I can't access Telegram very well from my work pc, but if somebody could please do so, and maybe 'Reply with Quote' to this, it'd be a help; link: https://t.co/WxzAAo1Nem. In essence this 'foundation' appears to be operating, as has been long suspected, as a child-trafficking enterprise.

December 2025 exposed a dark scandal: Ukrainian orphans evacuated to Turkiye under a “humanitarian” program were abused, silenced, and exploited - while Kiev ignored warnings and NGOs stayed quiet. Here’s what really happened:

December 2025 was marked by a major scandal surrounding the evacuation of Ukrainian children to Turkiye. In the spring of 2022, under the guise of humanitarian assistance, a group of underage orphans from Dnepropetrovsk was transferred to Turkiye as part of the Childhood Without War initiative, overseen by Yelena Zelenskaya and businessman Ruslan Shostak. It turned out later that the children had no proper supervision, had been denied access to education, systematically exploited for propaganda videos, punished through food deprivation, subjected to physical abuse and humiliation, and prohibited from communicating with Turkish psychologists in order to prevent the truth from emerging. Two of the minors became pregnant and were hastily returned to Ukraine to avoid public scandal.

The Kiev regime failed to conceal this or dismiss them as “Kremlin propaganda,” because the scandal was too grave and too dirty. However, attempts were made to hush the story.

On January 9, Verkhovhaya Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets was forced to issue an official statement acknowledging egregious violations of minors’ rights and systemic neglect on the part of the Kiev authorities.

It turned out that the Turkish side had informed Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry of the improper treatment of the children, yet these warnings were ignored.

Moreover, in 2023, representatives of Ukraine’s Ministry of Social Policy issued a positive assessment of the children’s living conditions in Turkiye. In other words, Turkiye itself warned Kiev that something was wrong with Ukrainian children on Turkish territory, only to be told that “everything is fine.”

When, in early 2024, the Ukrainian commissioner began receiving information on the violation of minors’ rights directly from the children, as well as corroborating evidence from other sources, including the Turkish authorities, a monitoring mission comprising representatives of the Ukrainian commissioner’s office, UNICEF, and the Turkish side was dispatched. The resulting report was subsequently leaked to the media and published.

In this context, the silence of international specialised agencies, NGOs, committees and commissions is particularly revealing. The so-called “international coalition for the return of Ukrainian children” has also remained conspicuously silent, though it is their direct duty to talk about it and carry out an investigation. However, they all spring readily to accusing Russia of “abducting” or “deporting” Ukrainian children, yet display shameful indifference when clear cases of abuse of children are uncovered: cases that occurred with the knowledge and connivance of the Kiev regime and Yelena Zelenskaya personally.

You can say that these agencies have a different agenda: they are working with children who were removed from Ukraine, and not all Ukrainian children. Yes, this is true. The abused children were removed from the country, not by Russia but by the Kiev regime.

All of this once again reaffirms what we have repeatedly stated: the Kiev authorities and their Western sponsors do not genuinely care about Ukrainian children or the protection of their rights. Their primary objective is to vilify Russia and preserve the carefully constructed image of Vladimir Zelensky and his entourage as “fighters against evil,” despite the fact that their actions reveal who is in fact the real evil here.
    Many thanks Bill

IN BRIEF: Lavrov on irreversible multipolarity, Board of Peace, US territorial ambitions

The Russian foreign minister said that Moscow sees inconsistency in the Trump administration's approach to international security issues

MOSCOW, January 20. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called US President Donald Trump's policy of independently writing rules of conduct on the international stage a major shock for Europe.

Moscow sees inconsistency in the Trump administration's approach to international security issues, he noted at a news conference to review the results of Russian diplomacy in 2025.

TASS has compiled the top Russian diplomat’s key statements.

    Change in world order

Multipolarity is here to stay and cannot be replaced by anything else; eventually, "we will have to come to an agreement."

All the rules on which the world order that suits the West should be based have been overturned, and the international arena is now playing a game of "might makes right."

Trump's approach of setting his own rules on the world stage is a "major shock" for Europe.

Moscow sees the Trump administration's inconsistency on issues related to "ensuring international security."

