The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting in a narrow format has started in Minsk. 🇲🇲 Myanmar and 🇳🇮 Nicaragua announced their desire to join the EAEU as observers at the Eurasian Economic Forum. Currently, the EAEU includes five members: 🇦🇲 Armenia, 🇧🇾 Belarus, 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan, 🇰🇬 Kyrgyzstan, and 🇷🇺 Russia. Observer status is held by 🇺🇿 Uzbekistan, 🇨🇺 Cuba, 🇮🇷 Iran, and 🇲🇩 Moldova.

🇧🇾 IV Eurasian Economic Forum Opens in Minsk; Glazyev Calls to Increase EAEU Development Institutions’ Capacity Tenfold

On June 26, the 4th Eurasian Economic Forum opened at the Minsk International Exhibition Center.

This year’s theme is “Strategy for Eurasian Economic Integration: Results and Prospects.” The event is held alongside a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, attended by the heads of state of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

More than 2,700 participants—including representatives from government bodies, business, international organizations, and media—are expected. Alongside delegates from EAEU member states, representatives from 26 other countries—including 🇮🇳 India, 🇲🇳 Mongolia, 🇲🇲 Myanmar, 🇨🇳 China, 🇪🇬 Egypt, 🇺🇿 Uzbekistan, 🇨🇺 Cuba, 🇦🇪 UAE, 🇵🇰 Pakistan, 🇮🇷 Iran, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇦🇿 Azerbaijan, and others—are participating.

The forum officially opened with welcoming remarks from Aleksandr Turchin, Prime Minister of Belarus and Chairman of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, and Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

Sagintayev highlighted the strategic importance of embedding the EAEU within the global trade system—a priority underscored by leaders of all five EAEU member states.

The Commission’s global network spans Eurasia, Latin America, and Africa, with active partnerships involving organizations such as the CIS, SCO, ASEAN, MERCOSUR, BRICS, CICA, the Andean Community, the South American Common Market, the African Union, the Pacific Alliance, and others.

Sagintayev noted that, in cooperation with member states, the Commission has built the infrastructure to sustain structured international dialogue. The EEC has signed 12 memoranda of cooperation with regional intergovernmental organizations, laying a strong foundation for sharing best practices and accelerating trade and economic collaboration.

Trade agreements remain a key tool for expanding partnerships, with deals signed with 🇻🇳 Vietnam, 🇮🇷 Iran, 🇷🇸 Serbia, and 🇨🇳 China. Negotiations with 🇮🇩 Indonesia are nearing completion, and new agreements with 🇦🇪 the UAE and 🇲🇳 Mongolia are scheduled for signing on June 27 on the sidelines of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting.

At a key panel session titled “Dialogue Among Interstate Associations: Aligning Economic Potentials and Deepening Trade and Economic Cooperation,” Sergey Glazyev, State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, called for a tenfold increase in the capacity of EAEU development institutions to strengthen economic integration and cooperation. He stressed the urgent need to significantly scale up resources and influence to unlock the Union’s full potential.

“Year after year, the Forum is becoming a significant international platform for open dialogue between the business community and the authorities of the EAEU countries,” Sagintayev emphasized.

The EEF-2025 business program includes a plenary session featuring the leaders of EAEU member states and international delegations, along with over thirty thematic sessions addressing key issues in regional integration and global economic engagement.

🚨Putin on Russia’s frozen reserves: "It's not theft, it's robbery"

Speaking at the plenary session of the Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk, the Russian president commented on Russia's gold reserves frozen in Western banks:

"They're openly talking about stealing our money," he said, emphasizing that the shift toward regional payment systems will inevitably speed up as a result.

"What’s happening is not theft; it’s robbery," Putin added, highlighting the blatant nature of unfriendly countries' actions.

Putin pointed out the long-term benefits of this process for the global economy, even if it comes with a cost.

🗣Putin: Let's consider conflict between Israel and Iran in the past

Russian President Putin on the ongoing calm in the Middle East at the Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk:

"Now, the situation in the Middle East is calming down, and the conflict between Israel and Iran, thank God, is over. Let’s consider it in the past."

