Clayton from REDACTED interviewing Timothy Alberino in regards to his investigation which he did in person by flying to Peru and traveling two days up a river to do so.

This story reminds me of something Cherry Hinkle of Dulce story fame said.
She was friends with Tom Costello the man who was allegedly a security guard at Dulce and escaped.
She said she was told by Tom that he went to South America and eventually went to work in another Dulce like underground base there.
The perps in this story feel like they could be emissaries of the same kind of base.

Also the face peeler phenomenon didn't start till 1980...
Even though these natives have been in the area for a very long time.