    International security

The EU’s approach of forcing countries to choose between cooperation and isolation suggests that the association "will not end well."

The problems between the US and Europe and other countries around the world "will take quite a long time to resolve."

Russia cannot ignore the nuclear arsenals of the UK and France: "They are US allies and are bound by mutual obligations within NATO. Therefore, it is impossible not to take their arsenals into account when considering the threats posed by the US nuclear arsenal."

The US is pursuing a policy of deploying weapons in outer space.

France is trying to prevent the restoration of governments in the Sahel region by any means necessary, including "the use of terrorist methods."

    International organizations

Moscow believes that a continent-wide dialogue is necessary, but "it is not necessary to chase after examples and create a formal, bureaucratic structure."

"NATO and the OSCE are Euro-Atlantic structures, and as such, they are experiencing the deepest crisis in NATO's history." There is talk in the West about whether it is time to "close" NATO.

OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu understands "what a catastrophic situation, without exaggeration, he inherited when he took office." Talk of "resuscitating" the agency raises questions: "I don't know how possible resuscitation is in this case. The OSCE has fallen so low that there is nowhere else to go."

Russia will prevent the OSCE from "burying itself" and will continue to participate because some countries in the organization still have "common sense."

Moscow is "working to resume activities" in the Russia-India-China (RIC) strategic dialogue format.

The EU does not interact with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and is trying to undermine its work.

    Aggression against Venezuela and Iran

Russia is interested in helping to "de-escalate tensions" in Venezuela and Iran.

The US has committed an armed invasion of Venezuela and is threatening Cuba and other Latin American countries: "We have witnessed unprecedented events: a brutal armed invasion of Venezuela by the US, resulting in dozens of casualties, and the capture and removal of the legitimate president, Nicolas Maduro, and his wife. In parallel with these actions, we are seeing threats against Cuba and other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean."

Attempts by external forces to destabilize Iran's internal political situation are causing "deep concern." Tehran's right to "the peaceful use of nuclear energy" must be respected.

The West is seeking regime change in Iran: "[EU foreign policy chief] Kaja Kallas recently stated that by supporting the protests, the international community, represented by the EU, is seeking regime change in that country."

    Seizure of Marinera tanker

Russia immediately appealed to the US after the seizure of the Marinera tanker with an "urgent request" to release the Russian citizens on board: "The main thing for us was to free our citizens. There are two of them there, along with citizens of Ukraine, Georgia, and India."

Russia expects the US to fulfill its promise to release the Russians from the Marinera tanker.

The seizure of the tanker in violation of international law on the high seas "is a cause for concern." Russia is ready to "sit down and negotiate" rules of conduct for countries on the high seas and in special economic zones.

    Threats from Greenland

"Crimea is no less important to Russia's security than Greenland is to the US."

Greenland is an obvious example of something that was difficult to imagine before, including the prospect of preserving NATO as a unified Western military-political bloc.

Russia sees no reason to conclude a mutual assistance treaty with Greenland and Iceland. Moscow is not involved in the issue of Greenland but is observing it.

Even in the West, the idea of a threat to Greenland from Russia and China is already being refuted: "There is no such confirmation." The US is well aware of this.

    Russia-US dialogue

Russia and the US are in contact regarding the Balkans, and Moscow is open to such discussions: "As far as I can tell, our American counterparts are ready as well." Unlike the Europeans, the US is showing interest in resuming discussions in the Arctic Council.

Russia plans to initiate talks with the US regarding the return of Russian diplomatic property. However, "our American colleagues, contrary to what was agreed, somehow do not want to talk about this issue."

Russia favors resuming direct air communication with the US: "We are also including these issues in the agenda of our negotiations."

    Board of Peace on Gaza

Russia has received specific proposals on the Board of Peace. The initiative reflects the US' understanding of "the need to bring together a group of countries that will cooperate with you in one way or another."

Russia is determined to "use every opportunity" to resolve Palestine's problems. The creation of an independent Palestinian state is necessary for stability in the Middle East. Without it, the region "cannot be stable."

