UK Man Arrested For Posing With Gun In Photo Taken While In The US

Last year during sweeping British protests triggered by the stabbing murders of three young girls at a dance recital by the radicalized 17-year-old child of Rwandan migrants, London Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mark Rowley threatened to have American citizens "arrested and extradited" to the UK for "stoking racial violence" (i.e. pointing out that third world migrants and often the children of third world migrants are a societal net negative and should be deported).

The event sparked a series of thousands of arrests of UK citizens for crimes as meager as posting memes online and hoisting British flags in the presence of immigrants. In the past year at least 12,000 such arrests have been made in the name of "quelling hate speech", an ill defined violation based on arbitrary guidelines and left up the whims of leftist bureaucrats.

No US citizens have been extradited, likely because the action would start 1776 Part II and a handful of armed Americans delivered on a Carnival Cruise Liner would end up conquering the UK in a week or less.

However, it would seem that the British authorities have decided to take out their frustrations on their own citizens who dare to visit the US to enjoy some of the freedoms they don't have at home.

A British IT consultant was arrested by West Yorkshire Police after posting pictures on LinkedIn of himself holding guns during an American vacation. Jon Richelieu-Booth, 50, shared the photograph taken at a Florida homestead on August 13. The post sparked a 13-week ordeal, which began with a police warning at his residence. Officers cautioned him about online content and its "potential impact on others' feelings".



Despite Mr Richelieu-Booth’s offer to demonstrate the photograph's American origin, authorities chose to arrest him on August 24. All charges were ultimately thrown out, but police continued to harass Booth until October, when they arrested him yet again for "bail violations".

Whilst the original firearms and stalking charges were dismissed, prosecutors pursued a public order offense regarding a separate social media post. Mr Richelieu-Booth was scheduled to face Bradford magistrates on November 25th for allegedly displaying material intended to cause distress, but this charge was also eventually withdrawn. He originally faced a potential prison sentence of six months if convicted.

Elon Musk, who has been highly critical of the UK's censorship policies, reposted a summary of the story to his 229 million followers on X, writing:

“And this is why we have the first and second amendments in America...The first amendment in the US protects freedom of speech, while the second amendment relates to the right to bear arms..."

Though the incident has ended with Booth avoiding jail time, there is a cottage industry of Europeans traveling to the US to experience life away from progressive authoritarianism. This includes shooting firearms for recreation. Often these adventures are documented on YouTube and other platforms, and might be considered an embarrassment for some officials overseas.

Booth's arrest could be an attempt to chill the waters on British travelers who make life in America look "too good".

Some firearms are technically "legal" in the UK, but the application process is arduous and subject to arbitrary police examination, which is why only 0.25% of the population has successfully acquired a firearms certificate. The behavior of UK police is reminiscent of a communist regime; no crime has been committed, but the government wants to dissuade from certain behaviors anyway.

A conviction isn't necessarily the goal. Instead, the process is the punishment. The ongoing struggle session for one man sends a warning to the rest of the populace. The goal is to frighten the public into walking on eggshells. It's much easier to control a population that censors itself. The message is clear: No matter where you travel in the world, the government at home owns you.

Missouri Locks the Web Behind a “Harmful” Content ID Check

Missouri joins a growing list of states testing how much privacy people will trade for a filtered internet.



"Starting November 30, 2025, people in Missouri will find the digital world reshaped: anyone wishing to visit websites containing “harmful” adult material will need to prove they are at least 18 years old by showing ID.

This new requirement marks Missouri’s entry into the growing group of US states adopting age verification laws for online content. Yet the move does more than restrict access; it raises serious questions about how much personal data people must surrender just to browse freely.

For many, that tradeoff is likely to make privacy tools like VPNs a near necessity rather than a choice.

The law defines its targets broadly. Any site or app where over one-third of the material is classified as “harmful to minors” must block entry until users confirm their age.

Those who do not comply risk penalties that can reach $10,000 a day, with violations categorized as “unfair, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful practices.”

To meet these standards, companies are permitted to check age through digital ID systems, government-issued documents such as driver’s licenses or passports, or existing transactional data that proves a person’s age.

