    PLUTO goes out of bounds september
    until november.......big changes/rebirth
    u.s. pluto return ramped up
    those with O.O.B.planets in southern declination, wlll be most affected

    This is a very significant historically. It will remain out of bounds from 2025 to 2035. The last time this occurred was between 1938 and 1953, peaking in 1944-45. If we look further back, we'll find equally critical periods that marked major power shifts for human civilisation.

    yes, for a few months each year, during those years..still highly significant

    Yes, I read it! Thanks. Great article. Research and validation on historical data is really needed in astrology.
