Netanyahu pushed Trump on pardon request – Axios
The US president last month asked his Israeli counterpart, Isaac Herzog, to fully pardon Netanyahu in a long-standing corruption case

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lobbied US President Donald Trump for stronger backing for his bid for a presidential pardon over a long-running corruption case, Axios has reported, citing officials.

Netanyahu last week formally asked Israeli President Isaac Herzog to pardon him from a case in which he has been entangled for over a decade. The plea came after Trump, a staunch Netanyahu ally, urged Herzog in November to grant a full pardon.

During a call on Monday, Netanyahu asked Trump for more help in his push for a pardon from the Israeli president, according to Axios. Trump expressed confidence that the effort would ultimately succeed but stopped short of committing to new steps, the outlet reported, citing US and Israeli officials familiar with the exchange.

“Netanyahu wants Trump to do more, but the president has done all he can do,” one American official told Axios.

Trump’s letter to Herzog last month dismissed the charges against Netanyahu as “a political, unjustified prosecution” and demanded a full pardon. Critics said the gesture risks undermining Israel’s judiciary and turning pardons into political weapons.

Netanyahu is the first sitting Israeli prime minister ever to stand trial, facing charges of fraud, breach of trust, and accepting bribes in three separate cases alleging he traded political favors for lavish gifts from wealthy associates. Indicted in 2019, he has pleaded not guilty and insists the case is a politically motivated campaign by the media, police, and judiciary to remove him from power. The trial, which began in 2020, has been repeatedly delayed and is expected to drag on for years.

Critics argue that Netanyahu has used Israel’s ongoing conflicts to insulate himself from legal jeopardy and maintain his hold on power.

In his plea for clemency, Netanyahu said a pardon would allow him to devote “all of his time, abilities, and energy” to leading Israel through what he called “critical times.” Herzog’s office said the president will review the request once he receives the full set of legal opinions.

Disgusting? Yes, but not nearly as disgusting as thousands upon thousands of people jumping up and down for joy, laughing and celebrating the cold blooded assassination of Charlie Kirk on a US College Campus.

I find it extremely astonishing that many of the same people that are completely ok with killing people like Trump and Charlie Kirk are totally upset and find it wrong killing a few drug trafficking terrorists.

Both of these types of killings are wrong! PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's absolutely no reason the military can't just target these boats engines and sweep in and arrest these drug traffickers. Sure, some traffickers may be killed in the process but the cold blooded extermination of these criminals would not be happening.

On another note I'm finding this forum becoming more and more like the far left fake news. The political garbage being posted on this forum is polluting and spamming many threads. Personally, I'm not finding this forum quite as an exciting place to be a member of as it once used to be.

Calling narco traffickers "people in boats" is kinda like calling Nazi U boat operators "people in submarines".

Rizotto the universe has given you yet another chance to develop a sense of humor and once again you've failed miserably. But at least you haven't found a way to blame the Jews for all this mess. Oh wait, you did!

@SilentFeathers: I agree with much of what you wrote except for the "disgusting" part. I'd replace that word with "glorious". When you consider the millions of Americans who've died and continue to die as the result of these drugs, and the soulless evil driving this sort of endeavor, a few narco demons getting blown up is a very very small price to pay.

I'd blow them all up if I could. I'd put them in one of those old navy vessels they use for firing practive and coral reef creation, launch dozens of missiles at it with red white and blue streamers coming out the back, and have a massive Uncle Sam drone show going on simultaneously in the sky while our national anthem blared from hundreds of surrounding speakers floating on red white and blue buoys. And I'd televise the event and make a national holiday out of it.

If these narco demons were killing millions of Americans with guns the general public would view it much differently. But for some reason when it's drugs it's tolerated. Not only that, but sympathy is extended to the murderers lol. Oy vey. It's all very worthy of the clown show thread.

The Trump Administration Is Deregulating Forever Chemicals
    12/4/25
    By Helen Santoro
    https://organicconsumers.org/the-tru...ever-chemicals
    ACTION ALERT!

