vote does take place, the Slovak delegation has been instructed not to support the Pandemic agreement, as it undermines the principle of the sovereignty of member states and disproportionately interferes with the sphere of human rights.

What the hell was the captain thinking? Mark (SM), do you honestly think the captain chose to back his tall ship under the bridge?

Yes, the ship was travelling backward, under power. It had been berthed on the far side of the river, pointed landward, probably pulled out by a tug before getting going in reverse gear. Obviously the intent was to switch to forward gear when they were well out in the river, which would have taken them away from the bridge and out toward the open sea. Just as obviously, something went wrong with that plan.

Human error, which you jumped to, might well have been the cause. But the time of transit was about 11 minutes, so probably at least 5 minutes beyond the intended gear change. Enough time to check on human error and fix it.

Mechanical failure is IMO way more likely. Combination of runaway engine and inability to change from reverse to forward thrust.

My first thought was, if the thrust couldn’t be switched, why not chop the power? Then I learned that runaway is a thing.

We will hear the NTSB initial findings, probably pretty soon as this is such a high profile incident. But yeah, it is a real head scratcher.

Yesterday, IIRC it was Mr. Sal Mercogliano (great YT chan What’s Going On With Shipping), who suggested that an actual gearbox was stuck. He didn’t mention the possibility of runaway.

Here is another way it could have gone wrong: some kind of failure in control of a variable pitch propellor (CPP, C for controllable). OP couldn’t find anything on the internet about this ship’s prop, but found that some sister ships (IIRC there are 3 others, similarly used for officer training by some 3 Soth American navies) to this were fitted with the CPP. This setup omits a gearbox, and also might allow for minimizing drag of the prop when under sail, by turning the blades to a streamlined aspect relative to forward motion.

This is an interesting one. I think it rates its own thread. While I suspect that mechanical failure was the root cause, why did so many of the trainees up on the yardarms seem oblivious right up to the allision? Last news was 2 dead, and some critical amongst the injured. …to be a fly on the wall around Mexican sailors, from new hires to the top ranks…and those other three navies using this type ship too…

A Controllable Pitch Propeller malfunction could be the culprit. These propulsion systems allow the propeller shaft to only need to turn in one direction, with reversing, neutral and ahead control managed by manipulating the blade faces of the propeller.

I guess at water level it may looked high enough and maybe nobody had done the homework on the bridge height if they were never supposed to go under it...

I was just as curious about what the heck happened as anyone else reading this. And it was a tragedy for some unfortunate sailors.

But the story is really just another shiny object. A week from now, we'll all have been swept off downstream by the accelerating media news cycle, and we'll hardly remember this. There are a thousand other things happening in the world that could deserve threads of their own, even just this week.

I'm not minimizing what happened. But the two threads below may provide a great deal of philosophical food for thought about how our attention gets hooked on 'interesting' news items every single day.

Once the decision was made to display those cadets on the rigging while departing port, it was inevitable.

Those cadets all tied themselves to the rigging, using typical safety harnesses they routinely used, so they wouldn't fall off, perhaps due to the ship's motion.

It's a good thing they remained tied to the rigging, or else many more would have fallen from the heights, to death or serious injury.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals has announced a plan to acquire the bankrupt genetic testing company 23andMe for $256 million, raising privacy concerns as the pharmaceutical giant will gain access to the genetic data of over 15 million customers.

The New York Post reports that Regeneron Pharmaceuticals has seized the opportunity to acquire the once-thriving genetic testing company 23andMe, which recently filed for bankruptcy. The $256 million deal will grant Regeneron access to 23andMe’s extensive collection of genetic samples and data, encompassing the personal information of more than 15 million customers. This acquisition has raised significant concerns among privacy advocates and customers who had willingly provided their genetic information to 23andMe under different ownership and circumstances.

According to the announcement made by Regeneron, the acquisition will include 23andMe’s Personal Genome Service, Total Health and Research Services, and its substantial biobank. The pharmaceutical company has assured that all of 23andMe’s genetic testing services will continue without interruption, and the deal is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of 2025, pending necessary approvals from the bankruptcy court and regulatory authorities.

To address the privacy concerns surrounding the acquisition, Regeneron has pledged to adhere to 23andMe’s existing consumer-privacy rules. My "it" in my phrase "it was inevitable" was ambiguous.

By "it", I meant that IF that accident was going to happen, and if the boat left the dock with those sailors on display high on those masts, then those sailors still being on that mast when the boat hit the bridge was inevitable. They were rigged to the masks, and by discipline and order, were not going to unrig and come down until the boat was sailing calmly on open waters.

... and in this situation, it's a good thing those sailors stayed rigged, once it became apparent that the boat was losing control, for had they tried to unrig and come down then, many more sailors would likely have fallen to their death or serious injury. There's a good chance that the two who died had their rigging torn lose by the collision, when they were in the direct collision, high up, letting them fall.

The accident itself was not inevitable, as several things (currents, winds, no tugs sufficiently close to push the boat backup upstream in time, no reversible and steerable thrusters on the tug that was closest, and perhaps the boat's main engine in reverse when it shouldn't have been) all had to coincide to cause the accident.

Was this dude set up by Mossad/Shin Bet to commit a false-flag type event here? Just positing this: they framed a couple of Palestinians back in July 1994 with an explosive device outside the Israeli Embassy which fortunately didn't kill anyone but then twisted the then British government's arm to increase security, which MI-5 had previously concluded wasn't necessary.