The end of hostilities opens doors to stronger ties with Middle Eastern countries, including Iran, Putin said.

Vladimir Putin speaking at Eurasian Economic Forum

The head of state underlined that Russia will continue strengthening its own financial instruments for settlements

MINSK, June 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke at the Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk. TASS collected key takeaways of the Russian leader.

About the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)

Mutual trade within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) doubled and reached $97 bln.

National currencies account for 93% of payments in the association.

EAEU member-nations managed to achieve notable success in interfacing national payment systems and bank cards.

The association will "continue working on strengthening of integration mechanism, growth of the weight and influence of the EAEU at the international stage."

The EAEU has become an example of partnership based on equality and fairness

    Condition of the Russian economy

Russia will continue strengthening its own financial instruments for settlements.

A huge amount of Russian gold and currency reserves is frozen at accounts with Western banks. "They say again and again there that they are going to steal our money."

The attempt of the West to lay its hands on Russian gold and currency assets accelerates regionalization of payment systems, which benefits the world at large.

Russia's dialog with West-oriented financial institutions is complicated due to their bias.

Russia endeavors to reduce dependence on Western financial institutions and minimize the use of foreign payment instruments and services.

    Unemployment

The unemployment rate declined to 2.8% in countries of the EAEU and to 2.3% in Russia, which is "one of the best indicators globally at present."

    Conflict in the Middle East

The conflict between Israel and Iran has gone and the EAEU can develop relations with all countries in the Middle East now.

Putin: BRICS moving towards digital investment platform

Speaking at the Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk, the Russian president revealed that BRICS is working on a digital investment platform, and hinted that such an initiative could also be rolled out across the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

“We are developing this platform within BRICS and these ideas could be implemented in the EAEU too,” Putin said.

"Together and integrated we will be able to overcome challenges that today seem impossible"
Speech by Miguel Mario Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, at the opening of the Plenary Session of the 4th Eurasian Economic Forum, in Minsk, Belarus, on June 26, 2025

    Dear Mr. Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus and President pro tempore of the Eurasian Economic Union;
    Mr. Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the College of the Eurasian Economic Commission;
    Heads of States of the member countries and observers of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council;
    Distinguished guests:
A long journey and an honorable mission bring us back to historic and beautiful Minsk. It is truly an honor for Cuba to participate in this edition of the 4th Eurasian Economic Forum, an essential platform for business exchange in the integrating space of the Union.
For the second time, a Cuban business delegation organized by our Chamber of Commerce is attending this Forum. This delegation is an expression of our will to strengthen economic, commercial and financial ties with the Union, with its members and observers, countries with which we share excellent relations and a high level of dialogue based on historic ties of friendship.
Cuban companies that represent us here, despite the hard blockade of the powerful neighbor, today offer various options for their exportable products and investment opportunities, along with the benefits of our legislation and our market, the high level of professional and technical resources we have, and the facilities and infrastructure created in different areas of the country.
A panel on "Opportunities for the development of economic ties between the Eurasian Economic Union and the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean" has been organized with the aim of informing and clarifying the ways to further deepen this inter-business relationship.
The initiative to use Cuba as a logistics and investment hub, taking advantage of the facilities provided by the Mariel Special Development Zone and the Island's geographical advantages, to serve as a point of entry and expansion of Eurasian products to the Latin American and Caribbean region, is also aimed at those ends.
This is a particularly important project, which would enable the creation of a logistics center for the reception and distribution of cargo from the countries of the Union to Latin America and vice versa. This would facilitate transit and expand the export potential of the members of the Union.
In continuity with these objectives, I would like to extend to everyone a cordial invitation for the Eurasian Economic Commission and companies from its member countries to attend the Forty-first Edition of the Havana International Fair (FIHAV 2025), which will take place from November 24 to 29.
We are open to deepen the exchange in key sectors such as biopharmaceuticals, agriculture, sugar agribusiness, light industry and iron and steel; also the chemical industry, transportation, construction, communications, digitalization and artificial intelligence, renewable energies, tourism, health, science, education and sports.
The cooperation we achieve must lead us to mechanisms of complementarity that foster sustained and mutually beneficial growth.
In this effort to build a common space for development and integration, based on fairer and more equitable economic relations, we ratify Cuba's full willingness and readiness to continue moving forward together.
Thank you very much for your welcome and support. Together and integrated, we will be able to overcome challenges that today seem impossible.
    Thank you very much

Iran’s Defense Minister, Aziz Nasirzadeh, arrived in China yesterday to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) defense ministers' summit.