"The Trump administration is taking steps to further deregulate dangerous “forever chemicals,” or PFAS, increasingly ubiquitous chemicals that don’t easily break down and are linked to a wide range of health risks, including cancer and birth defects.

While the Department of Health and Human Services’ Make America Healthy Again commission, headed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr, previously sounded the alarm about the dangers of pesticides, their recent “Make Our Children Healthy Again” plan doesn’t list pesticide reduction as one of its proposed public health solutions.

Amid industry lobbying, the Trump administration is taking steps to further deregulate dangerous “forever chemicals” — increasingly ubiquitous per- and polyfluoroalkyl chemicals (PFAS) that don’t easily break down and are linked to a wide range of health risks, including cancer and birth defects.

This move comes after President Donald Trump’s choice to head the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), former representative Lee Zeldin, recommended firing thousands of EPA scientists, tried to repeal dozens of pollution regulations, and filled the agency’s leadership with industry lobbyists and lawyers.

Just this month, the EPA moved to approve two PFAS-based pesticides for use on crops, including tomatoes, peas, and lettuce. Despite the chemicals’ known dangers, the EPA created a new web page to assure the public of the “robust, chemical-specific process” that the agency uses to approve any pesticide.

The agency’s chemical regulation office is currently headed by two former lobbyists who worked for the American Chemistry Council, which represents the chemical industry, and one former lobbyist for the American Soybean Association, which has openly advocated for pro-pesticide policies.

“To approve more PFAS pesticides amid the growing awareness of the serious, long-term dangers from these forever chemicals is absurdly shortsighted,” said Nathan Donely, environmental health science director at the Center for Biological Diversity, a nonprofit environmental advocacy group.

Decades of research have shown that PFAS exposure can lead to cancer, heart damage, hormone disruption, liver and thyroid problems, immune system suppression, reproductive issues, and abnormal fetal development. Over the years, law firms have filed more than 9,500 suits alleging PFAS harms, resulting in almost $17 billion in settlement payouts across 140 industries as of 2023.

The EPA also recently proposed relaxing a Biden-era rule that requires companies to report data on all products containing PFAS. If enacted, companies would no longer have to disclose information on PFAS that were used as a minor ingredient or were created for research or development purposes. The goal, the agency claims, is to make reporting regulations “more practical and implementable and reduce unnecessary, or potentially duplicative, reporting requirements for businesses.”

While the Department of Health and Human Services’ Make America Healthy Again commission, headed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr, previously sounded the alarm about the dangers of pesticides, their recent “Make Our Children Healthy Again” plan, which seeks to address the rising rate of childhood chronic diseases, doesn’t list pesticide reduction as one of its proposed public health solutions.

The EPA is already facing pushback for some of its recent PFAS decisions. On Tuesday, an environmental organization representing public employees appealed a federal-court decision that allows the EPA to avoid regulating PFAS in sewage sludge that’s sold to farmers as fertilizers.

Meanwhile, disclosures reveal several polluters and toxic chemical manufacturers have lobbied the EPA on forever chemicals in recent years. That includes the American Chemistry Council, which spent $600,000 last year lobbying the government on PFAS, among other issues.

EPA Approves Its Second ‘Forever Chemical’ Pesticide in Two Weeks
    Organic Consumers Association <campaigns@organicconsumers.org>
The Center for Biological Diversity, Press Release:

    12/4/25

WASHINGTON— The Environmental Protection Agency today approved the highly persistent pesticide isocycloseram for golf courses, lawns and food crops such as oranges, tomatoes, almonds, peas, and oats. The pesticide is a ‘forever chemical’ — one of a group called PFAS, or perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances.

Today’s announcement marks the second approval of a PFAS pesticide since Trump took office, with the first approval coming just two weeks before. The administration plans to approve three more PFAS pesticides in the coming year.

‘To approve more PFAS pesticides amid the growing awareness of the serious, long-term dangers from these forever chemicals is absurdly shortsighted,’ said Nathan Donley, environmental health science director at the Center for Biological Diversity.”