Adding another layer of complexity, mobile operating systems with at least ten million US users must provide a built-in verification mechanism that external sites can rely on.

Missouri’s statute does attempt to address privacy directly, stating that companies must “use all reasonable methods” to safeguard personal data and avoid storing identifying information unless required by law enforcement.

But few observers are convinced that this language ensures real protection against misuse or breaches.

That concern is not theoretical. When a service used by Discord was breached, over 70,000 government ID photos were leaked.

It became an alarming reminder of how fragile “secure” verification systems can be once private data is demanded for frivolous reasons.

What sets Missouri’s version apart is its expectation that tech companies like Apple and Google will now play an active role. These firms are required to make available a digital ID tool that external websites can use to confirm a user’s age.

The complication, however, is that such technology remains in its infancy, currently used mostly for digital driver’s licenses and airport identity verification.

Missouri’s age check rule reflects a broader national pattern: an increasing willingness by lawmakers to tie access to personal identification.

Each time a state builds such a system, it moves the country closer to a digital environment where proof of identity becomes a condition for participation online, a direction that prioritizes control over autonomy and leaves open vast potential for misuse."

"Retired Marine Colonel Dr Timothy Shindelar explains to Lara Logan how the bureaucratic coup being run against the American People is being coordinated through the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) that is comprised of every US Government Agency’s Inspector General and who are supposed to oversee themselves, which is ludicrous.

Dr Shindelar tells her:

“Think of the CIGIE as an integrated command-and-control center. So the buck stops with them. Because every complaint that is made in any agency, whatsoever goes to the Inspector General. And from those IGs, report to the CIGIE. And it dies...It is the command and control of the Deep State. It’s in every bureau, every board, every agency and every commission. One person. 2.3 million people in the Executive Branch. I only need about 40 people to run the whole show. As long as you ensure that no one can FOIA my records. As long as everything I do is law enforcement-sensitive and as long as anybody that is a whistleblower can get collective punishment, which is what you have seen with over 700 documented cases of people who’ve been retaliated against. We see it every day.”

Dr Shindelar says that the inspectors general receive virtually no oversight and nobody tells them what to do. It is they who determine what gets investigated. Their true power lies in their ability to decide what does not get investigated – and therefore, what does not get prosecuted or addressed, in any way.

For example, the current Acting Director of CIGIE is Tammy Hull, who is also the Inspector General for the Postal Service (USPS). Patrick Byrne’s investigation of the 2020 election found that 12-13 million fradulent mail-in ballots were integrated into the 2020 election, through just one USPS facility in Bethpage, NY and his team believes that there was a similar operation that occurred in the South. Will IG Tammy Hull be investigating any of this, anytime soon? It’s already been over 5 years!

Dr Shindelar says, “[Tammy Hull] made sure that there were no investigations in the Postal Service.”

Dr Shindelar notes that IGs from one agency tend to become IGs of other agencies – and even simultaneously of multiple agencies – as we saw in the film Shadowgate, how Robert Storch was concurrently the IG of the Justice Department and of the NSA, when he was appointed to the latter position by President Obama, who did so with an Executive Order that made this position a Presidential Appointment, rather than an appointment by the NSA Director.

Obama reportedly did this in order to bury the NSA’s violations of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act when they wiretapped Donald Trump’s campaign as if they were foreign terrorists. Storch was appointed IG of the Department of Defense by Joe Biden in 2022 and he left office days after Trump was sworn in.

Dr Shindelar does not discuss the Senior Executive Service (SES) in this interview but he does note that the Office of Inspector General (OIG) was created in 1978 by Jimmy Carter, the same year that Carter also created SES.

He describes President Carter as, “A brilliant man who, quite frankly, is more important for changing the Government than any other president, because he...literally re-engineered the Government.”

Interestingly, Jimmy Carter was indirectly involved with Smartmatic for decades through the Carter Center’s longterm election observation work in Venezuela, praising their technology during a CNN interview in 2013 stating, “After having monitored 92 elections, I can say that Venezuela has the best voting system in the world, since it makes verifying the electoral results easier.” The quote has been widely cited by Smartmatic in promotional materials. It seems to me that Carter was a British agent.

