Who cares if Olivia is fat or old or whatever, she helps him brilliantly throw the shows never to be seen on camera.

She has been seen, and she definitely isn't old and fat, but slim, young and beautiful. I know I've seen her at least once, introducing one of DJ's specials some years ago. (I took a look just now, and that video is no longer on his channel.)

Given the complex and controversial topics discussed, many of them political -- in favour of Trump -- and that they're located in Massachusetts, a deep blue state, she may be choosing anonymity for professional reasons. Doxxing can end careers.

I think it is important who is asking the questions.
Certainly if it's a sexy, young blond woman wearing lots of makeup, a tight, short dress and high heels, sitting with legs crossed on a high stool, frequently shooting DJ seductive glances and smiles, so that there is some kind of weird, covert message being sent whether intentionally or not, doesn't add anything to the discussion except distraction.

My take is that he has just grown used to having Olivia's supportive and upbeat presence, and the other two were called on when she wasn't available.
It leaves things in DJ's world open to speculation, and when disclosing so much important information, no distractions would just be better.
Just imho, as someone who values DJ's contributions a lot.
