Thanks for the video above Raskolnikov. I really do think there is so much about our own selves that we don't really understand fully.

I woke early this morning and started meditating on the Gregg Braden video I posted above. After a short while my inner eye opened and I could see clearly mens legs with rough kind of shoes whom I felt were holy men and they were walking on the edge of a bank or cliff topped at the edge with black stone walls that were used as a path to walk upon with very angular turns (90degrees). Then I could see quite a large kind of bee coming out of a flower near a stone warm from the sun, it then burrowed into the sand with a vibratory sound. Then the people were at a flat topped natural stone with a large bottle of what I saw as milk. One bottle had water in it and it was being topped up with the milk.

Somehow in the meditation, I "knew" the bee was the masculine and the milk the nourishment or female. My take on that, so far, is the feminine fluid part of the pure brain and the right vibration, the masculine creates the frequency of the realities or states of a reality or portal? like the monks that Gregg Braden spoke about in the video.

These views appeared so clear, with grains of sand visible, the warm sun, the flower petals the reverance of the people, the small plants and dryish earth suggested more a mediteranean kind of climate. I don't remember the faces as it was what was happening that seemed important. I just mention it as it was about consciousness. Perhaps the right angles of the path were also important as well. I love it when I ask a question and the picture comes quite quickly with awareness yet no expectatons There have been people who talk about milk and honey also that are said to come from your glands in your brain area, the pineal and the pituitary being involved.

I was trying to remember where I'd read about the 90 degree turn and it was Drunvalo Melchizedek's Flower of Life books, and I found this from a 2013 FB announcement:

Drunvalo Melchizedek has come out after 25 years of silence with the last '90 degree turn' meditation: How to enter into the fourth dimension... Exciting!
Now available for all school of remembering students who have attended the awakening the Illuminated Heart workshop!

There's a link in this space to a video that no longer works.

Previously known as “The 18th breath”. “The last 90 degree turn” is the final step to ascension taught by Drunvalo Melchizedek. This critical and important meditation is the follow-up to the powerful Awakening the Illuminated Heart classes offered all over the world by Certified School of Remembering Teachers.
Drunvalo’s guided meditation for ascension will be released to students who register with the new system after June 1st, 2013 at School of Remembering. For students who have taken the ATIH class in the past, registering with the new School website on June 1st will unlock this amazing new video.
Drunvalo’s School of Remembering is where all registered students of his work can find a supportive community of trained teachers and fellow students. (Another dead link here.)

Pretty exciting Harmony, maybe you'll be one who helps bring forth this knowledge again. Loved your meditation, thanks for sharing. The real science is on it's way back. I actually remember reading a book that called it "God Science." Watch out everyone, that term is going to make the tantruming clown world people's heads explode!

I believe that God Science is the only science worthy of the "science" moniker, since it is the only one that cannot be further reduced. The rest are approximations based on incomplete data and are always reducible.

What we call forces, which we do not understand except as an unfolding due to ambient gradations, are energies and dimensions controlled by gods whose job it is to manifest reality. They may be "scientists" or "engineers" of a higher class of intelligence, but to us they might as well be gods.

At one point, humans described the earth being held up by a giant turtle from underneath. When asked what held up the turtle, another turtle was the reply. When asked what is below the last turtle, the answer was ambiguous:
"It's turtles all the way down."

Human sciences have never been able to invent a better explanation, all the modern sophisticated nomenclature, theories, philosophies they employ notwithstanding.
Instead of turtles we now say we have:
"an ever-accelerating expansion of the space/time continuum".

    Same idea, different words.

The idea of God has never changed - only the number of them and the capitalization, as our relationship to God has become personal.

Free will can only be as free as the mind that conceives it.

Thank you Ernie, superb, all of it, right down to the last fractal turtle tail!

Since this thread has been hyper-focused on energy and music, I thought we might take a brief musical interlude. This one goes out to you Russian Bear. I salute your Russian spirit, both you and your great country. I consider you all my brothers, my comrades, so please don't be offended or feel hurt by anything that happened here. We all approach God in our own personal way, "I'm the one who's going to have to die when it's time for me to die." It's an internal journey, my friend, and yet here we are. We shall meet again...

