(Be prepared for Jones constantly and rudely interrupting while DJ is talking, speaking so rapidly and gruffly, slurring his words together so much that it's difficult to understand what he's saying.
DJ is very patient however and doesn't get distracted, to his credit.
It seems like Alex is threatened when someone who has a lot to say like DJ is his guest, so he tries to distract from the important content of the message with those constant interruptions.
