Yea, delta force is wild. I just saw that report today.

Makes sense to break out more advanced weapons for a very risky special ops like this going into a major city. No messing around. Sad they couldnt just incapacitate them and let them live.

Curious to know more about this statement -

“Yes, but it was a massacre. We were hundreds, but we had no chance. They were shooting with such precision and speed. It seemed like each soldier was firing 300 rounds per minute. We couldn’t do anything,” the witness said.

Trying to imagine the structure layout and where all the delta force were and all the security. Were they wiping them out fast from the helicopters or inside the building? Can they shoot thru some walls using infrared ?

Wonder if any of these Delta force guys have some sort of super soldier upgrades. Like psychic abilities or enhanced perception. hmm.

Interesting 4chan thread that expands on this story:

    https://boards.4chan.org/pol/thread/525726261

"The first and most obvious weapon used in this operation is a sonic weapon. The description given, especially of ruptured blood vessels, is very consistent with a high intensity sonic weapon. This indicates that the American military posses lethal sonic weaponry. The applications and capabilities of sonic weaponry would deserve their own thread but let's say that it's enough to give a major advantage in any combat situation. I assume this sonic weapon is modulated in the same way as a laser so it can be directed at enemies without affecting friendlies.

Next, the radar jamming used has already been officially explained. They used a method which floods the radars with noise, essentially disabling them. This means radar, though not obsolete, is now far, FAR less effective.

Then there's the description of the soldiers firing 300 rounds a minute with extreme precision. I am almost positive that this is proof that, if they don't have power armor, they at least have exoskeletons providing AI powered aim assistance to the soldiers. Know those cute filters on Instagram kids use to give themselves cat ears? Who do you think first developed it and why? It's to find faces AKA targets. Though the military's version is undoubtedly much more advanced. The soldiers likely have targets highlighted and their armor/exoskeleton automatically aim the weapon in the right direction when they pull the trigger.

There's also a real possibility of true power armor. The fact that the casualties on the Venezuelan side numbered over 80 while there were zero on the Americans' side when they only had 20 soldiers implies that they had a way to protect their men from harm. Either they wore very effective armor or their aim assist and sonic weapons were so effective they were able to kill everyone before they even got a chance to shoot back.

But what does this all mean? Well, first of all, if China and Russia have similar technology, they'll be forced to reveal it too. Not doing so would make them appear weak, unable to stand up to the United States. I assume both countries already have that technology, even if it's not as effective or advanced as the United States'. Opposingly, countries which lack these capacities will be forced to side with one for protection, becoming vassal states at best. Of course, a few power hungry and stupid rulers will think their AK-47s and rocket launches will be enough to face that. They're walking corpses. Either way, the days of "**** the American pigs" in Latin America are done. They can't do anything to stop them. The cartels must be panicking right now. They thought they were the **** with the M16s and tanks and RPGs the CIA armed them with. Those with an ounce of brains will soon realize they have pea shooters. They're completely ****ed.

Europe is gonna have to reevaluate its position in the world. I very much doubt that any country in Europe has developed such military technology. And if Russia has it, the only ones who can and will defend them are the Americans, which means they'll have to do whatever the Americans tell them to or deal with Russia. Denmark in particular will have to admit it can't defend Greenland in the eventuality of Russian aggression. As for Canada, I honestly don't know. It's even more ****ed that Europe if you ask me.

So we're going to see a paradigm shift where the United States, Russia and China dominate world politics. Countries will try to curry favor with them in exchange for their resources and obedience. Those that don't will just be conquered, whether overtly or not. Hope you're all ready for a new world order."

Yes, it seems this escalates the rush for the 3 superpowers to do as much as they can to be in a good position. So, this could reveal more and more secret weapons and tech. Which I think is good since they already exist. That way the people sh*t their pants and it starts making people decide to evolve, think about more than their puny lives and change their consciousness. At least I hope

And if the person analyzing from 4chan is correct and small countries sort of link up with superpower of choice, then we will see more clear unions. American union with part of canada, japan, aussie, S. Korea or whatever.

I trust the American faction to be least likely to get the soldiers to turn on their own citizens. Not to mention the most retired military, and militia and gun owners who also want to keep freedom. Unless they use a robot army, they can't enslave us if the police and soldiers refuse.