There’s another aspect of this we could get into if anyone’s game. All the talk of Drunvalo reminded me of something he had to overcome in his early days after college so I revisited the first volume of The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life books, found here, https://avalonlibrary.net/ebooks/Dru...0of%20Life.pdf, and was immediately struck by this passage that gives further credence to our theory of God Science,

"I majored in physics and minored in mathematics until I was just about to receive my diploma. I needed only one more quarter to graduate. I decided I didn’t want the degree, because I had discovered something about physicists that turned me off to the idea of becoming involved in a science that I believed was no science at all. This is all changing now. This in itself could be a book, but the why of it is related to the same thing I said about archaeologists. Physicists, just like archaeologists, will turn their heads away from the truth if it means too much of a change too fast. Perhaps the real truth is that this is human nature. So I switched to the other side of my brain and started majoring in fine arts. My counselors thought I was nuts. “You’re going to give up a physics degree?” they asked. But I didn’t need it, didn’t want it. Then to graduate I had to go for two more years majoring in fine arts and art history.

Changing majors makes sense now, because when you study the ancient writings, you find out that the ancients perceived art, science and religion as interwoven, interconnected. So the programming I was putting myself through was appropriate for what I’m doing now."

This next one gives is a nice summary of the world’s religions. Thought it should be included since this thread stumbled upon these blocks toward the beginning,

"All the world’s religions are speaking of the same Reality. They have different words, different concepts and ideas, but there’s really only one Reality, and there’s only one Spirit moving through all life. There might be different techniques to get to different states of consciousness, but there’s only what is real, and when you’re there you know it. Whatever you want to call it—you can give it different names—it’s all the same thing."

But I found these two paragraphs leading up to his meeting with Thoth particularly eye-opening, especially concerning the purpose of alchemy and turning mercury into gold,

"At one point the angels led me to a Canadian man who was an alchemist and who, amongst other things, was actually turning mercury into gold (though it can also be done from lead, which is more difficult). I studied alchemy for two years with him and watched this process with my own eyes. He had a sphere of glass about 18" in diameter filled with a liquid, and little bubbles of mercury would rise into it. They would go through a series of fluorescent colors and changes, rise to the top, turn into little balls of solid gold, then sink down to the bottom. Then he would collect all these little balls of gold to use for his spiritual work. He owned an ordinary-looking little house in Burnaby, British Columbia, on an ordinary-looking street. If you drove down the street, his house would look like any of the others. But under his house was a hidden laboratory. He had taken the millions of dollars in gold and dug straight down, building a huge complex filled with everything from electron balances to you-name-it so that he could further his work. He didn’t care about money at all. And of course the purpose in alchemy is not to make gold or money, but to understand the process of how mercury or lead changes into gold.

It’s the process that’s important. Because the process of going from mercury to gold is identical to the process that a human follows going from this level of consciousness into Christ consciousness; there is an exact correlation. As a matter of fact, if you were to study all of alchemy, you would have to study every single chemical reaction in existence, because every reaction has a corresponding experiential aspect to something in life. It’s the old “as above, so below” saying. (By the way, Thoth is the man who originally spoke those words when he was known as Hermes in Greece.)"

Maybe that’s why they’re injecting us with so much mercury, they just want us to reach Christ consciousness faster. They’re helping us. See, they really do have our best interests at heart.

But the alchemical process, especially in relation to human evolution, is powerful. If you think about it, in that analogy our current state of consciousness is the volatile and dangerous mercury which must be alchemically changed into the gold of Christ consciousness. Like the pressure and time it takes to turn coal into diamond.

Yet, even after all that, the God lends a hand angle becomes even more profound when he relates how he had to figure out how to live on nothing, to put aside all attempts at making money and really begin living with trust that God has everything under control, including your own survival and well-being. For me, that's a powerful message. He said it was frightening at first, but ultimately it worked out. Easy to say for someone who’s in contact with Angels and has Thoth on speed dial. But more and more I’m beginning to sense the wisdom in this approach to life, in getting back to nature and closer to your maker, start nurturing ourselves on that milk and honey you alluded to Harmony. I mean, what’s the worst that could happen right - you meet your maker.