According to reports published this morning, Nasirzadeh met with his Chinese counterpart. In light of the recent round of fighting between Iran and Israel—during which dozens of Iranian air defense systems and numerous aircraft were destroyed, alongside the overall poor performance of Iran’s air defense apparatus—it is not unlikely that the meeting also addressed the possibility of defense procurement from China.

    ######################

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization was established to strengthen regional cooperation in the fields of security and economics. It currently has ten member states: China, Russia, India, Iran, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Belarus, along with six observer states.

🚨🇪🇺 Why is EU so jealous of BRICS? Time to find out

The European Commission head pushing CPTPP to Asia shows Europe’s growing fear as BRICS levels up

But what’s REALLY fueling this jealousy?

Here’s what you WON’T hear in Western media... 🧵👇

    EU's stagnation vs BRICS' boom

    🇪🇺 EU:

    Germany’s GDP drops by 0.3%

    Italy’s barely growing (+0.7%)

    France in full crisis mode

    💥 BRICS:

🇮🇳 India (+7.6%) & China (+5.2%) are the global powerhouses

    Russia’s holding up despite sanctions

    2/8

    https://x.com/Sputnik_India/status/1938624903793496171

    💲De-dollarisation alert

BRICS is pushing trade in national currencies and building alternatives to SWIFT.

This challenges the US dollar’s dominance and weakens the EU's reliance on US financial power.

    3/8

    Expansion vs division

BRICS is expanding with new members (Ethiopia, Iran, UAE).

Meanwhile, the EU is becoming more divided over Ukraine, migration, and US subsidies.

    Sovereignty is the vibe

    BRICS countries keep their independence.

🇭🇺🇪🇺 In the EU, Brussels often calls the shots. Just ask Hungarian PM Viktor Orban.👇

Sovereignty is the trend now, and the EU is falling behind.

    5/8

    🛢Resources & logistics

BRICS owns oil, gas, and trade routes.

The EU is paying sky-high prices for U.S. LNG in its attempt to ditch Russian gas.

    https://x.com/Sputnik_India/status/1938624919165976613

    Multipolarity

BRICS is leading the way in a new world order where the West no longer calls the shots.

The EU, part of the "collective West", is frustrated — they used to decide who was "right" and who wasn’t.

    7/8

    hy the EU is SHAKING:

✅ BRICS = 45% of the world’s pop, about 43% of global oil production, 35% of GDP.

✅ EU = Stagnation, division, US dependence.

✅ The future is multipolar. And the West isn’t ready.

🇹🇭Thailand in Southeast Asia - is at the center of BRICS - a key ally of China, a central hub for the Belt & Road Initiative, and its stability a factor in either enabling the rise of Asia or disrupting it.

As protests take place in the streets of the capital of Bangkok, it is important to follow the money, identify the parties involved, and understand what has led up to this point.

Do not jump to conclusions until you have sufficiently identified the groups funded by the US government (via NED/USAID) and those who have fought against them.

Yesterday's protests were carried out by groups opposed to US interference - and the current government they oppose is a nominee/daughter of a long-time US proxy...

    For more details see below.

🇹🇭 What's Going on in Thailand???

The current PM is the daughter of US proxy and billionaire Thaksin Shinawatra whose critics often end up in jail or dead - I am based in Thailand, hence why I have been quiet regarding developments since elections in 2023.

The Thai military has twice ousted Thaksin and his nominees from power (2006 & 2014).