Needless to say, all Inspectors General are also members of the SES. The SES has been implicated by Juan O Savin as being responsible for 9/11 and for the current Color Revolution in the US and essentially for every major false flag in our history. He and others assert that the SES is a front for the British (aka Globalists) lurking inside our bureaucracy.

Liz Truss, the shortest-serving prime minister in British history told Steve Bannon last week that the real seat of power in the UK is not the Crown or MI6, it’s the Bank of England.

“Venezuela’s” Smartmatic is headquartered in London. British Peer, Mark Malloch Brown was the Chairman of the Board of Smartmatic between 2014-2021 and after the successful theft of the 2020 US election, Brown was promoted to be President of George Soros’ Open Society Foundation, where he served until June of last year. Where SES members are subject to oversight, audits, and public record laws, SNIS officials operate in a classified ecosystem, shielded by legal firewalls, internal-only accountability channels, and the doctrine of “need-to-know.” Their authority is not symbolic—it is strategic, financial, and operational in nature...

The Senior Executive Service (SES) and the Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS) work hand in glove to authorize, launder, and protect funding for black projects, including politicized intelligence operations like the Trump–Russia hoax. While SNIS operates as the deep-core executive class within the intelligence apparatus, SES functions as its public-facing counterpart in civilian agencies, providing black operations with bureaucratic cover, budgetary access, and plausible legitimacy.

Tore praised Tulsi Gabbard for having fired Tamara Johnson, the Principle Deputy Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, who she describes as the ultimate obstructionist bureaucrat, a “legacy node” who rubber-stamped the brain dead and unethical Trump-Russia Hoax.

Johnson’s job description said she was supposed to provide ethics and oversight but Tore says said that throughout her 20-year career, Johnson has only ever served as “a firewall—not to protect the Republic from abuse, but to protect the abusers from the Republic,” which is a perfect summary of Dr Shindelar’s description of the Inspectors General.

Dr Shindelar goes on to say that even worse than these inscrutable IGs are the congressmen who bow to this darkness, in order to keep their jobs and to keep this corrupt, Kafkaesque system of wealth extraction from the US Taxpayer in place. He says they pretend to be fighting for justice but they’ve never met with the Attorney General to determine whether there’s enough information from their hearings to go to grand juries and to move forward with prosecutions. He cites House Judiciary Chairman Rep Jim Jordan as an example of this and says that if this continues, there will no longer be a country in which they can pretend to be congressman.

An investigation has uncovered a fraudulent scheme involving Minnesota’s Medicaid autism-care programs, where millions have been misappropriated and funneled back to Somalia, allegedly supporting terror groups. The scandal, centered around the Somali community in Minneapolis, involves nearly 100 autism clinics falsely billing Medicaid for services under the guise of treating children with autism.

New revelations suggest the scale of the fraud is significantly larger than earlier reports indicated. At the core of the issue is the oversight by Minnesota’s Governor Tim Walz, previously a vice-presidential candidate for the Democratic Party, under whose administration these welfare schemes have been mismanaged.

The financial implications of this mismanagement are staggering.

On Saturday 6 December Bethlehem experienced a moment of deep emotion, thousands of people gathered in the square to witness the rekindling of the Christmas tree, a simple yet meaningful gesture that marks the return of a deeply rooted tradition in the city that gave birth to the Savior.

After two years without decorations and with celebrations reduced to a minimum, as a sign of solidarity with the population of Gaza, Bethlehem has lit up again. It was a celebration awaited and felt by the entire community, Christians of every denomination, Muslims, families, children, scouts, diplomatic representatives and international journalists, all united in the desire to share a rare moment of joy.

Among those present were also the friars of the Custody of the Holy Land, including Fr. Rafael Tayem, parish priest of Bethlehem, and Fr. Francesco Ielpo, Custos of the Holy Land.

The joy of the returning light

For two years the city had renounced lights, the markets along Star Street and the lively atmosphere that traditionally accompanies the Christmas season. This year, however, the festive spirit has returned, a timid yet determined sign of hope and recovery.

