Bill Chalker Intrigued by UFO reports since about 1966, when his home town of Grafton, in New South Wales (NSW), Australia, became the focus of UFO activity that attracted national headlines, Bill began undertaking deeper research and investigations from 1969, when his home region of northern NSW again became the focus of UFO reports.

The 1969 publication of the notorious Condon Report, which concluded that there was nothing of scientific value in studying UFOs, had a different effect on Bill. Unlike most, he examined the massive report and realised there was a massive disconnection between the conclusions and the actual case studies. More than a third of their cases were unexplained.

This set Bill on a deeper investigation of the UFO enigma. He joined the American based APRO (Aerial Phenomena Research Organisation) group, which confirmed his growing awareness of the global dimensions of the UFO mystery.

One way IMO that the Phenomenon captures our perception is because we have very little ground concerning the spiritual world. IMO what we "think" is the spiritual realm is the astral inversion (no matter how "bright" the presentation) . I personally think that what we call the "mind" is not our own and we are truly INFORMED from an emmanent GOD SOURCE which is NOT the astral "consciousness'. There is a relationship with god for us. This does take place in heart consciousness. Divine is within all and nature is alive and has consciousness.

I operate now from the understanding that we live in an INVERTED overlay of POV insinuated by the Phenomenon but DONE by humans. WE by belief and our imagination play out the directive of a NONHUMAN consciousness. This is such an obvious FACT to me as I look around. WE are terribly twisted away from all sense of "self interest" for our lives IMO.

IMO the easiest way to stop living for the NHI agenda is to move our center of awarenss to Pantheism. Pantheism is reenchantment and sacred reunifiaction with the God in all. The deliberate attempt to FEEL our connection to all LIFE in which "I dwell in MY experience" is so powerful. I don't know if I am on target but what has resulted is a sense that there IS God in the heart of all things. IN human experience God has a mysterious paradoxical and unknowable "existence" and the mind can be twisted up in the INVERSION to doubt. Moving to the heart mind is where IMO we access REAL INTELLIGENCE. I think from the heart and KNOW what of the intellectual "mind" is inverted. I am CONVINCED that this relationship makes us immune to the program set out against us.
