Default Looking for a post I saw before but can't find now

The post is in the "free energy" or "science" category. It tells the story of an inventor in the Philippines (probably the Philippines, or Southeast Asia) who understood the principle of Tesla's energy device and built a high-power energy device. He then told the secret to a local real estate tycoon to attract investment. The post is relatively new. I saw it once after 2021, but I can't find it now.Has anyone read this or has a website address? Thanks.

This may very well NOT be what you're looking for, but it seemed worth making the suggestion. Try going to
...which is a long thread! But by clicking the Search Thread link (to the upper right of the page) you could enter Tesla — or anything else that you think may be a useful keyword — and see what results you get.

Philippine inventor, Ismael Aviso says he combines the high frequency shorting effect pursued by Tesla, with the back EMF to create a carrier wave to harness ambient energy. He was on Channel 7 this morning, who attended a government created scientific panel to review his technology.

He estimates that once commercial, a retrofit of an existing vehicle might cost around $4,000 retail – and this would enable a once-petrol vehicle to be electric, with a battery pack that stays charged, even as it is driving down the road.
