Angry Russia paid tribute to the United States at $1 billion a day.

To better understand the article, you need to read this article:

Question: what kind of tribute is Russia paying to the West in general and the United States in particular for $1 billion a day?
And what is the current situation?

Comrades, there are no exaggerations here. Indeed, after losing the cold war, Russia, as a defeated country, paid an indemnity and tribute of 1 billion dollars a day. Or about 1,000 rubles for each resident of Russia.

That is, we have all been paying tribute to the American oligarchs for 30 years.

Again, in order not to be unfounded, I will quote the statement of a man who saw from the inside what Russia has been like since 1991.

    Vladimir Polevanov:

In the 90s, the United States privatized Russia. They, in fact, imposed an indemnity on us - we lost the war and paid tribute, just as Alexander Nevsky once went to the Horde to get a label on the board. That's exactly how we paid tribute, as a country that lost the war.

By the way, Vladimir Polevanov, who headed the State Property Committee in the '90s, was horrified by the fact that the national treasure of the Soviet people was being distributed for free. And he tried to stop this robbery. As a result, he was dismissed from office just 70 days later at the request of the International Monetary Fund.

    ABOUT TRIBUTE
I will not repeat in detail why this happened. You can read this in the article below. In short, there was a hybrid war called the cold war. In this war, due to the betrayal of the leadership of the USSR, the United States turned out to be the winners.

The Western elite began to actively plunder the conquered territory, as they had been doing for hundreds of years. That is, in fact, nothing surprising happened. It has always been so.

But interestingly, the looting of the country was also organized using non-standard, hybrid methods.

It's a very clever robbery scheme, but no less effective than if the tribute was collected like the tax collectors used to be.

For example, there is an interesting book by John Perkins, Confessions of an Economic Killer. The author of the book worked as chief economist at a large consulting company that was engaged in imposing its industrialization projects on third world countries, which eventually made these countries eternal slaves of multinational companies and the United States in particular.

The essence of economic killers is this:
they come to, say, Ecuador or Indonesia and say: "Let's build you power plants, oil production stations, roads - your country will start developing from this." And they provide projects that supposedly confirm this. Everything is fine on paper.

But these American economists were silent about the fact that everything would be built by Western companies, and that everything built would depend on the West, and most importantly, that all this would be done in debt, for which it would be almost impossible to pay.

John Perkins (former economist at Chas. T. Main) "Confessions of an Economic Killer" [quote]:

But the most common one is that we find a country with a large reserve of resources (for example, oil) and lend a large amount on behalf of the World Bank or one of its organizations.

In fact, money never comes to this country. They go to our large corporation to build infrastructure in this country: powerful factories, industrial factories, ports. All of them enrich only a few rich people in this country and our Corporation.

Most people won't even feel the presence of this money.
But, these people - the whole country - will be left with a huge debt. So huge that he can't pay it off, and that's part of the plan.
    THEY CAN'T PAY IT OFF!

In other words, this John Perkins frankly admitted that the West is doing the same thing it used to do - turning countries into colonies. Only by slightly different methods..

But what is important is that even many experts who colonized countries did not fully understand what they were actually doing - the system is so cunningly arranged.

Something similar has been implemented in our country. After the collapse of the USSR, a whole army of economic advisers landed in Russia, enslaving Russia. While many people, including managers, thought that we were being taught a market economy that would lead to happiness and prosperity, we were being turned into a colony.

Here is a list of foreign consulting companies that have established themselves in Russian ministries.

Foreign consultants and auditors of ministries and departments under the Constitution of the Russian Federation

These data were officially confirmed by the Accounting Chamber of Russia.

You can also check them on the public procurement website. Russia also paid these companies for telling us how to live (or rather, to kill its economy).
Since 2022, it seems like these companies have left the Government.

    So now the specifics.

    As for the contribution.

⚠️ Firstly, it was paid through privatization.

Again, we know from Vladimir Polivanov and Putin that Chubais' (Soviet and Russian politician, statesman and economic figure, economist, Candidate of Economic Sciences) team had CIA intelligence officers who determined who would get Russia's property.

