The above is a quote from an ai search assistant. The man in Tintin's posted video has a London accent although I can't make out what he's saying, but he's obviously Care in the Community and the police have been at the very least incompetent not to have picked him up long before he boarded the tra16 minin at Peterborough and one has to wonder how he kept himself in check on the way to Peterborough from London.

The police were not 'incompetent'. They would've been told to stand back and let this play out - let the guy do what he was 'required' to do. Another psyop to instil fear and lay the groundwork for the expected public clamour :'something must be done to keep us safe!!' Here we are, waiting in the wings...Digital ID.

He was allegedly in a barbershop in Woodston, Peterborough the day before and the morning of the attack.

On one of those instances this CCTV image was taken

Staff contacted police but no action was taken

If this is true and news sources are now claiming it was then the Police have a lot to answer for

If only he'd been brandishing an English flag, and shouting about being proud of being British, rather than brandishing a knife, he might have been arrested on the Friday, and all those people might not have been stabbed on the train on Saturday. He just fell through the police's triage system, that's all. Just one of those things. Nothing we can do about it....
