Default The Price of Questioning Official Narratives: A Father Punished, A Child at Risk

For anyone who has been following Richard D Hall’s court case, there is some sad news.

    https://www.richplanet.net/legal.php

I have known Richard for over 10 years — both through attending his lecture tours and more informally at his market stall in Merthyr. His stall, by the way, was closed down by council authorities, not because he had done anything wrong, but because of the fuss and controversy caused when a BBC reporter (Marianna Spring) and cameraman turned up uninvited and unannounced, ignoring his previous requests that he did not wish to be interviewed.

Richard is an honest and decent man, an electronics engineer with a brilliantly inquisitive mind who has always acted through perfectly legal journalistic means. His "crime" was to investigate the Manchester Arena bombing and publish evidence he believed contradicted the official story. Whether people agree with his conclusions or not, journalism and free inquiry are not crimes.

Instead of allowing a free and fair debate, the courts consistently refused to examine his evidence or grant his applications for further disclosure. Rather than engaging with the material he presented, they punished him with severe financial penalties, silenced his voice (all his Manchester Arena work has had to be taken down), and pushed him toward bankruptcy. He was only able to continue defending himself thanks to the generous donations of supporters who helped cover his court costs. This is a stark example of how subhuman the British establishment can become when faced with uncomfortable truths.

The biggest and cruelest blow, however, is that this injustice is now being inflicted on his innocent 10-year-old son, Lewis. Having lived in the family home all his life, Lewis through no fault of his own, faces the terrifying possibility of homelessness.

To protect Lewis from this persecution’s fallout, the "A Home for Lewis" Trust Fund has been created. Independent trustees manage the fund, and all donations will go directly towards ensuring Lewis retains the safety and security of his home.

    How to help:

Donate via “Give Send Go” (preferred for non-UK supporters; remember to uncheck their default tip option if you wish)

    Or by UK bank transfer:

    Account Name: Andrew Johnson
    Account No: 01032254
    Sort Code: 07-19-86
    Bank: Nationwide

Richard deserved (and did not get) a fair hearing. Richard's son deserves a safe home.
Please give generously. Every donation helps.
