    Update about my B12 Deficiency
I am now on my 280th B12 shot (every two days for ongoing malabsorption)
My big news is that I am getting smarter. I am SURE of this! I've never been more clear, concise, able to understand quickly.
My word loss from a fall I had is improving.
Every morning I wake up full of ideas, and I mean a multitude of ideas, I can lie in bed for 15 minutes
and i will come up with one after the other creative or research idea I have never had before.
    This is new for me.
It's pretty amazing to have this happen at age 71. Cognitive flourishing!

So very pleased for your healing with B12 injections Antagenet. Thank you for your update, I noticed a big change taking that extra B12 as well and am taking it once a week. I definitely feel the difference in clarity and just overall well being