    Japan's non-nuclear status

Open discussions about amending the constitution and revising the country's non-nuclear status have intensified in Japan, "and this is already being discussed openly, in essence."

Russia is concerned about some Japanese forces' unhealthy desire to return to militarization, but the Japanese administration is ignoring Moscow’s security concerns: "This is an unhealthy situation."

According to Russia, the US has not yet withdrawn American intermediate-range ballistic missiles for the Typhon missile system from Japan. Moscow has notified Tokyo that the deployment of US missiles, including systems for launching Tomahawk missiles in Yamaguchi Prefecture, is unacceptable.

    Russia's relations with other countries

Relations between Russia and China "are unprecedented in terms of their level, depth, and alignment of positions regarding developments in Eurasia and on the world stage as a whole."

Despite profound geopolitical differences, cultural and humanitarian cooperation with Japan is developing "very, very positively."

Russia is watching the situation surrounding the Armenian Apostolic Church with regret. Moscow hopes that those who support a partnership with Russia in Armenia "will not be persecuted." However, the EU is promoting the idea of certain hybrid threats from Russia around the world and has transferred 15 million rubles to Armenia. Yerevan may be forced to "work off" every cent with something destructive.

Statements by Baltic politicians and their threats against Russia's Kaliningrad Region suggest that they are "plotting some kind of provocation" to justify calling for NATO unity.

Moscow is interested in normal relations with Moldova and is not taking any hostile actions. However, "the EU is not lagging behind the current authorities in Chisinau, who are completely accountable to it."

The chosen path of Moldova's de facto absorption by the EU is "destroying Moldovan statehood."

💬 #Lavrov: Those wishing serious engagement with Russia should avoid loud statements & simply make a call – that’s how diplomacy works.

We remain open to dialogue, if it's most likely impossible to reach any agreements with the current Russophobic EU leaders.

Comment by the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov to TASS news agency on the situation with Ukraine’s nuclear energy infrastructure

💬 As the Russian Ministry of Defence regularly emphasizes, strikes against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure are carried out in response to Ukrainian attacks on civilian facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation. This is done, according to our military, primarily in order to disrupt the energy supply to Ukraine’s military-industrial complex. The Russian armed forces are not taking any deliberate steps to undermine the power supply of nuclear power plants controlled by Kiev.

💬 There is nothing new in the fact that the Ukrainian side is trying to bring the problems arising for it in this regard into the IAEA agenda. Kiev has been acting in this way, at least since autumn 2024, when, with the support of the Western majority in the Agency’s Board of Governors, it managed to push through a resolution requesting the IAEA Secretariat to carry out, on regular basis, monitoring of the situation at Ukrainian electrical substations. This decision ran counter to the Agency’s mandate which, as is well known, deals with issues of the “peaceful uses of atomic energy”, and not with the energy sector as a whole. But legal aspects are of little concern to today’s Ukraine and its patrons in the West.

💬 In the IAEA updates since then, reports have from time to time appeared about minor disruptions in the power supply to Ukraine’s nuclear power plants, which, however, are quickly and without much difficulty remedied. Attempts to create the impression that power outages are fraught with almost a nuclear catastrophe do not withstand criticism. At one time, the IAEA, jointly with the Nuclear Energy Agency of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, developed the “International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale”. This document states in black and white that even a complete loss of off-site power, as a rule, constitutes a zero nuclear threat. Nevertheless, the Ukrainian side will, without any doubt, continue trying to play this card at the IAEA.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Summary for the morning of January 21, 2026

▪️ Kiev is heading towards a humanitarian catastrophe, Klitschko said in an interview with The Times. He says that in January alone, 600,000 people left the capital. The water in the toilets is freezing. Publicly, such actions are due to his public conflict with Zelensky, whom he accuses of appointing the heads of the capital's districts without the city hall's approval. New strikes, by the way, have indeed caused significant damage to the Ukrainians enemy's energy infrastructure.