It was a government installed into power by the Thai military following 2014 which signed high speed rail deals with China (which US-backed opposition tried to delay/stop), began replacing US weapons with Chinese and Russian systems (which US-backed groups also tried to stop), and have gradually pivoted Thailand away from status as a US proxy to a close ally of China over the past several years.

Elections in 2023 returned US-backed proxies into power - including the daughter of Thaksin Shinawatra - and an uneasy stalemate has existed since.

Recently, mismanagement regarding the Thai-Cambodia border and violence in the deep south -both connected to US interference - have created growing tensions.

Current protests in Thailand against the government are NOT NED-backed, but the groups used to carry out successful counter-color revolutions in previous years.

For a detailed look into the background of all of this, please check this guide to US interference in Thailand:

NOTE: This was published in 2020 when US-backed student protests were taking place - the 2023 election saw the parties behind these protests take office:

    https://landdestroyer.blogspot.com/2...ment-role.html

Before seeing protests and rumors of coups and just assuming it is the US behind it - you need to follow the actual money and connections. Luckily I provide all of it to you in the above link...

Ten defense ministers walk into a room in China…
The SCO can do what NATO cannot: defuse hostilities by providing 'indivisible security' to its Eurasian member states and across the multipolar world.

    Pepe Escobar

The defense ministers of all 10 members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) met last week in Qingdao, in China's Shandong Province.

That, in itself, is the stuff drama is made of. Not only because it was a warm-up for the main SCO annual summit later this year in Tianjin with heads of state. But mostly because on the same table we had top BRICS members Russia, China, India and Iran, plus Pakistan; an Indian defense minister visiting China for the first time in five years and facing his Pakistani counterpart after their latest serious exchange of fire; and the Iranian minister closely consulting with Beijing immediately after the Israel–Iran ceasefire kabuki orchestrated by POTUS.

If that was not intriguing enough, the SCO meeting in Qingdao took place almost simultaneously with the NATO summit in The Hague.

Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif cut to the chase, remarking how, unlike NATO, the SCO can “further peace in this region.” China's Defense Minister Dong Jun stressed that the SCO plays the role of a “stabilizing anchor.”

The now-fragmented (thanks to US President Donald Trump) collective west has no idea what the SCO is all about. The SCO is a 25-year-old multilateral organization, founded a few months before 9/11, and consists of 10 full member states, two observer nations, and 14 dialogue partners: nearly half of the world’s population, from Eastern Europe (Hungary) all the way to the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Rim.

The SCO is not an Asian NATO – as in an offensive military alliance, and it doesn’t want to be; rather, in a quintessentially Chinese formulation, it prefers to affirm itself as a “giant ship of security.”

Initially conceptualized to fight against what the Chinese define as “three evils” – terrorism, separatism, and extremism – the SCO has seriously evolved into a mechanism of economic cooperation. Its latest round table at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum less than two weeks ago, for instance, was hosted by SCO Secretary-General Nurlan Yermekbayev, moderated by the ultra-experienced Sergey Katyrin, president of Russia’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and focused on the challenges of creating a common SCO logistics, financial and energy infrastructure.

This panel moderated by Alexey Gromyko, director of the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences and with the secretary of the Union State (Russia–Belarus) Sergey Glazyev as the main speaker, intertwined the SCO with the Eurasia Economic Union (EAEU), debating what is the role to be played by the post-Soviet space in the emerging multipolar economy.

So the SCO today promotes not only joint counterterrorism drills and intelligence sharing, but also economic cooperation fine-tuned to the cultural expectations of different civilizations. It’s a multipolar organism by definition.

Strategic partners Russia–China get on board

The heart of the matter in Qingdao had to evolve around what can be called the Primakov triangle – a nod to former Russian prime minister Yevgeny Primakov who envisioned a post-Soviet, autonomous Russian powerhouse in a new multipolar order. Today, we see that prescience in a “RIC” composed of Russia, Iran, and China, and not India: These three independent civilizational states are, at the moment, the top three actors advancing the complex Eurasia integration process.

Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov met privately with Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun, as well as with Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nazirzadeh. At the SCO table, Belousov did not mince his words.