The difficulties remain enormous. The ceasefire of 9 October has not produced the hoped-for results, neither on the humanitarian level nor on the economic one. The streets are still almost devoid of tourists, work and prospects are lacking, especially for young people and for parents who look to the future with concern.

And yet, celebrating Christmas in this joyful form rekindles hope in people. It restores the desire to be together, to find meaning even in the toughest trials, remembering that life continues and that the life-giving and peace-bringing power of the Lord, born right here, does not fail.

Lights, music, blessings and an exciting countdown

The ceremony was lively, rich in institutional speeches and musical and cultural moments. Among the international greetings was also that of Andrea Bocelli, present with a video message and a piece performed especially for the occasion. Also present in the square were the mayor of Assisi and the mayor of Bethlehem, Maher Nicola Canawati, who addressed a message to the citizens but also to the international representatives present. A request for peace, for hope for Bethlehem, Palestine and the whole world.

The scouts of the Holy Land opened the event with a parade through the square, followed by the performance of the Palestinian national anthem. Local artists and musicians then presented a video-musical performance entitled "From the Shadows of War, Peace Is Born", an anthem to resilience and the desire for peace.

After the joint blessing by the representatives of the different Christian Churches, Catholic, Orthodox and Armenian, the most awaited moment arrived, the countdown and the lighting of the Christmas tree, which now stands bright in Manger Square, symbol of a hope that, despite everything, continues to shine.

Jerusalem celebrates the return of Christmas decorations

After two years of darkness, Jerusalem has once again shone with the lights of Christmas. The students of the Terra Santa School and their families were once more able to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season in a climate of shared joy, rediscovering the value of gathering together, Christians and Muslims, children and high-school students, around the symbols of the feast.

The event on Sunday 7 December, the traditional "Christmas Festival", enlivened the courtyard and the school spaces throughout the afternoon, refreshment stands, photo stands, music, performances by the students and, in conclusion, the long-awaited lighting of the tree placed on the roof of the institute, a culminating moment that brought everyone together under a single light.

This year too the celebration saw the participation of numerous civil and religious authorities, among them the Apostolic Nuncio Mons. Tito Yllana, the auxiliary bishop Mons. William Shomali, the Italian consul in Jerusalem Domenico Bellato, as well as many friars of the Custody of the Holy Land, such as the Custodial Vicar Fr. Ulise Zarza and the Custos of the Holy Land Fr. Francesco Ielpo.

The Helen Keller choir: a moment of inclusion and beauty

Among the most moving performances of the afternoon was that of the students of the Helen Keller School of Beit Hanina, who offered those present a moment of great emotion through their Christmas songs performed as a choir.

The Helen Keller School, directed by Fr. Paulo Paulista, hosts about 600 students with various forms of disability, blindness, low vision, reduced hearing capacity, motor disabilities and other learning difficulties, and represents an essential point of reference for many families in Jerusalem and its surroundings. Their involvement in the Christmas Festival is not only an artistic contribution but a concrete message of inclusion, integration and appreciation of each student's abilities.

The students, accompanied by their teachers, prepared this short concert with care and dedication. Their voices, supported by the enthusiasm of the audience, transformed the courtyard of the Terra Santa School into a space of authentic communion. Every note conveyed the strength and determination of those who, despite difficulties, choose to participate fully in community life and to share talents and sensitivity.

The performance of the choir was greeted with a long applause and represented one of the most significant moments of the whole day, reminding everyone that Christmas is, above all, welcome and openness towards others.

A festival that unites the city

The celebration also saw numerous students of the Terra Santa School perform poetic monologues, musical performances and short shows, each contributing to create a mosaic of colors, sounds and emotions that filled the evening. For many students this event represents one of the most awaited opportunities of the year, a way to express their creativity and to regain a sense of normality and serenity.

The Christmas Festival 2025 thus confirmed its role as a bridge between communities, generations and different cultures. A moment of simple yet profound joy, which this year more than ever reminded everyone how precious light, sharing and the beauty of small things are.

"The U.S. Supreme Court today reversed a lower court decision against a group of Amish parents and school leaders who challenged the state of New York’s vaccine mandates for schools, ruling that the appeals court must reconsider the case.

