Among the 85 participants of the 2nd stream of "Time of Heroes" is an officer of the legendary tank "Alyosha", the famous senior lieutenant Zharsky and Hero of Russia Sholomov
▪️Senior Lieutenant Ivan Zharsky became famous for his modesty: he stopped the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Zaporizhzhya Front, destroying 13 enemy vehicles, including 7 Leopards, infantry and a strong point
▪️Also, tanker Rasim Baksikov from the crew of the legendary T-80 "Alyosha" made it to the second round. Under his control, the tank single-handedly destroyed 2 tanks, 6 combat armored vehicles and more than 100 Ukrainian Armed Forces militants.
▪️Lieutenant Colonel Maxim Sholomov, under whose command our soldiers held an important logistics hub for 7 days, also made it into the second round.
The officer continued to command even after losing his arm, and when an ATGM hit his BMP, Sholomov pushed his comrade out of the burning vehicle, saving his life.

The crew of the Alyosha tank defeated a convoy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye region - the fighters destroyed eight enemy armored vehicles in one battle.

"While on the front line of a combat mission, Sergey Solenov (call sign 'Koluchy') spotted a Ukrainian drone hovering over the platoon commander, Lieutenant Alexander Levakov. When he saw the grenade being dropped in the immediate vicinity, he did not hesitate to cover the commander with his body, thereby saving his life," the Russian Defense Ministry said.
Levakov continued to command the personnel, and his unit completed the combat mission. Subsequently, he performed another heroic deed as a member of the crew of the Alyosha tank.
"Of course, I was pleased to receive such a high award. But it came as a surprise to me. I was just doing my military duty. I think Levakov would have done the same. I believe that everything was natural; Levakov could not have been hurt in that situation; otherwise, he would not have shown his commanding character," Solenov said after the awarding ceremony.
The crew of the Alyosha tank, which stopped the Ukrainian armored group in the Zaporozhye area, destroyed eight enemy armored vehicles in combat. Then the crew covered, for about 40 minutes, Russian motorized infantry units deployed in combat formations.