He said that US and Israeli attacks on Iran breach the UN Charter and international law; he confirmed that Moscow had proposed to broker a de-escalation; and he re-emphasized that “the role of international institutions designed to ensure global stability has fallen to an unacceptable level.”

Belousov also stressed all 10 Ministers’ top headache: that “terrorist ideologies” and “transit of militants” continue to spread from West Asia to Afghanistan.

On Ukraine, Belousov was quite predictable; Russia is steadily advancing, and Kiev resorts to “terror tactics” as it contemplates doom. None of the players at the SCO table would dream of contradicting him.

So, where was India amidst all this action? Well, refining its shopping list. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh personally asked Belousov for urgent upgrades to the Su-30MKI and much faster delivery of the remaining S-400 Triumf. These are part of a hefty $5.43 billion deal; three units have been delivered, and the next two will arrive by early 2026.

These S-400s were instrumental during Operation Sindoor – India's mini-war against Pakistan.

Immediately after Trump's Israel–Iran “ceasefire” kabuki, Tehran approached Beijing to examine buying options for a substantial batch (at least 40) of Chinese J-10CE fighters (the export version of the J-10C). These negotiations, by the way, have been going on for at least 10 years.

From an Iranian point of view, in terms of low cost and availability, the J-10C might be a better option than the Russian MiG-35s and Su-35Es (the export version of the Su-35S). But it’s important to remember that the Su-35 and the J-10C represent two different classes of jet fighters. Nothing prevents Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) from buying both – a case of interacting strategic partnerships.

Diplomatic sources confirm that Iran already has Su-35s. It is unclear how many, but certainly more than two. Russia is more than ready to sell up to two squadrons. Each squadron would have 12, so a total of 24 jets.

The consensus in Moscow is that Iran will step up simultaneous purchases of top-of-the-line Russian and Chinese fighter jets. And certainly air defense, as in Russian S-400s. The drama that unfolded in the past two weeks goes way beyond the artificial and superficial debate on whether Tehran lacked help from its close, strategic Russian–Chinese allies.

While the IRGC wants those fighter jets after the painful lessons of Israel's 12-day war, it needs most of all to fine-tune its internal counter-intelligence and insurgency apparatus. A substantial amount of punishment suffered by Iran came from domestic saboteurs who launched drones, planted bombs, and surveyed high-value targets to be murdered.

We want war against Russia and China

Now compare all these Eurasian interactions in Qingdao with what happened in The Hague. Essentially, after being blackmailed by the appalling NATO Secretary-General Mark “Hello Daddy” Rutte, the European Union (EU) decided to allocate a whopping €650 billion (approximately $695.5 billion) of funds it doesn't have to buy US weapons to declare war on Russia – and later China.

That brings us to the five percent kabuki. For every NATO member to spend five percent on offense, with their combined debt already exceeding 80 percent of GDP, they would need to nearly triple the €325 billion (approximately $381.2 billion) they spent on weapons in 2024, thus reaching nearly one trillion euros.

EU citizens with a brain can easily do the math: There will be a non-stop orgy of “cost-cutting,” tax hikes, and disappearing social benefits to finance the weaponizing. And stealing €300 billion (approximately $351.75) of Russian assets won’t help, because that won't cover even a one-year increase.

All ministers at the SCO table in Qingdao knew that NATO was at war with Russia, and then China does not even qualify as a lousy Monty Python sketch. Russia already has 13,000 missiles and counting, and will soon be able to produce up to 300 hypersonic Oreshniks a year – more than enough to paralyze every single port and airport in Europe.

It was quite intriguing to observe Russian President Vladimir Putin’s immediate follow-up to what was discussed at the SCO in Qingdao. Cue to the Eurasia Economic Union (EAEU) forum in Minsk, at which Putin said, “thankfully, the situation in the Middle East is stabilizing. The longstanding conflict between Israel and Iran is, thanks to God's grace, now behind us."