Today’s ruling is a win for health and religious freedom advocates — one that could have implications for other states that don’t allow religious exemptions from school vaccine mandates, attorneys said.

Attorney Sujata Gibson told The Defender today’s Supreme Court decision is “checkmate” for states that refuse to accept religious exemptions. “It means we’re almost certainly getting the religious exemption back, not only in New York, but across the country,” Gibson said.

Today’s decision stems from a lawsuit filed on June 2, 2023, against the New York State Department of Health and New York State Education Department, alleging they violated the U.S. Constitution by preventing the plaintiffs from exercising their religion.

Attorney Aaron Siri filed the suit on June 2, 2023, seeking injunctive relief.

On July 31, lawyers, including Siri, asked the Supreme Court to hear the case, Miller v. McDonald, after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit dismissed the suit in March.

Not only did the Supreme Court today announce that it would hear the case — which is rare, Gibson said — but it handed down its decision on the spot via a “summary deposition” in which it vacated the 2nd Circuit’s judgment.

“The case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for further consideration in light of Mahmoud v. Taylor,” the summary deposition stated.

“This is huge,” Gibson said, because Mahmoud v. Taylor — a Supreme Court decision released in June — negated the 2nd Circuit’s legal arguments for denying the Miller plaintiffs the right to a religious exemption.

“All of the reasons, basically, that the 2nd Circuit cited to say they weren’t giving relief were overturned in Mahmud v. Taylor,” Gibson explained.

“I don’t see any way that the 2nd Circuit could uphold its dismissal,” in light of the Supreme Court’s instructions, she said. “By vacating the dismissal, the Supreme Court signaled that Mahmoud applies to vaccine cases. Mahmoud provides incredibly broad protection to parental religious rights infringed by school policies.”

The 2nd Circuit will likely have to issue a decision that restores religious exemptions in New York, Gibson said.

Today’s Supreme Court decision will also likely affect other states that deny religious exemptions, said Children’s Health Defense (CHD) General Counsel Kim Mack Rosenberg. She told The Defender:

“While the Supreme Court’s decision in Miller v. McDonald directly relates to the religious exemption to vaccine mandates in New York state, it will have broader implications in other states that have stripped citizens of religious exemptions.

“As Supreme Court precedent, Mahmoud v. Taylor applies in all those states, not only New York, and should be considered by any court taking up these questions.”

Supreme Court paves way for constitutional protection of religious exemptions

Gibson broke down how and why the Supreme Court’s decision dramatically changes the legal landscape for religious exemptions to school-based vaccine mandates. She said:

“For decades, the problem with religious protection has been a case called Smith, where the Supreme Court said that you don’t actually get First Amendment protection for the exercise of religion until you can prove that the law that’s burdening your religion is either not neutral or not generally applicable.”

Since vaccine mandates apply to everyone and aren’t issued against a specific religion, it’s been challenging for those seeking religious exemptions to obtain protection. Lawyers have had to argue that there are certain exceptions to that rule, Gibson said.

One exception that the Supreme Court noted in its Smith decision involved Wisconsin v. Yoder, in which Amish families didn’t send their kids to high school because it violated their religious beliefs. “Even though the high school requirement is also neutral and generally applicable, the parents were still able to get strict scrutiny of that and get constitutional protection,” Gibson said.

Siri cited the Wisconsin v. Yoder case as justification for the 2nd Circuit to grant the New York Amish parents and school leaders relief from the state’s vaccine mandate for school entry.

The 2nd Circuit disagreed, arguing that the Yoder exception applied only to the exact situation detailed in that case.

However, this summer, the Supreme Court ruled in Mahmud v. Taylor that the Yoder exception applies more broadly.

For instance, the Mahmud v. Taylor case was about how public schools must offer opt-outs for parents who object to LGBTQ-themed elementary school books due to their religious beliefs.

The Yoder exception “basically applies any time parents have a religious objection to a school policy, even if that school policy is neutral and generally applicable,” she said.

That means the Yoder case can be used as a potent legal argument in vaccination contexts. “That’s what the Supreme Court did today by vacating (nullifying) the 2nd Circuit’s decision in Miller and ruling that the 2nd Circuit must redo its decision in light of Mahmud v. Taylor,” Gibson said.

