‼️🇷🇺 A massive strike has been carried out by the Russian Aerospace Forces on Kyiv’s military infrastructure — Russian Ministry of Defense

▪️Last night, Russia launched a large-scale strike on military targets in Ukraine in response to another series of terrorist acts by the Kyiv regime. The operation involved Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, long-range high-precision weapons, and long-range strike drones.

▪️Targets hit included facilities in Kyiv involved in the production of drones, FPV systems, and other military equipment, infrastructure of a military airfield, as well as an oil refinery.

▪️All targets were hit, and the objectives of the operation were fully achieved, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Ukrainian agents from Kerch who were preparing terrorist attacks will be tried in Rostov-on-Don.

This move stunned the U.S. State Department, Ukraine, European allies, and members of Congress, who demanded explanations from the Pentagon, the outlet reported.

The suspension of military aid to Ukraine was a unilateral step by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, according to three congressional aides and a former U.S. official familiar with the matter. This was the third time Hegseth independently halted aid shipments to Ukraine, sources said. In two previous instances—February and May—his actions were reversed within days.

The official reason cited for the arms suspension was a shortage of U.S. ammunition stockpiles, the report notes.

"In terms of stockpiles, we are not at a lower point than we were three and a half years into the Ukraine conflict,"said Rep. Adam Smith, a senior member of the House Armed Services Committee, in an interview with NBC News.

The White House defended the decision, stating it resulted from an ongoing Defense Department review of U.S. aid to allies and partners abroad, which began last month, the outlet reported.
