I don't have a mortgage (Latin for "death pledge"), but since so many do, this information may prove valuable for many people. He outlines a way to just pay the principal on your mortgage, without paying any interest. To do this one must have a variable rate loan, and not a fixed rate loan.

Fortunately, I have never had a loan in the last 50 years. I have always used gold.