So was wondering if there was anyone out there who may have achieved such heights of evolution that they no longer need money and it’s now a thing of the past. It’s a tall order in this day and age. Pressure from all directions and prices only going up, and yet our whole system is rigged to have us putting our faith in promissory notes promising nothing more than further future debt. But I’ll climb down off my high horse, ran out of coins anyway…

Well, there is nothing wrong with money it self, or using trade systems, the problem is the illuminati group messing and distorting the economical system.

The thing with spirituality and money is people that chase it for status, power, control, or thinking they will find happiness and contentament from money power, poeple that believe that buying and consuming keep happiness stable.

The problem is not money it self and using it. You need it to buy food and have a home, the person that made your food or grew it, deserve money so him can have he's home car and cloths, the one that build houses all day, deserve money to buy food, house, etc.
It's an energetic trade system, without it everyone should learn and build their house, do their cloths, and grow their foods, plus craft they kitchen utensils and gather gas or stove to make the fire.

It gives freedom because of that, it's part of manifestation nature, life here could go much farther without it, as everything requires energy expense, action and movement in order to happen.

So sages and illumined spirits, real ones have no problem with job or money, but don't have urges for power, control, domination, consumerism, luxury and so on.

Having a job is divine or you gotta become a beggar asking food on the streets, everyday, to someone that worked to have money and buy the food...

I am enjoying reading your exploration of a larger understanding of what I refer to as Source or Consciousness, the whole or the all and exploring how we fit into this “whole”. Thank you for your reference to Drunvalo Melchizedek’s ‘90 degree turn meditation’ in post#42, that might relate to the vision I saw recently. That’s really interesting and I had a look on the net and couldn’t find too much about it anymore. I did find the following recent short video (8:25) where he speaks to Viola Rose about his new book. In the 4th book he mentions it is about consciousness and the glands in the body.

Drunvalo Melchizedek (2025) a chat about his new book

It seems we must have that information stored in our DNA libraries. When I think about being able to live without food as breatharian’s seem to be able to, a switch over to another mode of receiving energy from the sun must already exist within us.
I have found when I am in an unknown tricky situation, without an answer from the left brain that is rational and looking for outside answers, it is possible to switch to the heart that can reach into something that is outside our “normal perceived” reality. It is outside time and space and if you ask through the heart with love and surrender to an answer that will be to the very best solution for the well being of all, something happens if we let it. Sometimes an event outside what we might have tried to engineer. It seems like God consciousness, through the purity of heart, Christ consciousness, can lend a hand when we ask or are open to that frequency that is already there if we tune into it.

Reading both responses, I get the feeling of a slight tug-of-war taking place between the left and the right brains, the left reminding us that money is just a tool of barter or trade, a representation of energy that must be exchanged for goods, while the right yearns for more, somewhere intuiting that a simpler yet more fulfilling and rewarding way of life has existed before so can exist again.

I experienced that exact same switch from the left to right brain that Drunvalo spoke of when he dropped the physics degree with one month remaining to pursue a degree in fine arts which would take two more years. He said he “switched to the other side of (the) brain,” in essence, from the left to the right. He did this because he saw the “short-comings” in the fields of natural science, at least in the academic world, how it wouldn’t allow great leaps and bounds in the pursuit of truth, “only so far” says the logical left brain.

My own experience was a bit less voluntary and occurred immediately after that first mushroom experience. Overnight, I went from acing math classes without studying to “wtf am I looking at?” To be fair, I was in pre-calculus at the time and it never made much sense to me, but I was passing. After that experience, I was cooked. My brain would have none of it. It was like the connection between hemispheres had been severed. Now I suddenly found myself devouring literature, art, philosophy, while being especially drawn to music. At the time it was very odd and even frightening. I began surveying the world with new eyes, more contemplative and aware, but also confused by what it all meant and where it would ultimately lead because I intuitively understood one doesn’t make money or gain any kind of security in the fields of art, barring connections to Epstein or Podesta of course. But I felt I’d lost a valuable superpower, the power of regurgitation, of easily jumping through hoops and telling the teachers what they wanted to hear, and in high school that’s a valuable superpower indeed. Gone in an instant.