I dont think no US casualities must mean there was true power armor. Power armor i think means its got batteries and AI to help aim. But how would the armor be able to stop big bullets any better. Just can kill faster if im thinking right. If the sonic weapon crippled most of the security, then having no casualties sounds reasonable.

ok apparently powered armor gives the strength to carry heavier armor and easily carry miniguns and stuff. But wouldnt that just be coming from the helicopters blasting 300 rounds per second. Maybe they have one power armor tank guy go with each group of 5 or whatever. See thru walls and just blast their way thru main threats. Seems too bulky to have everyone wearing all that. Would want a few lightweight soldiers as well i assume.

Man, really sucks to not know whats going on in this world. So much is hidden.

What about drones? Im sure they are getting camera angles assisting the soldiers. But were the drones shooting guards too?

Here is what I think this Sonic Weapons thing is about. This, turned up to 6 or 8 of 10.

I saw this vid back when, maybe 8 or so years ago and then maybe 6 and 5 or 4 years ago, and since then I’ve wondered what became of this technology.

I think this vid may be important to understanding what appears to be a terrible new anti-personnel weapon. If reports from the Caracas operation are true.

I just watched it again, and got some more out of it relating to Caracas. Sorry no timestamps, suggest the middle third.

Vid was posted 16 years ago, and Woody claims the US military was using this before that in a foreign war, just putting voices in possible-enemy folks’ heads. Also talks about planned use of it domestically for benign designs like advertising and in-car binaural or discrete sound systems.

I’ve never heard a peep of this stuff since. I think it went black. Kind of amazing that the vid is still up, but maybe they figure a Streisand Effect would be worse, since the TED talk got lots of views.

Somewhere in there, Mr. Norris says that the device can (or does?) produce 150 decibels, compared to the human pain threshold of 120 (memory, I might be 5 low on either or both of those). This latest watching, here he sounds sketchy to me. Sounds like he intentionally switched to his next spiel to get off that topic. The ~150 Db? Hey how high can that thing be cranked, and what effects might that have?

Remember the so-called Havana Syndrome? The crickets suggest that the US, whose officials were the only ones reported as affected, chose to clamp down on any proper info about it. Maybe now we know why, tho am not saying the US didn’t copy the tech from a Russian or other originator.

I wonder what a shield against it would look like. Maybe a fancy set of noise canceling headphones or hat or something. Maybe something as simple as plugging your ears WITH GORILLA TAPE! …I got nothing. Oof.

Yes Trump alluded to these super weapons in his WEF speech yesterday, he claimed they have weapons he is unable to speak of, they fired off air defense missiles & they just would not work, the security members had blood gushing out of their facial orifices, they were unable to move...all very dark, very covert, dirty war.

Theoretically, if a weapon remains secret or undisclosed, like scalar or microwave weapons, then they cant officially be banned like chemical or bioweapons. The fact that probably more than one major power has them is neither here nor there.

It seems that sonic weapons are a grey area.

No those won't work. Earlier tech was fought with destructive interference which is producing an identical signal in reverse phase. Jammers were employed to good effect, some TIs still use the tech, but they're facing military technology and it's not easily defeated. Those looking to counter with jammers found that when they were successful the frequency would change on them. Military tech.

I designed a shield that would work. It's sound and technically feasible. I teamed with an engineer and the thing is in production. This device would end all of the nanotech dreams of the elites. With hope it will be available soon. We intend to use Arduino or Raspberry Pi to keep costs low.

One they will exploit. It reminds of before they made LSD illegal and when cops would deal with the kids in the early 60s they had to let them go with the acid. The difference is that use of those weapons are still illegal under existing laws. The UN is working on completing it's Cybercrime Treaty but as with any law meant to govern this tech it needs teeth. How would they deal with the problem if laws are passed?

We're asking the government to work against itself as well- low odds on that one, but public outrage can get something done. There are devices I've seen that indicate when the offending signals are present and if it works I expect that to do good business. I have a zero tolerance policy for this so my idea is to have tech scan for the frequencies known to be used, immediately deploy what can be regarding counter frequency and immediately dispatch a war drone to deal with the signal source in a more permanent manner.

You're right though- public education is important here. This is not one that those that believe they are unaffected presently can afford to ignore. There is a lot in the way of testimonies that reveal how their powers appear to affect a subject. A lot has been written on the technical side of things. I've written hundreds of articles for the TIs myself. Breaking into the general population is key. The world cannot afford to allow their apathy to set in here. This is either actionable or the future is one of slavery.
