Who know this interviewee's name in this video?

I don't often post, hope everything is ok.

Recently, I watched an old old interview video from Youtube and here's the link:

I want to search what he talked about in this video and his name as well. He mentioned like how F.R. ' Nick' Nocerino (I am not sure if that's the correct name but I guess should be the same person.) and how he got information about The Philadelphia Experiment through the Freedom of Information Act.

And I search Internet and I can't find original documents what the interviewee said. So if anyone know about this person or other information related. Maybe we need Bryan's help too. Please comment. I appreciate!

I don't know who Glen (or Glenn) is, and I wish I did. (I spent a while looking, and have found nothing so far.)

• The Philadelphia experiment was real, and the Eldridge really did disappear.
• Yes, there are over 200 different timeline variants (and maybe many more than that).
• Yes, when experimental subjects traveled into the past (or the future), contact was very often lost.

This guy (Glenn or Glen) was in the The Source of life Expo with Duncan and Al and sold their books there. Yes, I would love to post more. I think Avalon is the biggest forum for the serious reseachers.