Read how the undeniable reality is that the Trump administration is knowingly putting the nation’s children at greater risk of developing serious reproductive and liver harms for generations to come

Quote Tell Your State Legislators to Ban PFAS Pesticides
Some industries are transitioning away from PFAS, the per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances known as "forever chemicals," but the pesticide industry is doubling down.

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved six new PFAS pesticides: Corteva-DowDuPont’s fluazaindolizine under President Biden, and Syngenta-ChemChina’s cyclobutrifluram and isocycloseram, Bayer-Monsanto’s diflufenican, BASF’s trifludimoxazin, and Sumitomo-Valent’s epyrifenacil under President Trump.

PFAS kills. There is scientific evidence that it causes cancer, kidney disease, birth defects, and liver damage, and batters the immune system.

I would have to agree that this is not necessarily a good idea; most of Trump's "turnbacks" on regulations make sense. Such as rolling back the car mileage standard, but this change seems to be driven primarily to reduce regulatory burdens on small businesses and farmers. One of the president's primary roles, if not the only role, is to protect US citizens, and this fails in that respect.

This is a must watch. (for those able to think above the cartoonish level)

Napolitano, at 11:06: “If you go to the website of Trump’s drug enforcement administration and look up ‘Venezuela’, there is no significant, even detectable drug trafficking from Venezuela to the USA. And yet the government has attempted to perpetrate this deception on the American people, to the point of committing war crimes by killing non-combatant civilians on the high seas…”

Max Blumenthal points out polls indicating that only 13% of the american public support USA military strikes on Venezuela. Also, some interesting info about USA ally, Ecuador, links to the cocaine trade. International ramifications. Etc.

Lmao @Mike, sir, these comedic descriptions of yours are increasingly on point.

Oh yeah, it's so funny to imagine slaughtering people you don't even know. Ya only need to push a button right? And any unfounded accusation is a good pretext for murder, right?

The current hype among some about Trump's planned regime change in Venezuela is the same hype as in 2002 for regime change in Iraq based on claims of 'weapons of mass destruction' that turned out not to exist. A million Iraquis were slaughtered, and thousands of USA marines came back in body bags. Just to control Iraqi oil, and Dick Cheney could land contracts for his Halliburton.

On the other hand, most people have now realized such trolling is only done by a small minority unconditionally worshipping the Trump administration.
The great majority have evolved beyond such stupidity.

Why the US War Secretary doesn’t want Venezuela ‘cartel’ strikes investigated
Ensuring your airstrikes are legal is for pansies, or so Pete Hegseth seems to think

    by Rachel Marsden - December 5, 2025

Are there any adults left at the Pentagon to stop War Secretary Pete Hegseth (aka Kettlebell Kegseth) from unilaterally raining death on guys in boats and then making cartoons about it for social media?

“Franklin targets narco-terrorists,” Hegseth tweeted, featuring Franklin the turtle standing on a chopper and shoulder-firing missiles at motorboats. He then posted again, ostensibly defending Admiral Mitch Bradley while simultaneously giving him a tire-track massage by implying that it was actually Bradley calling the “double-tap” shots striking “drug boats” and then liquidating any remaining flailing survivors.

Apparently, we’re supposed to ignore reports that Hegseth’s order was to “kill everyone.” That includes anyone still alive after any ostensible 'threat' – 'Venezuelan' boats allegedly carrying 'pre-workout' substances, in gym-bro parlance – had been neutralized. Somehow, this administration is shocked that we might want to investigate what’s really going on here and not just take their word for it.

It appears that Hegseth gave the order and Bradley followed it. Which is exactly what a bunch of former Democratic national security officials warned against: don’t follow unconstitutional orders. Trump’s been talking like they should be executed for treason. He actually hasn’t said how. Maybe by gifting them a cruise from Venezuela to America.