Vladimir Polevanov (former Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation):

There, in the holy of holies - in the computer center of the State Property Committee - where all these contests and auctions were being prepared, where offers were being collected (this is very secret information), an envelope is opened and it turns out who gave the most, who gets it. With this information, the right person could always offer at least a ruble more and win the competition.
35 American advisers were sitting there.

That is, the West was simply physically taking the wealth of the country they had fraudulently defeated.
Moreover, look at how cunningly and bloodthirsily the Americans acted, privatizing particularly important enterprises, such as aircraft manufacturing.

They were in no hurry to earn money from them, building airplanes, helicopters, etc. They purposefully DESTROYED these enterprises so that there would be no strategically important engineering on the territory of Russia, even under their control. This also applies to tractor plants that produced tanks, and the defense industry in general.

Volgograd Tractor Plant. What's left of it after privatization

⚠️ The Megatons to Megawatts Program
agreement can be called a huge contribution,

when Russia pledged to supply the United States with uranium from nuclear warheads.

To create uranium for weapons, very large expenditures are required - these are not even billions, but trillions of dollars!

And so our government in 1992 agreed to dismantle nuclear weapons, on which a huge fortune was spent, to reprocess this uranium - to make low-enriched uranium from it, and to supply it to the Americans for pennies.

There are many such moments when Russian property was physically taken away. This is a contribution.

But the Americans went further - they decided to impose a tribute on Russia using the same cunning, vile methods.

⚠️ Under the slogan "we will teach you democracy and a market economy!" Western experts began to write laws for us that facilitated the robbery of the country legally.

Putting aside all unnecessary talk, the essence of the Russian economy of the 90s is this: in monetary terms, create demand for the American currency. To do this, the International Monetary Fund has come up with various rules that oblige, and partly oblige, Russia to buy dollars and put them in various pots.

That is, look at the picture: the United States is printing dollars. The whole world uses these dollars. Thus, Americans can afford to print them as much as they want and spend them on anything around the world. That's what they do. Nevertheless, countries recognize the dollar.

In a simple way, what does it look like? Let's say you cut a piece of plain paper, and all the people around you will perceive it as valuable. Therefore, in exchange for it, you will be able to take any real material goods from these people. It's convenient, isn't it?

For any other third-world country, in order to build or buy something, it is necessary, for example, to collect taxes or sell oil, and it is enough for the United States to print dollars.
And in order to print them even more, the West has obliged its colonies through the IMF not only to use dollars, but to buy them and store them.

Why do you think our Central Bank has bought hundreds of billions of dollars? (the ones that were recently frozen in our country).

❗️ Think about it! HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS were simply stored and replenished! But they could have been used to build roads, factories, schools, hospitals, raise pensions, or even hand them out to people on the street. But instead, Russia exchanged material goods for dollars and simply stored them.

This is one form of tribute.

⚠️ In addition, the Ministry of Finance also helped the Central Bank pay tribute through the so-called budget rule.

The idea is this: about half of the money earned from oil under this rule also goes to buying up dollars.

Not for the construction of factories and enterprises, not for social support of citizens, not for the purchase of gold in the end, if, as the monetary authorities believe, there is nowhere to put the money. No. Russia sold oil and invested the proceeds (half) in dollars.
Since 2022, this rule was canceled.

And before that, on the orders of the IMF, Russia, to its own detriment, created demand for the American currency so that Western oligarchs could print more money for themselves.

⚠️ So that this situation does not change, a provision on the priority of international law was written into the foundations of the Constitution, again by Western advisers. The IMF is precisely an international institution that discloses the norms of international law in its documents.

To put it simply, hundreds of billions of dollars that Russia accumulated, and which were then simply taken away from us. These are all IMF orders for Russia, because The IMF is an international organization that discloses the norms of international law in its documents. International law, which, according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, has priority over national law.

By the way, all this is recorded in our laws and the Supreme Court issued a ruling confirming this provision.

