    I do recall now - the reference to contacts was in the discussion he had with Andrew Huberman on Rick Rubin's Youtube channel. It was brought up because Dr Kruse disagreed with Mr Huberman's advice on wearing contacts in one of his podcast episodes and had apparently replied to him on Twitter expressing that opinion rather aggressively, so they briefly touched on that disagreement. Wish I could offer more detail about where it was specifically, because it was a LONG discussion - about 6.5 hours over the 2 videos.
