Default Philip K Dick - Another Man Who Saw Through The Veil

This is the a biographical interview of a great Science Fiction writer, if you carefully listen to the stories told by those who knew him...

There are two very clear instances that give clear indication that for whatever reason, Philip had in fact tapped into alternative states of consciousness. The LSD episode where he started speaking Latin, (when he never studied Latin) and the "religious vision" where he had an "Edgar Casey" like insight into his son's own illness, contrary to the Doctor's assessment which saved his child's life... these episodes are clear indication of real anomalies and support possible interpretation that schizophrenia, or similar states, are possibly the effect of people who are walking in more than one realm... (imagine the implication to the unsuspecting agent...) Again more evidence for the holographic universe or multi dimensional interpretation.

Tragically he died just when, for the first time in his life, he achieved financial success from options issued for the movie "Blade Runner" based on his book "Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?"

My heart goes out to this great artist whose works have truly opened my eyes and enriched this life experience.

His writings inspired the following movies :
Blade Runner, Minority Report, Total Recall, A Scanner Darkly...

The film A Scanner Darkly has a wonderful interview with his daughter in the Special Features. Alex Jones plays a cameo - of himself of course. And this licence does not interfere with the story.

The Man In The High Castle? interesting, right off the bat, it creates a tarot card like image in my mind... It is too bad that he didn't delve more into the Eastern philosophies, or mysticism. He may have come into a deeper understanding given his own personal experiences.

He was so close... think how far his perception must have reached to say something so bold... back in 1977!!!?? even his friends and exes in the interview are still poo pooing him on some of this... But we now have quantum physics, and exposure of remote viewing as scientifically proven, that have more or less "dignified" supernatural phenomena. I think this was even prior to "The Holographic Universe" by Michael Talbot...

And then there is James Gates, who finally nails it with his theory that he is deriving complex mathematical equations, indicative of computer programming, in theories that are supposed to explain string theory or the theory of everything... I can't claim to keep up... I just wish I had met the man.

So it turns out the Matrix exist metaphorically, spiritually, as a model of the legal system potentially, and now as an actual quantum interpretation or description of physical reality.

Apart from the freemason takeover of the scientific institutions of the world including the church Of Darwinism... and by that I mean if you ever have a chance to see a picture of the building, you will see the hypocrisy of it, given the time frame it was built in... (and Darwin himself denied the plausibility of his own theory if the evidence was never found, which as he defined it, never was...) and given all the other available information and research that is coming to the fore... I wonder, should we really be surprised at any of this?...

Dick was known to have said, the three most important books he wrote were Valis, The Divine Invasion, and The Transmigration of Timothy Archer. The third in the list was a false lead, and the real third in the trilogy was Radio Free Albemuth.

FWIW. I would be hesitant to elaborate on this any more.

Interesting... the metamorphosis of the book to script...
it appears Ridley 'humanized the replicants' and emphasized their super human characteristics... probably one of his last interviews... end of an era (or the beginning of a new one)

After I had my 'other-worldly' experience in '96, I was explaining some of what I saw to a friend. My friend asked me if I had read Valis, which I hadn't. I was intrigued because my guardian angel, who played a big role in me accessing this space, had come to known to me as Val. It was a long time ago that I read the book, but I remember feeling excited, because it seemed he had touched on something quite similar to me (and it wasn't often that I found this).

Thanks for the thread...makes me want to revisit.