Or, maybe not, if statements of Israeli officials are anything to go by. Still, for the Russian president, what always matters most is geoeconomics. At the forum, Putin highlighted the EAEU's preferential agreements with Vietnam, Singapore, and Serbia, plus an imminent agreement with the UAE, saying: “Mutually beneficial relationships with countries across Eurasia, Africa, and Latin America are actively advancing.” Not to mention further cooperation with the BRICS, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), ASEAN, the African Union, and, of course, the SCO.

And just as the ministers were leaving Qingdao, it was officially confirmed: Iran ditched the American GPS system for China’s Beidou. Talk about a sharp, bold move in the tech war chessboard. Next step: to snatch all those Su-35s and JC-10CEs.

The views expressed in this article do not necessarily reflect those of The Cradle.

🇷🇺 The Anglo-American financial empire—built on secrecy, coercion, and monopoly—is under tectonic assault. Russia is laying the groundwork for a post-dollar, post-Western financial order, with BRICS at its core.

🇷🇺 Igor Artemyev: Russia Will Shatter the Anglo-Saxon Grip on Global Price Indices

Speaking at SPIEF-2025, Igor Artemyev, head of the St. Petersburg Commodity Exchange, laid out Russia’s bold plan to dismantle the West’s control over global pricing. For decades, price indices—crucial tools that shape global trade—have been dominated by Anglo-American institutions. Russia now intends to end that monopoly.

Through a new network of trading “bridges” linking BRICS, the EAEU, and the Middle East, Moscow is building the infrastructure for a parallel financial order. A BRICS-based international pricing agency will publish alternative indices rooted in real trade—not Western speculation.

Settlements are already being tested in yuan, dirham, Kuwaiti dinar, and the digital ruble, bypassing the dollar system. An Islamic finance segment aligned with Sharia law is being launched to attract billions in capital from Muslim-majority countries, further eroding Western financial supremacy.

At home, Russia is moving fast: demand for Ai-95 gasoline is rising, coal trade is booming, and regulators are working to fix gas market distortions caused by tax policies. With commodity volumes surging and non-Western cooperation deepening, Russia isn’t just reacting to sanctions—it’s rewriting the rules of global trade.

🇷🇺🛢️ BRICS interested in Russian energy despite sanctions – Deputy Energy Minister

BRICS countries are showing growing interest in Russian energy, including oil, LNG, petroleum products, and coal, with oil demand already surpassing available volumes, most of which are already contracted, Deputy Energy Minister Roman Marshavin told Sputnik.

Some of this interest extends to projects under Western sanctions. Marshavin added that BRICS partners are also seeking Russia’s experience in trading under sanctions, noting that in 2022, Russia managed to reorient exports and maintain volumes.

Russia, he said, is ready to help build joint economic infrastructure, including alternative payment systems and logistics, to reduce reliance on Western financial systems and ratings.

    Text:
🇷🇺 BRICS Isn’t Just Buying Russian Energy—It’s Walking Away From the Western-Led Order

BRICS countries are not just lining up for Russian energy—they’re signaling the start of a post-Western economic revolution.

As Deputy Energy Minister Roman Marshavin made clear, BRICS interest in Russian oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG), coal, and petroleum products is not only surging—it’s overwhelming current supply. “Everything is already under contract,” Marshavin stated, noting that demand for Russian oil far exceeds available volumes. “There is no shortage of demand,” he added. Much of that interest is even directed at projects under Western sanctions.

This isn’t just about fuel. BRICS sees Russia’s ability to defy sanctions, reroute exports, and maintain trade volume—not as a fluke, but as a blueprint.

When the West tried to isolate Russia economically in 2022, Moscow didn’t collapse—it adapted and thrived. That resilience is now a model for countries seeking independence from Western-dominated trade routes and financial systems.

Russia is ready to take this further. Marshavin says Moscow is prepared to help BRICS build joint economic infrastructure immune to external interference—complete with independent logistics and payment mechanisms. If successful, this will end any dependence on the U.S. dollar or Western credit ratings.

The message is clear: BRICS is done playing by Western rules. With Russian energy as the fuel, a new global order is already under construction—and this time, the dollar doesn’t get to call the shots.