Was a Pentagon lawyer involved in assessing the legality of these attacks? Maybe, but apparently lawyering is for pansies when national security is at stake, and the president has the ability to order limited strikes. Fine. Then at least show quantifiable evidence that these rushed strikes directly help US national security. I’ll wait.

Several boaters have been droned in the name of Trump’s 'war on drugs,' conveniently aimed at one country – specifically Venezuela – that just happens to have all the oil and other resources Trump has mused about grabbing. Meanwhile, drug-plagued American neighborhoods go mostly unscathed. Because, apparently, bros in the hood don’t have oil.

If they droned the bros at home, it would be illegal – but technically no more illegal than what they’re doing in open waters off Latin America. At least in the US, we’d know who the targets were. Out there, it’s a mystery.

The government says, “Trust us, they’re bad guys.” Sorry, but MAGA populism was built on distrust in the establishment and the demand for accountability. Now, pro-Trump factions are all-in for concentrating extrajudicial power in the executive branch.

Usually, accused drug dealers get trials. Even guilty ones don’t get death squads. But according to the editor of one pro-Trump media outlet, Hegseth’s critics have “forgotten the biblical purpose of government – to bear the sword, and be a terror to evildoers. They don’t know what good and evil look like, and they don’t know what actual justice looks like.”

Call me crazy, but I thought that justice looked like due process. But apparently we’re now back to 200 AD. And these “evildoers”? Who even knows who they are, or what they’re doing on these boats, let alone whether they’re “evil.” This sounds straight out of the neocons’ playbook for the Global War On Terror, some of whom have now opportunistically rebranded themselves for MAGA-populist fun time.

These blowhards claiming to know justice…don’t. Justice requires a trial. But trials are for weaklings. Real men deliver 'no fatties' lectures to generals between vodka swigs while verbally berating anyone calling for a brake on their murderous enthusiasm.

They see no need for due process because it’s a 'war' – except that it’s not legally a war, no matter the attempt at rebranding cartel activity. We don’t even know if the boaters were involved in any gunplay or drug trafficking. No receipts. Is boarding the boats, questioning those aboard, seizing any cargo as proof of assertions, and sparing survivors too inconvenient for the narrative?

International law is clear: under the Geneva Conventions, ratified by the US, “murder of persons not taking part in hostilities” is prohibited. That includes civilians. Especially once rendered harmless. Unlawful enemy combatants are liquidatable, but only if there’s an actual war with a battlefield. Which there isn’t. Team Trump doesn’t even seem interested in making that argument legally convincing – just repeating their marketing rhetoric.

These tactics give America the vibe of a failed state. Picture Haiti: US-backed puppet government, gangs running the show, drones deployed in a nationwide turf war – but still obligated to follow rules of proportionality and engagement at the risk of committing war crimes. Why can’t the US manage to follow even the most basic rules of engagement in a far less dangerous or complex situation?

A bipartisan Congress wants answers. Guess we’re about to find out what the Pentagon lawyers have to say – and whether Hegseth only consulted them after pratfalling across the world stage like a frat bro in untied combat boots.

Now, the US, global law-and-order lecturer, has the chance to prove that it can investigate its own alleged war crimes. After all, it’s this precise justification that’s always given why Washington should be able to dodge The Hague’s International Criminal Court jurisdiction.

Poor Pete. Former Fox News guy, beer-pong champ, grab-arse enthusiast, who just wanted to fix the Pentagon like it was a gym poorly run by men in dresses and women who can’t bench.

Guess he’s about to learn that there’s a bit more to the gig than that. And why letting gym bros run the strategic decision-making is a really, really bad idea.

This article makes it sound like it is a bad thing that Hegseth doesn't want the strikes on "Cartel Boats" investigated. Of course, he doesn't, neither would Obama or Biden if they ordered the strikes. The entire question of legality comes down to lethal force being necessary only when there is an imminent threat to human life. If you feel confident that these go-fast boats were carrying drugs and those drugs would have eminently killed people, then you can make a case; otherwise, it would be illegal. I think Hegseth has plenty of precedent and truth on his side. In a fair court hearing, it would be a non-starter.