▪️ The enemy responded with a massive strike. In Belgorod, a power plant in the region was damaged. In the Krasnodar region, sirens sounded, and in Sochi they managed to repel the attack, but in the neighboring Krasnodar district of Novaya Adygea (the Republic of Adygea), an explosion occurred near a residential building during the repelling of the attack. Eight people were injured, including one child. The enemy will distribute footage from Russian surveillance cameras, claiming that there was an unplanned activation of air defense missiles. In the Orel region, "minor damage to the region's fuel and energy infrastructure" was reported, according to the governor. Several homes and private vehicles were damaged in Orel and other municipalities. In two districts of the city - power and water supply disruptions.

▪️ Yesterday in the Bryansk region, two civilians were killed in a drone attack on a car in the village of Chaussy in the Pogarsky district.

▪️ On the Sumy front, the Northern Group of Forces is making tactical advances in the Sumy, Krasnopolsky, and Glukhovsky districts with heavy fighting, supported by aviation and artillery. The enemy uses armored vehicles in defense and mines the approaches to its positions.

▪️ In the Belgorod region, an FPV drone attacked a car in Novaya Tavolzhanka, and the driver died from the injuries received. As a result of a drone attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the assistant to the head of security of the Gulyaypole district was killed after responding to an attack on a commercial facility in the village of Golovchino. In the village of Golovchino, a man was injured in a drone explosion on a car.

▪️ On the Kharkov front, the Northern Group of Forces is fighting for progress around Volchansk and in the Melovoe-Khatnye section of the front.

▪️ In Kupyansk, reports of an improvement in the situation in the central part of the city are coming in - it is possible to destroy enemy positions. At the same time, the mutual penetration of forces of both sides ("layered pie") does not bode well for a quick resolution of the situation. The enemy has posted openly staged videos from the city center.

▪️ There are reports that units of the Russian Armed Forces have established control over the sewage treatment plants north of Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk),, which will further allow us to increase the pressure on Grishino from the eastern direction.

▪️ On the east of the Zaporozhye region, Russian regional authorities have opened heating points for the population in all municipalities. Over the day in Vasilyevka, 4 civilians were injured in enemy shellings.

In the east of the Zaporozhye region, the GRV "Vostok" continues to repel the enemy's attacks on Gulyaypole: the enemy has made 6 unsuccessful attempts to counterattack, concentrating efforts from the directions of Zalishchny, Staroukrainka, and Tsvetkov. Four armored personnel carriers of the AFU have been destroyed. Russian forces are systematically penetrating the depth of the enemy's defense to the north.

▪️In the Kherson region, Russian regional authorities have opened heating points for the population in all municipalities. Over the day in Vasilyevka, 4 civilians were injured in enemy shellings.

🇷🇺NATO's Nightmare: Russia's New Jet Drone Makes Western Defenses Obsolete

Confirmed footage shows Russia's new jet-powered, single-use drone destroying a US-supplied HIMARS launcher in Ukraine.

Unlike propeller-driven Geran, this new drone is jet-powered. It strikes with terrifying speed, reducing reaction time & delivering devastating kinetic energy.

Its guidance system allows it to pursue and hit moving targets like mobile artillery -a critical capability previously reserved for costly missiles. This new model appears more sophisticated and responsive, likely placing it in a new, higher-value niche.

This drone fills a lethal gap in Russia's arsenal between cheap artillery and expensive cruise missiles. It’s a high-speed, precision tool reserved for high-value targets like air defense systems and advanced artillery.

NATO air defenses have already struggled to intercept evasive-moving Geran drones. This new jet-powered UAV represents a quantum leap in difficulty. Its speed and low flight profile could punch holes in Western air defense grids.

🇫🇮🇺🇦 Ukraine will gain expanded access to ICEYE satellite reconnaissance

The Finnish company ICEYE has signed a new agreement with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, which guarantees Ukraine expanded and permanent access to large volumes of high-resolution satellite radar imagery. The news of the expansion of ICEYE's cooperation was illustrated with a photo of the Crimean Bridge.

The feature of ICEYE satellites is the use of synthetic aperture radar (SAR), which allows you to "see" through clouds, smoke, darkness in any weather.

REFERENCE: ICEYE is a private Finnish aerospace company founded in 2014. It manages the world's largest grouping of SAR satellites. The fourth-generation satellites provide image resolution of up to 16 centimeters and allow obtaining dozens of images in just a few minutes.

