In my firs thread link here,there were many pondering discussion regard to the power structure in China, Yet, there is a one big question remain unanswered---who is/will be the Chairman on the board of China Inc.?

well, for the past half month, when we all Chinese people were enjoying our Spring Festival, many unexpected changes happened in the top level of the Chinese government. largely unknown for the public yet. but little pieces start to leak out. For starter, let me tape back a little, from the Chinese High-Speed Rail(HSR) system, remember what I said the Chinese HSR is a technology ¨buy back¨ creation? link here

Now, who is in charge of the development of Chinese HSR system? what happened to him lately? ---Mr Liu, a career official in the rail sector, has been railways minister since 2003, an unusually long period. He was also a member of the party’s central committee – about 370 leading officials in the country. Now this unusual career official who built the largest HSR system in the world is dismissed and under investigation, officially, public news(Chinese mainstreet media)released in Feb 12th. this is an english news version news link here

and Why is that important?

For the context of the story:
In China, if a high level officer being dismissed and under investigation, the official explanation is always the same thing: Corruption. but you know what, almost every officer in Chinese government, whether they are high level or low level, corruption is a common knowledge. In fact, corruption is the least crime in Chinese Communist Party(CCP), unofficially. so, the corruption accusation basically is handy tool for political dissension.

Who is Mr.Liu really?
1) he was one of the most meritorious figures in CCP´s standard who had a profound contribution in Chinese HSR system which is the biggest public project in China for the last half century and is the proud of Chinese govt. And, his position is very unique in Chinese main bureaucracies. In the past, the railways ministry has been one of the most independent of the country’s main bureaucracies and has resisted attempts to reform some of its procedures.

2) what is his corruption really? money? of course, that is one thing for sure.but as I said: that is the least crime in CCP´s standard,moreover, he was a hottie(I mean really hot) in CCP. So the real question is: whom did he get money from? and what did he trade for? now that is where my take come in-----Mr.Liu, he accepted the money from the ´wrong side´, and work ´too hard´ for the ´wrong side´ in a wrong time---that is real cause get him busted.

So, what is the ¨wrong side¨ at this time within the Chinese Power structure ? ---the side derived from the western PTB

Context of Mr. Liu´s downfall is like this: if you(western PTB) want to do business with me, that is okay. but if you try to take over my business by manipulate my dogs to get to me, I just kill my old dogs! now, you get the message, and I will get my new dogs, and continue business with you. but you better watch out! discipline yourself!

who is this ¨ME/I¨? who will be the ¨new dogs¨?
Until a month ago, I really don´t know for sure, now, I think the final answer is very much closer.
IMHO, I don´t think the western PTB will be please for the answer

what is the political blueprint right now in China?
Put it in simple terms, there are two sides in this blueprint: RED and BLUE

RED: the children of the 1949 Maoist revolutionaries,Communist royalty, the real noble in modern China. there are very few of them.

BLUE: career officials. they are the major part in Chinese main bureaucracies. the current administration of China, president Hu and prime minister Wen are the representative of this BLUE side.


the red side and the blue side fight for each others since 1979, the TIANMEN Incident was the climax of their fight in 1980s. After TIANMEN Incident, it seems at that time the RED side get the run upon, but there was a backfire,in 1990s, China become more and more capitalist everyday, the capitalist BLUE side appeared run ahead, especially in 1998, the former prime minister Zhu pushed the administration reform, capitalist get the green light to thrive.
Back to 2001, when the current administration on board, it seemed like China will go ahead , jump into the western PTB structure, or become a more open society.
unfortunately, that is not the case. the past decade in China, stalemate instead of development will be better word to describe.



Right now, it is a critical time in Chinese society,because the current administration will be replaced in the next two year subtly. who will succeed the throne?

Indicator 1---Popular Bo, the Communist Party chief in the south-western city of Chongqing.he has been a big-city mayor, provincial governor and trade tsar. He is also Communist royalty: his father, Bo Yibo, was the last of a group of party leaders who consolidated their power in the 1980s and 1990s, oversaw the Tiananmen Square massacre, and are known as the "Eight Immortals". His father was in charge of a Red Army unit called the "Shanxi Suicide Squad for the Liberation of China", which fought first against the Japanese and then against the Kuomintang in the Civil War, which led to the Revolution of 1949.