I have no idea why people did not raise the alarm when Obama turned a wedding into a funeral. Not only did Obama double-tap this wedding with two missiles, but he did it twice with four missiles.

I have no idea why people showed no concern for the deaths that were caused by the Biden's open border policy. Here is what a quick search reveals. More than 2,700 migrants were confirmed dead between fiscal years 2021 and 2024 during President Joe Biden's administration. In fiscal year 2022 alone, Border Patrol reported nearly 900 deaths along the border, marking it as one of the deadliest years on record. The United Nations recorded 728 migrant fatalities in 2021, the highest annual number since it began tracking in 2014, and counted 340 more by mid-2022, indicating a similarly deadly trend. Some sources cite a figure of 853 migrant deaths in 2022, while others note that over 1,000 fatalities had occurred since Biden took office by mid-2022. The actual death toll is believed to be higher due to unrecorded or unidentified remains.

I only bring up the Obama and Biden murders because the hypocrisy of those complaining about military strikes on declared terrorists in drug boats is pure bombastic bull****.

Go-fast boats - A go-fast boat is a small, high-speed powerboat characterized by a long, narrow planing hull designed to achieve rapid acceleration and high top speeds, primarily to evade law enforcement during illicit operations such as drug smuggling. These vessels are typically 30 to 50 feet in length with a narrow beam, enabling agility in open waters and confined channels. Their design is based on offshore racing hulls, particularly the deep "V" style with hard chines and broad transoms, which optimizes hydrodynamic efficiency, stability at speed, and wave penetration while minimizing drag once on plane. Go-fast boats are constructed using lightweight materials such as fiberglass, Kevlar, and carbon fiber, allowing them to maintain a high power-to-weight ratio while avoiding detection.

These boats are distinctive and extremely difficult to misread, especially with sophisticated surveillance gear.

Many of the same people screaming for Hegseth to be tried for war crimes are the same people who celebrated Charlie Kirks assassination, are still calling for Trump to be assassinated, and also are fine with murderers and rapists being released from jail with no bail so they can continue on with their crime spree. They also don't give a damn about mutilating the genitals of children or tearing them piece by piece out of a pregnant mothers womb at 9 months. These people are mentally disturbed, deranged, demonic, and are truly a threat to the future of humanity.

Now they are siding with the drug trafficking terrorists, which is no surprise....

Remember, Charlie Kirk was opposed to starting foreign wars... Which is what these USA attacks on Venezuelan boats are about.

Trump has openly declared that he wants Venezuela's president Maduro removed from power, and Trump wants to install Machado who by sheer coincidence has a pro-Israeli agenda.

I'm at the point of concluding that only psychopathic zionists would try to present these murdered as 'proven narco terrorists'. The Trump regime has not provided any evidence of such, and all of you zionists above have not even tried to provide any proof.

I know it's a waste of time to discuss anything with trolling zionists.
So, for the reasonable folks out here, a word from one of the more sane person in congress, Rand Paul:

"Labeling people “narco-terrorists” without proof just to justify killing them is not the law. It’s lunacy. This policy risks dragging America into another foreign war.
We need transparency, oversight, and respect for the Constitution."

    Murder for Christmas?

    By Andrew P. Napolitano - December 4, 2025

By ordering the annihilation of people in speedboats in the Caribbean, Trump and Hegseth have assumed powers that numerous laws forbid, writes Andrew P. Napolitano.

When Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth posted a meme of Franklin the Turtle, the amiable child’s cartoon character, in a helicopter using a military weapon to kill people in a small boat below him, and captioned it “For your Christmas wish list,” it understandably caused an uproar.

Should the secretary of defense be mocking the people his troops have killed? Should he engage a child’s cartoon character to produce this mockery? Should anyone in his right mind, who professes to understand Christianity, suggest that this killing should be on a child’s Christmas wish list? Should he be killing nonviolent boat people?

    Here is the back story.

