Watching the "Salt-Free Live Show" just above, Ben said the reason he thought the strange light beam was from a Chinese rocket launch was because the Chinese were using a "new rocket fuel" — i.e. methane rather than hydrogen.

But that can't be the explanation. SpaceX has been using methane fuel in their Starships and Superheavy boosters for some time now, and that produces nothing like the appearance of the mysterious light beam.

I just saw that Colorado has been hit hard by tornadoes, and possibly that had something to do with the last video being cut off so abruptly.

Dear friends,

Back in post #1304 on this thread, I recounted some experiences I’ve had which seemed to coincide with solar maxima, in particular an upswing in geomagnetic storm activity. Do read that post for more background.

At the risk of sounding like a crack-pot, I have an addendum to that post which some folks might find interesting.

But before I do, please understand that it’s always been a somewhat embarrassing and vulnerable experience to recount in front of close friends, let alone to share them on this forum, simply because I privately thought I was going crazy. As I described in that post (#1304), the brief (seconds at a time) moments of déjà-vu were very difficult to put into words.

Why is that relevant? Because it happened again around 48 hours ago. (I’m writing this at 0:41 Friday AEST).

We (Earth) were recently ‘hit’ by a rapid upswing in solar activity. Nothing major, mind you, but it was a rapid increase in geomagnetic storm activity nonetheless. Unsurprisingly, those events I described in post #1304 came back again in a degree of intensity I haven’t experienced in quite a while. It followed the same pattern - mild at first, but in ever increasing intensity before fading away… Kinda like a 1/2 ‘sine curve’. Only this time, I wasn’t the only one describing it!

Last night (Wednesday 28/10), my partner and I crossed the paddock to have a chit-chat around the camp-fire with our neighbours (we’re both on semi-rural farms). I described the experiences I was currently having and to my complete surprise, one of my neighbours described her own experiences, which were eerily similar to my own! She was also very ‘guarded’ about what she experienced, for obvious reasons. But we ‘stepped out’ and had a private conversation about it.

And when we discussed it a little further, I discovered that the both of us experienced similar weird effects every 11 years or so. Yep, we described the same thing - one or two years of periodic mind-f***ery (apologies for the language) and then, in the interim (approximately 9-10 years), nothing. We ended the conversation by suspecting that probably many people can ‘tune-in’ to it, but most people don’t. Neither of us could offer a complete explanation of exactly what we were experiencing, and we both had difficulty describing it rationally. Interestingly, we both felt there was a fleeting glimpse of déjà-vu in our experiences - almost, but not quite, like we’ve glimpsed something familiar and in parallel to our lives. We couldn’t put our finger on what that meant. In the end, we both declared that we were both completely looney But now I’m sure that neither of us are.

Okay, that’s got to be statistically significant. Every 11 years? Similar experiences?What’s going on here?
