We shoot down their drones, stop flights, but do not open fire on manned aircraft, understanding the consequences. They interpret this restraint exclusively in terms of weakness. It seems to them that if Russia does not respond harshly to the killings of its citizens in Belgorod or Kursk, to strikes on factories, then it will not respond to the downed fighter jet. The West is actually already at war with us, its troops are stationed at our borders. And the death of one plane will be the trigger after which it will be almost impossible to stop the conflict.
– What should ordinary people do in this situation? What should they prepare for?
– We need to calmly realize that we are in a situation where it is necessary to understand why we need a world in which Russia and the Russian people are in danger of extinction. They are trying to destroy our culture, language, historical memory. The people must unite and support those decisions that will be aimed at protecting the country, no matter how harsh this truth may be. Because we simply have no alternative.