So while I understand, and even agree with, your point of view, White Cedar, I also found these words of interest:

Quote Posted by White Cedar (here)

Yes, it’s an energetic trade system. We trade our energy to satisfy our needs, and our desires, enter the seven sins. “Life here could go much farther without it.” Wholeheartedly agree. It’s fun to note that when Drunvalo finally did achieve success in “living on nothing” four miles from the nearest road in the middle of nowhere that he began to really enjoy life again,

"I began to live my life exactly like I had always wanted to live. I had always wanted to see if I could live on nothing, so I gave it a try. It was a little scary at first, but it got easier as time went on, and pretty soon I became adept at natural living. I lived a wonderful and full life on basically no money. After a while I realized, Hey, this is a lot easier than holding a job in a city! I had to work hard for only about three hours a day, then I had the rest of the day off. It was great. I could play music and run around and have a good old time. And that’s exactly what I did. I had fun. I played music about ten hours a day, with lots of friends who came from miles around. Our place had gained quite a reputation by then. We just had fun. In doing this, which is very important to my understanding now, I discovered something about myself. It was from this—”returning to my inner child” is how I phrase it these days—that my inner child was released, and in that releasing, something happened to me that was the catalyst that led into my life as it is today."

I postulate that this current system of barter has been specifically set up and rigged to strip us of our energy. Think of a casino, how much taken vs. given back, odds stacked steeply against the gambler. Energy being siphoned away. I could go on about over-unity devices, stolen and destroyed scrolls, texts, and artifacts, even the fiat monetary system itself but I’d be preaching to the choir. Point being, it’s all energy, we’re all energy, so why should we have to become beggars in the street to beg for enough energy to survive? Perhaps it's as simple as overcoming those urges for power, control, and domination you mentioned. I do believe that’s a very important part to all this, tempering and taming all that volatile mercury in our energy fields of consciousness, the philosopher’s stone right?

Which brings us back to Harmony’s milk and honey. I enjoyed your thoughtful response, take all the time you need.

I am enjoying reading your exploration of a larger understanding of what I refer to as Source or Consciousness, the whole or the all and exploring how we fit into this “whole”.
That’s well put, and while I’m still not sure how we fit into it, I feel it’s the only worthwhile, perhaps most valuable and important, pursuit in life. The brainwave states in your first video are truly fascinating and offer new glimpses into what could be a whole new state of being, a new Way, maybe just a return to the old Way. It certainly suggests the possibility that what we think of as reality and our place within that reality is maybe not so set in stone, not quite as material as we once believed, or have been led to believe. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I will take some time to ruminate upon them as well, see what treasures lie within…

The subject of breatharianism (also called inedia apparently) has been on my mind since I first heard of it. It seems like the next logical step in human evolution. If you think about it, it’s happening right now as we change our diets away from the heavy, nutritionally void, chemical laden foods to the lighter, more nutrient dense fare that provides mountains more nourishment in a much smaller package. The body sustained on less and less as we figure out what sustains it and how we’ve neglected and even poisoned it. These days I find myself eating one to two meals a day and rarely feeling hungry. Sure would save some money though if I could figure out that last 90 degree turn

Thanks for sharing the video Harmony. Glad to see he’s coming out with a couple new books. I’ve definitely been witness to the whiter sun the last few years. Where I live it gets so hot in the summer that this new light feels as if there’s a giant child in the sky holding a magnifying glass and training it upon me until I burst into flames. It feels hot and irritating instead of warm and nourishing. Thought maybe they replaced it with a flourescent or led bulb like everything else. Glad to hear he thinks this new light is an improvement because I’ve been having serious trouble reaching that same conclusion.

I like the point you made about the left brain looking for outside answers. That really speaks volumes. The left looking outside for answers while the right looking inside, tapping into the heart for answers. That sounds right to me. That’s where the God consciousness, the Christ consciousness, enters, changing “normal perceived reality” into something just a little bit different, just enough to awaken something within us that needed to be awakened. Asking through the heart with love and surrender, with the highest intent, wise words Harmony, and yet so difficult to maintain this state in the world today.