That is, everything is interconnected and everything is for a reason.
❗️ Also, the increase in the retirement age in 2018 is the implementation of the IMF orders from 2017.

These IMF recommendations for Russia can be viewed openly on the official IMF website. Everything is written there - raising the retirement age, VAT, etc.

⚠️ And by the way, so that in addition to the IMF there are no institutions in Russia that would determine economic strategy, our Constitution prohibits ideology.

Paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation states: "No ideology may be established as state or mandatory."

To put it simply, banning ideology is depriving the state of the ability to think independently.

Yes, with amendments, and since 2022 the situation has begun to change. But you need to know the history of your country.

⚠️ The next form of tribute is through offshore companies.

The gist is this: economic advisers sent by the West to Russia told our officials that loans should be made expensive, because if loans are like theirs - cheap, then we will have high inflation.

Our economists took these provisions into service and generally elevated them to the rank of axiom.

But what happens in reality? Loans are expensive, which means industrialists - those who can produce something - are deprived of money. Domestic. That is, a person who could potentially become a Russian Steve Jobs will abandon his idea, because you need to pay high interest rates on loans, and he won't be able to afford them at first. That is, high loans are strangling the economy.

But cheap loans can be taken in the West, at 5%. And to take a loan there, you need to meet certain parameters.

Let's say, if you try to take a loan to produce a product that in the future will be able to compete with a Western one, you won't be given a loan. Thus, our potential manufacturers of phones, cars, computers were specifically deprived of financial assistance so as not to create competition for the West. This is one of the reasons why almost everything in our stores is foreign.

In the 90s, the interest rate was generally 200%, i.e. they created such conditions that national business could not even begin. So that all, so to speak, brilliant entrepreneurs either went to the West, or developed some raw materials sector of the economy in order to pump resources to the West.

And to get a loan for business in Europe or the USA, you need to register your company in an offshore zone, where the taxes will go. And all offshore zones are, one way or another, controlled by the West.

Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergei Glazyev stated that RUSSIA LOSES UP TO $100 billion a year THROUGH OFFSHORE ZONES!

➡ Putin once said that 90% of large businesses in Russia are registered in offshore zones.
➡ By the way, in the USA this percentage is 2%.

Offshore companies transfer the money earned abroad and mainly spend it there, thus developing the Western economy.

Did everyone hear Friedman's lamentations when sanctions were imposed against him? He complained, like, for what? After all, I invested a billion dollars in Western countries.

And look, according to experts' calculations

    just these three points:
    ➡️ Central Bank policy,
➡️ Ministry of Finance policy and
    ➡️ offshorization of the country
RICHED THE WEST BY $1 billion A DAY!

In addition, there are other forms of paying tribute.

Here's an example, according to Vladimir Zernov, rector of the Russian New University, if those specialists who went abroad starting in the 70s were trained in universities in the USA and Western Europe, then more than $1 trillion would have to be spent on their training.

⚠️ So what do we get? The Soviet Union, naturally, with its own money, trained and prepared various specialists, engineers, scientists and gave them to the United States.

You can, of course, call it differently, but in essence it is a form of tribute. In the past, if one state conquered another, it also took away its human potential.

For example, who created spaceships in the USA? German scientists, whom the USA took away after the victory over Germany in World War II.

The same with the Soviet Union. About 20 thousand scientists from the former USSR work in the American Silicon Valley. 50% of all publications of the Russian scientific diaspora come from the USA.

But our state has lost not only the money that these specialists were trained for, the country has also lost the developments that these scientists could have created.

In general, the situation is sad:

Under the guise of teaching Russia a market economy and democracy, the West has turned the country into a colony and imposed a tax.

As was said, even many officials did not understand this, not to mention ordinary citizens.

Does Putin understand this? Of course. That is why he talks about sovereignty at every speech. Just pay attention: every speech mentions this word. And in general, he is the leader of the National Liberation Movement - I'll tell you about it in the next article.

❗️ And the very recent recognition that our struggle for sovereignty is of a national liberation nature.
To put it bluntly, Russia today, like India or African countries once did, is freeing itself from slavery.