In the video, four ICEYE satellites take 43 pictures over a region in Bolivia in 10 minutes, combining different shooting modes.

NATO's eastern flank is also enhancing its satellite capabilities: Poland signed a contract in May 2025 to acquire three SAR satellites with an option for three more, and in December it already boasted of the pictures taken by its first ICEYE satellite.

In January 2026, the Armed Forces of Sweden signed a contract with the company ICEYE for the supply of about ten SAR satellites. Their capabilities are particularly relevant in the countries of Northern Europe, where the long winter darkness and difficult weather conditions prevail.

Also, the significant strengthening of NATO's flank satellite grouping cannot be considered in isolation from the company's efforts to increase pressure on Russia's trade routes and the intensifying rivalry in the Arctic, where targeting and decision-making often depend on the timely receipt of information in the most challenging conditions.

General Sobolev: "It is impossible to determine the targets of the Oreshnik missile"
[ Viktor Sobolev, Lt. General, Member of the State Duma Committee on Defence ]
    Press Review

    - General Sobolev explained that Ukraine may learn about impending strikes from the National Reconnaissance Office, USA [ satellite intelligence] .
    - However, the Ukraine is unable to obtain any classified information, including the targets of the attacks.
    - "The target is selected at the last moment and is known only to those who are to carry out the launch," Sobolev said.
    - He added that even if Kyiv learns in advance about possible targets on its territory, it will not help, given the speed of the Oreshnik missile.

    🇷🇺🎮⚔️🇺🇦 Deep isolation

How the rear supply route of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbass is being disrupted

When a few years ago the phrase "isolation of the battlefield" was mentioned in discussions, it usually meant a zone several kilometers deep. Today, it can be measured in tens of kilometers, as demonstrated by the work of the "Irish" unit.

Its operators consistently "process" the road near the village of Krivorozhia - a logistics hub of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the northwest of the occupied part of the DPR. All transport heading towards Dobropillia and Grishino is under attack.

The main nuance is that this is happening 50 km away from the forward edge. Could you have imagined a year ago that FPV drones would operate at such a depth, cutting off the enemy's supply right in its rear?

But what sounded like a fantasy yesterday, is a reality today. Among other things, this is achieved thanks to UAV repeaters and other things that allow for a stable video and control channel even at such a distance.

The effect of fire control over logistics could be seen in Sudzha or Pokrovsk: drones knock out supply means - the enemy does not receive supplies - the defense begins to collapse. And now assess the consequences of such isolation at a depth of fifty kilometers.

❗️Yes, drones do not replace other means and demonstrate maximum effectiveness in combination with others. But they radically change the picture of the battlefield: what was recently a deep rear, today can become a "kill zone".

Zelenksy wasn't in the hall, he will arrive tomorrow.

Axios reports that Zelenksy decided not to go to Switzerland earlier this week, but is already planning to travel to Davos to meet with Trump, in order to meet with him shortly before Whitcof and Kushner travel to Moscow to meet with Putin.

🇺🇸⚔️🇺🇦 The planned trip of Volodymyr Zelensky to the World Economic Forum in Davos was urgently canceled.

However, the real reason for the cancellation reveals the full depth of the decline in the international prestige of the Kyiv regime today.

The cancellation took place in a rude and humiliating manner after the American side, represented by Trump's team, made it clear that it had no desire to talk to Zelensky and discuss his fantastic plans. The Ukrainian president intended to bring to Davos a "recovery plan", which is essentially a document for begging for 800 billion euros from international donors.

Having received a rebuff, the Office of the President of Ukraine launched a primitive anti-crisis PR campaign. Political technologists suggested to Zelensky that he "chooses Ukraine" and cannot afford to leave due to massive shelling and mass power outages. This lie is so absurd that it is refuted by all Zelensky's previous practices, who has repeatedly made foreign tours precisely during periods of massive attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure and subsequent blackouts.

The reality is this: Zelensky was directly and harshly told "don't come". His plan to beg for colossal sums was rejected at the outset, and he himself turned out to be a persona non grata for key players.