The Supreme Court’s decision comes amid a litany of lawsuits seeking to restore religious exemption rights. Gibson said those lawsuits will continue “just to make sure” the law is applied correctly.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced last week that it is investigating a complaint that a Midwestern school disregarded a valid religious exemption and failed to obtain parental consent when vaccinating a student.

“Today, we are putting pediatric medical professionals on notice: you cannot sideline parents,” HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said in a statement. “When providers ignore parental consent, violate exemptions to vaccine mandates, or keep parents in the dark about their children’s care, we will act decisively. We will use every tool at our disposal to protect families and restore accountability.”

HHS did not disclose the name of the school under investigation or the student who was vaccinated. "

An investigation has uncovered a fraudulent scheme involving Minnesota’s Medicaid autism-care programs, where millions have been misappropriated and funneled back to Somalia, allegedly supporting terror groups. The scandal, centered around the Somali community in Minneapolis, involves nearly 100 autism clinics falsely billing Medicaid for services under the guise of treating children with autism.

New revelations suggest the scale of the fraud is significantly larger than earlier reports indicated. An investigation by Swedish newspapers Expressen shows that the group looted over one billion sek in school vouchers and welfare funds, according to the report.



More than a hundred million dollars were stolen from Swedish taxpayers by a network of Islamist Muslim Brotherhood-linked Imams who ran private schools in Sweden and have now fled the country.

An investigation by one of Swedish newspaper Expressen revealed that the groups embezzled over one billion sek through school vouchers and welfare funds. According to the report, one of the members of the network is the former Member of Parliament, Abdirizak Waberi, who illegally transfered twelve million sek to fund sex clubs in Thailand, luxury hotels, and his own Islamist party in Somalia, through fake IT invoices.

"It’s like a double loss. The money in welfare is disappearing, we are not getting the welfare that we have paid for with our tax money. At the same time, someone else is taking the money, who is stealing and making himself rich," says the chief prosecutor at the Economic Crimes Authority in Gothenburg Henric Fagher, who has run a special project against several free schools and preschools in the environment.

Previously reported as independent incidents in the media, Expressen's investigation now shows that behind these schools and preschools there are two cooperating networks which have been engaged in welfare crime for multi-million-sector sums.

A group of Imams classified by the Swedish Security Service (Säpo) in 2019 as threats to national security, Abo Raad, Abdel Nasser El Nadi, and Hussein al-Jibury ran schools and preschools that funnelled tens of millions to private individuals and extremist groups in Malta.

The schools have been closed by the authorities, sometimes at the direct request of the Security Service and in other cases they have gone the “Al Capone route”: via investigations into economic crime.

Happened in my country. A family from India (not Muslims). They stole billions then ran off to Dubai with the loot.

I wonder where this group of thieves is hiding? I would look in Dubai first.

My country has been battling for many years to get all that stolen money back. The Indian family made friends with the President at the time and gave him some of the loot, so there was no incentive for him or his government to vigorously pursue justice.

I have not yet seen any details of this plan but it will remain to be seen how most farmers will react to this announcement.

I was born and raised in a rural farming area that included wheat farmers and many of those farmers also raised cattle. I talked with an old farmer there about what it was like before the advent of synthetic fertilizers, chemical pesticides and herbicides.

He said that farmers would plant a nitrogen-fixing crop after several years so they didn't have to use chemical fertilizers. This included the horse-drawn farm machinery era in the late 1800s until the advent of motorized farm machinery. So horse manure was naturally spread around the field. Farms were much smaller then, family-owned and people were much healthier.

In my youth in the 60s I saw a lot of farmer's wives getting cancer from the farm chemicals. Even in the late 90s and early 2000s farmers bought into Monsanto's propaganda and believed it was safe. One person even told me he could drink a glass of glyphosate-containing "Roundup" and not be affected by it. He died in his forties.

Also, every spring I saw the topsoil being washed into the muddy stream and river where I lived. The farmers would farm right up to the edge of the stream instead of planting trees and bushes next to fallow fields. Originally trees and bushes were growing naturally next to the streams in the 1800s when the farms were established by German and Russian immigrants.