President Donald Trump has ordered the Department of Defense to annihilate persons in speedboats in the Caribbean Sea, 1,500 miles from the United States and elsewhere.

The true targets of these killings are not the boats but the persons in the boats. We know this because the president has stated so, and because in a particularly gruesome event, two survivors of an initial attack on Sept. 2 who were clinging to the broken remains of their boat hoping to be rescued, were hit with a second attack, which obliterated them.

[Articles of impeachment are to come against Hegseth.]

Based on evidence he says he has and chooses not to share, Trump has designated these folks in the speedboats as “narco-terrorists” and argued that his designation offers him legal authority to kill them.

But “narco-terrorist” is a political phrase, not a legal one. There is no such designation or defined term in American law. Labeling them confers no additional legal authority.

Lawyers in the Office of Legal Counsel of the Department of Justice who advise the attorney general on the meaning of the law have apparently authored a legal opinion informing her that she can tell the president what he wants to hear; that it is lawful to kill these boat people.

This is the same office that told President George W. Bush that he could legally torture prisoners and President Barack Obama that he could legally kill unindicted Americans — including a child — overseas.

Neither the president nor the attorney general will produce this legal opinion for public scrutiny.

These killings constitute murder under federal law and under international law, and persons who use the force of government to commit murder may themselves be prosecuted for it in U.S. courts, courts of the countries from which their victims came, and in international courts.

These killings constitute murder because none of the 81 dead boat people was engaged in any violence at the times of their deaths.

It doesn’t matter, Trump has claimed, just look at the numbers of drug deaths in the U.S., they are “way down.” Does the president believe that murder is justified by a diminution in drug deaths?

Drug distribution is not a capital offence. If the police see a nonviolent person distributing dangerous drugs in an American city, can they summarily kill that person? Of course not.

Outside of a legally declared war in which U.S. military personnel are engaged in legally killing armed military personnel of the country with which the U.S. is at war, the Constitution requires due process — a fair jury trial with its attendant protections — whenever the government wants to take life, liberty or property from any person.

The controversy over Trump’s killings was rubbed raw recently when six members of Congress — all military or intelligence community veterans — produced a video making accurate statements in which they advised members of the military that they are required to disobey illegal orders.

The six declined to back down when the president accused them of sedition and treason and threatened them with death.

Sedition is the advocacy of violence intended to overthrow the federal government. Treason is waging war against the United States or providing aid and comfort to those doing so. Neither crime is even remotely implicated by the video. The video is protected speech which accurately reflects the law.

Trump was unclear if by “death” he meant the DOJ would charge the six with a capital crime and seek the death penalty, or he’d just order the DOD to murder them.

Unfortunately, none of the six was willing to finish the debate they started and state just what illegal orders should be disobeyed. They know that an order to kill an unarmed civilian is an illegal order. It is an order to commit murder, and it ought to be disobeyed. A child can tell you this from her heart.

    It gets worse.

The Washington Post reported that seven sources — seven — informed its reporters that when military personnel saw two boat survivors floating at sea, they asked the chain of command what to do. Under the law, the military had a duty to rescue the folks they tried and failed to murder.

These seven persons have corroborated that Hegseth verbally ordered that the two survivors be killed — an order he denies having given, but which the White House has confirmed, laughably calling it “self-defense.”

That’s when Hegseth posted his macabre, revolting, anti-Christian suggestion of murder for Christmas.

    What’s going on here?

Both President Trump and Secretary Hegseth have taken an oath to preserve the Constitution of the United States.

In their unbridled zeal to rid the country of illicit drugs — not a military responsibility — they have rejected the words and values of the Constitution and assumed to themselves powers that international law, federal laws, state laws and the natural law all expressly forbid — the knowing extrajudicial homicide of nonviolent persons.

But they are not the only culprits here. Where is the Congress to reign in a president who ignores well-settled constitutional norms and his quick-draw defense secretary who calls rules of engagement “stupid”?

    Where is the public outrage?

Does the government not recognize any constitutional or legal limits on its powers?
