Eeeuuuww, the ghastly ‘gifts’ on the bed in the night. Having to go to bed with heavy duty leather gloves due to catching critters in their final throes, then thanking the perpetrator so we could try to resume some semblance of sleep. He would purr himself to bobies after this fiasco, us downstairs to bag and bin 🤢🤢🤢

I've had some keen hunters in my cat family in the past so I feel for you; avatar cat has broken the mould, she won't eat anything that I don't dish up for her. She once caught a sparrow and never thought to kill it, just brought it into the house as her new little pal!

Nothing like that here, no empathetic cats in this vicinity, rats, moles, meeces to pieces, a ghastly mess, but now in the top corner of the garden - all laid out for me to praise!!! Local folk delighted - “oooh, another big rat - well done wee chap” etc . Have to bag them all up for weekly bin wagon. 🙀😜😈
