    France to leave NATO?: if true, this is an astonishing development. At the time of writing it looks as if this is just a proposal at this stage but perhaps the Russian deployment of their Oreshnik weapon system in Lvov yesterday night, may have shaken them up, even if they aren't stating that as a reason.

    One to keep an eye on although I'd rather wondered that its (NATO) days were becoming numbered several months ago; perhaps this is all about to unravel, and not a moment too soon:
