i just read this. I have hair bands made of aluminum foil, all over my house and in my bag for when I e.g. drive in the car or walk on the street and a wicker hat and a cap lined with aluminum wide tape.
Those hair bands I made from rolls of thick plastic with a core of metal; what you can use to tie up a plant. Because when you walk on the street with an aluminum hair band on people look at you very strange so I covered the aluminum foil hair band with cotton sports tape.
A Hat is downstairs and the cap is upstairs. The second I notice a solar outburst coming I put that hair band on. or my alu cap.

June 1 at 1:30 p.m. I was driving in my car and then there was an EM wave. Immediately put that hair band on and gone was the dizziness. It works perfectly.
I have discovered that aluminum foil works ever since the X-flares appeared, many years ago.

If I am working in the kitchen and there is a wave, I immediately put on the hair band and put my hands under the tap.
Water also helps but you don't have that when you're driving a car or when you're in a store.

I recently bought a Lambs beanie, with a lining of silver threads which protects from EMFs and solar flares.
I wear it pretty much all the time, including when I'm sleeping.
It definitely keeps me in a better head space (and I am sensitive enough to EMFs to refuse to own a cell phone).