Mr Bo likes to present himself as a champion of the ordinary man and a very modern Maoist. his recent reputation known as mafia-busting and RED campaign---"red texter"，"red books", "red songs", basically every major components from Mao's RED era----everything he is doing essentially go against the current policy of the central government, and a lot of public figures in China are not happy about it, but they can't do nothing about it----but that is just a foreplay, there is a bigger and radical agenda lay in front, and he is not just a showman ---that is not a conjecture，that is a conclusion base on personal experiences. Now, seems the right time to speak out that way

Who will take charge of the Chinese RED army?
In 2009, 3 promoted Generals in China's Central Military Commission(equal to 5 star general in USA), 2 of them are the "children of the 1949 Maoist revolutionaries,Communist royalty". one is Liu Yuan, son of Liu Shaoqi, other one is Zhang Haiyuan, son of Zhang Zhen. Both Liu Shaoqi and Zhang Zhen were PRC's founding fathers, belong to "Top 10" in the first 40 years in PRC history.

Their promotion is very unusual, because Chairman Hu who is suppose the boss should make ultimate decision who shall get promotion, but you know what, all 3 of that promoted generals aren't Chairman Hu's first choice---let's put it in short term

So, who will really in charge of the RED Dragon Army? the answer is clear

Liu Yuan, special attention needed, red his biography, think about someone who live with no hope and suffered unbearable tortures for almost a decade and his father was killed in his teenage----one could only imagine where his heart belong

Indicator 3---Faded Zeng Qinghong
Zeng was the Vice-President of the People's Republic of China from 2003 to 2008. He became a member of the Politburo Standing Committee and member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee during the 2002 16th Party Congress. Although he was formally ranked fifth in the nine PSC members, Zeng's actual power was believed to be second only to General Secretary Hu Jintao. Since the retirement of his patron Jiang Zemin, Zeng was the primary force behind the party's organization and personnel.

Zeng was a powerful figure(in a sense, second to none) in Chinese political life for more than a decade. He belonged to the elite group of China's so-called Communist "Crown Prince Party", the children of veteran revolutionaries. his brother and sister are major figure in Chinese army.

Once upon a time, he was considered to be the leading figure in RED side, a fearful figure to the BLUE side. this kind of powerful figure is considered as untouchable man in China.

What happen to him lately?
Not public knowledge,in 2010, November, His son get busted in Hongkong with accusation for bribe----shocking surprise! and Zeng himself is forbidden to go aboard in any case.
No one could imagine that could happen.

Question, who have the power to put him down? the BLUE side?--of course not!
Now, we drive into a deeper hole of the RED side.
you see, there is a different between children of the 1949 Maoist revolutionaries and the children of veteran revolutionaries, the former is the real Communist royalty---Noble, the latter is just watchdog---Expendable

All I can say for now is: who will be in charge of China isn't that matter, what Chinese PTB will do that is the real matter----and those links paint the picture itself,but you have to look into them yourself, then you will know the Bone structure of Chinese PTB chess game plan. compare to that, my words is meaningless.

time past pretty fast, 2 months after the meeting, things unfold in the side of China real quick. It gave me time to check more points regard this meeting, and how things will pan out in the public domain.

To sum up all the crucial points in this meeting in a simple sentence, it is:

An timetable(sequence) exchange of future engagements between China and America

"engagements" means: conflicts and cooperations, it cover the aspects of Finance, Technologies(as far as I know,3 category: energy techs; conventional military techs; space-techs ), Intelligence System interaction.


you see, every action have a reaction, if you and I are both well-aware the situation and capable of doing damage to eachother permanently----worthy opponent, after years poking with each other, given the upcoming situation, wise and mature thing to do is we put more cards on the table, share with each other more room for manoeuvring, instead of pushing others on the edge then you gain nothing, especially in this current situation around the world, Chinese PTB and American PTB have more to gain for the sake of their control over their own territory than run over each other.

Now, under this consensus, what if we work together and orchestrate the whole play together with all the twists and dramas to entertain the audiences, and get pay for that, wouldn't that be great?

Of course, in a long run, that will be otherwise.


the timetable(so to speak, sequence arrangements would be more accurate) is around 7 years, at least it appear so in the financial engagement plan---that is a genius plan, from finace professinals POV, even George Soros will be jealous.