When speaking of consciousness and it’s source, I always end up thinking of the study of plants hooked up to lie detector machines and threatened with fire, through thought alone, not verbally or physically in any way, and the plants screaming. All you vegans and vegetarians who think you’re living a righteous life of not killing living beings - sorry to disappoint. And this happened exactly the same for plants about to be eaten. What the study ultimately discovered was that the only thing that would calm them down was saying a prayer and thanking the plants before eating them. I think you could call that scientific proof for prayer. But it alludes to so much more, because if plants can be threatened by our thoughts then it would appear we’re somehow mysteriously connected to everything around us, the thought came from inside oneself and effected a distant object outside oneself, for all intents and purposes, a separate object. Idk, simply fascinating study. It was in Wilcock’s Source Field Investigations. So much we don’t know, and as this information slowly leaks back in after a lifetime of being deluded to think otherwise, it is truly mind-boggling indeed.

“My people perish for lack of knowledge.” And yet they insist, “Ignorance is bliss…”

This one could, and quite possibly should, go into one of the AI threads but since it broadens its scope of the AI discussion, bringing in divinity and what it means to be human, I thought it might fit better here. Thanks again to Harmony for the reminder of Gregg Braden and his great work. So much good information in this one I had to print up some highlights. It paints a more scientific picture of what I may have been experiencing to some small degree.

“There was a study that just came out from the University of Toronto in February, 2025, this year showing that the chronic use of Artificial Intelligence for creative endeavors, so these are artists who are no longer imagining to create their art, they’re depending upon ChatGpt, for example; or writers, creative writers, who are no longer doing their own creative writing, they’re depending on ChatGpt to put the sentences and the paragraphs together; musicians… What the study shows, two things: 1) Humans begin to lose, it’s not their creativity, it’s their ability to even create. They begin to lose their ability to imagine and create because the AI is doing it for them if they’re using it chronically, the AI is doing it for them and that part of the brain is no longer active in the creative endeavors. 2) It said that when groups of people are using the AI chronically, and once again, I’m not talking about a one off to create a brochure for your 4H club or boy scouts or whatever, this is people that get up every morning and they are depending upon AI to do their creative work for them. When groups of people do that, the ideas that they come up with, and this is a term that’s used in this peer reviewed paper, the ideas become vanilla ideas, in other words, they become homogenous, everybody is kind of thinking along the same lines, and the really beautiful innovations that drive creativity and drive new pathways and new directions is lost.”

After bringing up the dark goals of the 2030 agenda he continues:

“These are technologists who fear death because they believe that they are in frail imperfect bodies. What they don’t realize is that we are actually a highly advanced, technologically sophisticated soft technology. We’re more advanced than a hard primitive computer chip that is limited- Is a computer chip fast? Absolutely. Is it efficient? Absolutely. Is it scalable? A computer chip can only scale to the point where the silicon can no longer move information any faster. And now you look at a human brain, you look at the human neuron. We’re fast, we’re efficient. What is the top end of our capacity? How scalable are we? The answer is we don’t know because every time we think we reached the limit, our biology morphs and adapts to that limit to open new vistas, new possibilities, and it happens again and again and again. We’re so advanced, we are so much more than the physical technology outside of our bodies, but the technologists don’t know that. The technologists believe Darwin’s idea of evolution. They believe we’re the product of random processes, and because of that, the random processes have led to the flaws. They don’t realize that we’re the most sophisticated technology that this world has ever, or will probably ever, see.”

“Our user interface to this advanced technology that we call the human body is the subject of our most ancient and cherished spiritual and indigenous traditions. We have seven epigenetic triggers that allow us to regulate this interface: Thought, feeling, emotion, breath, focus, nutrition and movement. Those are our user interface. And when we learn to access that interface in a good way our bodies can heal themselves. Every organ in the human body is documented with the ability to 1) stop the damage that is occurring if there’s disease, 2) it can repair the damage that’s been done and 3) it can regenerate every organ in the human body, even the ones we were told could not - brain tissue, spinal cord tissue, pancreatic tissue, heart tissue. But the key is that we must give the body the environment so that it can do what it needs to do. That environment is the product of those epigenetic triggers. What are we thinking, what are we feeling, what is the emotion that is flooding our body because every emotion sets into motion a cascade of chemicals. How do we move, how do we breathe, what is our nutrition? And this is what the technologists are missing.

There’s a word we haven’t used yet, the movement to replace us with technology is called the transhuman movement. Trans- means beyond, so beyond human, merging us with machines. What the transhumanists have lost, what they don’t realize is that we are the technology, we’re the very technology that we’re working toward and that we are rare and precious. And if we give ourselves away to the machines we’ll never get it back. You cannot go back once you make that kind of a choice and that’s why I feel this is a vital conversation.”

