The @DOGE team just discovered that FEMA sent $59M LAST WEEK to luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal migrants.

Sending this money violated the law and is in gross insubordination to the President’s executive order.

That money is meant for American disaster relief and instead is being spent on high end hotels for illegals!

A clawback demand will be made today to recoup those funds.

Today, Interstate 40 reopens in North Carolina and Tennessee after a five month closure from Hurricane Helene. @POTUS made rebuilding these states a priority. @USDOT is committed to making that happen as fast and efficiently as possible.

There’s still a lot of work to do, but the reopening of I-40 today is a big step in the right direction.

Those palms are Washingtonia Palms and are very hardy. I don't live there like you do, but I do think they could survive there in many places that are quite cold.

Western North Carolina is still hurting, this many days later. This vid, area got 34 inches of rain between Wednesday and Friday of that storm.

He speaks about how the flood-killed vegetation has become wildfire fuel, enabling the recent wildfires. Also shows the extent of some washouts, and that there are still roads restricted to one lane.