“There is a spiritual battle, an ancient battle, that began long ago in another world if we are to believe the texts, if we are to believe the oral traditions of the indigenous people, if we are to believe the archaeological records found in Mesopotamia, the Sumerian texts, the Akkadian texts, the Babylonian texts, if we are to believe the Gnostic texts discovered in 1945, and if we are to believe the unedited versions of the Christian Bible. As different as they are from one another, they’re all telling the same story using different words. A fundamental struggle between two forces that began in another world, made its way into this world, and you and I were born into this struggle, and for lack of a better term, knowing that these are charged terms, the way the texts describe the struggle - it’s a battle between good and evil. And good and evil means different things to different people. One of the most powerful definitions that we can create for evil in this world is anything that denies our humanness, anything that denies our ability to imagine freely, and to create, and innovate, and feel empathy for another human, and sympathy and compassion, anything that denies our ability to forgive, to love, to heal, these are all uniquely human capacities. And the stated goal of evil in these texts, and specifically in the forbidden texts of the Nag Hammadi library, the Gnostic texts that were discovered in 1945, and then the edited Biblical texts that were removed in the 4th Century, the common theme between those two bodies of work, that we don’t get to see today because it was edited out, that theme is that there is a force in this world that seeks to deny our humanness, and by denying our uniquely human capabilities then renders us vulnerable and susceptible to the agendas of those forces. Anything that steals or denies our humanness, anything that denies our ability to imagine, to create, (to) innovate, to heal, to love, to forgive.

So now you come back to the beginning of this conversation. Technology, the AI. If we allow the AI to replace our human capacities to imagine and now we have the AI do all the imagining and all the creating, and we have the AI make the artwork and write the lyrics for the songs, and then write the music to those lyrics, that is an expression of evil by definition because it is denying our human capacity to express those abilities. You used a word earlier and we didn’t explore that word. The word was human divinity. Many people link divinity to religion because there are schools of divinity that make that connection. And they’re good schools and they do good things. But the contemporary definition of divinity surprises a lot of people. It has nothing to do with religion. And that definition is simply the ability to transcend perceived limitations. And that’s it. So let’s break that down. The ability to transcend means to become more than, perceived limitations, most of us are living within limits that are not even real, they’re not even true. They are limits that we have been indoctrinated or programmed to accept into our lives of what we can and cannot do and what a human is and is not capable of. Divinity is our ability to move beyond, transcend, those limits. So who says we can’t heal our own bodies? We can. The programming is that we need something outside of us to heal our bodies but the science is showing just what I said earlier, every organ in the human body is now documented with the ability to stop the damage, repair what happened, and rejuvenate, regenerate that tissue. That goes beyond the indoctrination, and that’s just one little example.

So, divinity. Now we’re gonna look at the big, big picture. Here we are barreling down road toward 2030 where the technologists envision us giving our humanness away in exchange for efficiency, speed, and safety of information. The ancient texts tell us that there is a force on this world that has always sought to deny our divinity, our humanness. And when we relinquish our power to AI and computer chips in the brain and all the things that we’ve talked about, that is evil accomplishing it’s goal because we have now denied the very values that we cherish as a human. We’re giving that away to the technology because we’re being told life is easier, life is safer, we’re more efficient, and maybe the world is a more peaceful world. These are the taglines that are being used in the marketing, and I know it’s happening and I’m still in awe. It’s really good marketing, really sexy videos on YouTube. There’s a video of guy walking down the street, birds are singing, the sky is blue, the music is playing and he says he has never felt freer in his life. So he gets to his car and the chip inside of his hand is how he starts that car. And then he gets to work and the chip inside of his hand is how he gets into his security door. Then he goes to buy groceries and the chip in his wrist is how he’s linking to his bank account. What it’s not showing is that he’s surrendered his sovereignty and his freedom and is now part, linked into, a digital network, a digital system that has removed that sovereignty and freedom. His thoughts are no longer his thoughts. Is he safe? Maybe. Is he more peaceful, less stressful? Maybe. Has he given away his humanness? Definitely.”

And some good info in the description:

"If your intuition says humanity isn’t ready for unchecked AI superintelligence — trust it.
